之前一直住H酒店，這次試試宿州國際，硬件條件可以，底子在那放着呢，房間比而且H酒店要大，希望宿州國際越來越好，管理服務方面、專業方面還有很大的提升空間，就像很多的地方酒店一樣，競爭力不夠，定價衹能比H酒店低100多，舉一兩個小例子，不是投訴，衹是想介紹一下：
1.開車到大堂，門僮大叔説：這麼多行李，是要搬家嗎，還帶着書包……
2.早餐一個現做的檔口，三四個客人在站着排隊，那個廚師大姐可能沒聽到別人要湯，説：要什麼呀，要你説呀，你説我就一起做了……三四個客人站那像幾個犯錯的小學生在接受老師的批評
3.春節期間前台給小朋友送了氣球，但是不主動問是否需要小童拖鞋等
4.值得表揚的是，第2天還是第3天打掃的時候多放了兩瓶礦泉水

服務一流：不像很多酒店前台電話永遠忙線或沒人接，他家接聽神速，來得也很快。
