Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

As a first-time visitor to Tunisia, I had the pleasure of staying at the delightful El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui from November 18th to November 22nd. The lobby exuded warmth, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. 🌴 A Clean Oasis: El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui takes cleanliness seriously. My room was impeccably maintained—fresh linens, spotless floors, and a pristine bathroom. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay truly memorable. 🤗 Staff That Steals Hearts: The real magic, however, lies in the people. The staff at El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui were not just courteous; they were genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, their smiles were infectious. We have just returned after a great holiday here. This hotel offers many things: Rooms: nice and spacious with tea making facilities, dressing gowns, slippers and safe. Anything you need for the room just ask, found staff super efficient in supplying whatever you needed. They leave bottled water every day and the towels and bedding are changed often. Dining: They normally have 2 sittings for dinner, but as it was low season we could go whenever we liked. You are allocated a table that is yours to use for the entirety of your holiday, so none of this walking in and searching for a table for dinner. For breakfast and lunch you can sit where ever you want. I found all the restaurant staff so helpful, pleasant and super efficient, especially Makram and Chokri. The variety of food was great. Drinks: We drank mainly red wine at dinner and it was good. In the bar there was a varied choice and all good. I would recommend a liqueur called cafe de Kaco...delicious. Entertainment: Once again, lovely staff and so friendly, plenty of activities on offer but they are not pushy. Grounds: Plenty of space and loungers, 2 pools (a little cold for me) but there is a heated indoor pool too. There is a lovely man who is happy to bring your mattress and towels, we tipped him a few times but he doesn't expect it at all. You also get waiters walking around the pool area to take drink orders which is very nice. Beach is nice where you can have camel rides or various water sports. Lobby: Staff at reception very helpful and pleasant, the only downside to the lobby was that it was very cold. Al a carte restaurant: very nice setting, you get a choice of fish or beef and there are 3 courses with a bottle of wine on your table...we found it very good although the beef was a little on the tough side. All in all a beautiful hotel, maybe a few little tweaks needed here and there but it does not detract from the overall quality of the hotel, the staff who look after you and the enormous efforts they go to in making your holiday experience the best it can be.

We stayed here for a week as a family and we had an excellent experience. The staff go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and catered for The entertainment team were amazing and they kept us entertained all week. They offered a variety of shows and day time activities which included Archery, Zumba dance, Darts aqua aerobics and kids shows. Special mention go to Hamed the waiter. He is one of a kind. He deserves a ProMotion for his excellent service overall the staff make this hotel. Mondo and crew thank you for an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back. The facilities are excellent too and all areas were immaculate at all times

Very nice Hotel. All the Team are very friendly and funny. The Animation Team are very funny and outgoinging they Help you in any Situation If you need anything they are there. When i Had to dicide I would come Back anytime. The food ist also great. Lots of Love to Rico, Tito, Franko, Cookie, Ramos , Yada , Wafa and Mario.

Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!

We have been to hotels all over the world.We spend xmas every year usualy in spain but wanted a change this year and deceided to retutn to Tunisia after 25 years. We were amazed by this hotel. We were met on arrival and taken to reception. We had 2 rooms booked and were given rooms side by side with an amazing sea view. The staff could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble.The food was great a huge variaty and yes sometimes as you find with self service could have been a bit hotter but there was a microwave there and after a few seconds the food would be piping hot. Bar staff were so attentive and would replace drinks before you asked for a refill.Our only complaint would be the entertainment, it was very poor and angled for the locals. Xmas eve and New years eve buffets were mind blowing, set out lovely and so much selection. Prawns, lobster, swordfish,turkey,beef wellington and much more. Too much to mention.The hotel is in a great location. We will be returning to this hotel again. This was one of the best holidays we have ever had.
