Sentido Bellevue Park

Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

I did spend a beautiful holiday at this hotel it's a lovely hotel, nice stuff and good service. Beautiful clean room with nice view and delicious variety buffet, good spa, and great place for the Gym, and we get a great time with the entertainment crew at a lot of activities during the day and amazing show at night live music,Dj night with Aida ... kids club with Julia so brillant. Thanks for everything.

+ nice beach + spacious family room with 2 bedrooms + El Kantaui port is 3km away - nice walk along the beach + Shops to buy soda bottles and proper yogurt are 500m away - OLD and dirty hotel from 1994 (declared 2017 renovation is very hard to spot) - noisy A/C - Squeaking/noisy beds, disgusting bathroom details (see photos) - Sand on the room floor when we first arrived - Smelly main restaurant without proper ventilation restaurant - your clothes will smell badly just after one dinner - Dirty spotty chairs in the restaurant - Dirty plates with pieces of food from previous visitors - Questionable hygiene - sometimes served water in the restaurant tastes like pool water - Slow buffet meal preparation. French fries disappear in the first few minutes. Long queues for fried meals/eggs/omelets. - Some meals are not cooked/prepared properly due to the rush. - No Cola Zero during meals - No non-alcoholic bottles except water with All Inclusive. You have to drink everything with tiny cups. - Immediate surroundings outside hotel is full of garbage - normal for Tunisia. - Non bottled water is not drinkable - you have to be VERY careful for washed fruits, during shower and teeth cleaning - You have to put your luggage through security scanner during first visit, but afterwards you can walk pass it with your shopping/travel bags - Staff laughs at you when you ask for "no ice" in the drinks - High chance to get stomach sickness due to the low hygiene - Wi-Fi is average but be prepared with prepaid data eSIM - beware - LTE is the maximum cellular speed in the area. It is not suitable for video streaming services. - Fitness room had no A/C - non-inviting, too hot and again with no hygiene - Out of order indoor pool - Pools are cold if the outside temperature is below 35 Celsius - very few guests were using it - Hotel is always declaring on the writing board that pool temperature is constantly 29 Celsius :) - Many pool beds and umbrellas are broken and dirty

Absolutely beautiful hotel, honestly just a look at the photos and you will see just how amazing it is. We hit gold with the weather in November, which meant we were able to make the most of the hotel without it being too busy. From the stunning white sandy beach to the traditional shisha evening. The staff were so attentive and friendly just to name a few. Wahib the waiter, Ayman serving the shisha, Alex, Mimo, Sonec and Julia from the entertainment team. A truly memorable holiday with the family

The hotel overall is very nice but definitely not 5 ☆. The entrance is very grand and most staff are pleasant and very attentive. Our room was 1st floor sea/pool view. Clean and well presented good size but again not 5☆. Broken hairdryer. Sink plug challenging and bathroom corners grubby/ rusty . Room has lots of storage . Tea coffee facility buy no milk. Coffee not replenished but only had to ask for more . Small fridge . Water on arrival. Beds goid size but very hard. Tickets to put out if you require Clean sheets etc. Small but nice balcony with seat cushions and table with ashtray. Dining room is well presented and staff attentive . A small tip will get you great service from the waiters. The food is vast and beautifully set out . Not to my taste but I always managed to find something but I am I plain eater. The bread is lovely as are some desserts . always ice cream in the kids area of food. Lunch snacks in beach bar were good. Pizza was great. Afternoon snacks were pancakes and cakes and ice cream. All good . They serve a late breakfast in snack bar of pastries jam & fruit. Help yourself to Coffee all day. The sunbed area is large around the pool and into the gardens . We used the beach daily . We tried both ends but preferred the side with the wstersports & parachute as enjoyed watching them. Nice guys too and cheap if you like these activities. The sand is rather dirty. Alot of human litter. Cigarette ends bottle tops etc . Little urns on occasional beds for rubbish but every brolly should have 1 and people would use them if they in front on them. Back of beach has flower bushes but again alot of human rubbish amongst them. It definitely needs cleaning if claiming to be 5 ☆ . Rabia the washroom cleaner was 5☆ and always cleaning the outside area too. Can't rate the day activities and entertainment as we used beach but the evening entertainment was not great for a 5 star hotel. Karaoke. Animation team dancing etc. A male singer one evening. It's a relaxed place and we have enjoyed our week here but I would say its a 3☆ plus not a 5. I believe this is the case in tunisia hotels . Outside the hotel gates is different. Its a poor country which you notice straight away . Lots of wasteland areas with empty unfinished buildings . And poor stray animals everywhere. So very sad to see. However the people we encountered in the small shops nearby were kind and helpful . We didnt venture very far only to buy a few supplies .We are still satisfied for the price we payed I feel it was good value .. One thing the hotel could easily change is the shops inside . Have them price there stock realistically then people would shop in them without haggling . We found alot of guests avoid them as they are not priced . Haggling is done in the medina and markets but i avoid shopping for that reason . I will definitely visit tunisia again as its the set up we like . Room - pool - snack bar- beach its all in one place so if its a relax holiday yo

We stayed here for a week as a family and we had an excellent experience. The staff go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and catered for The entertainment team were amazing and they kept us entertained all week. They offered a variety of shows and day time activities which included Archery, Zumba dance, Darts aqua aerobics and kids shows. Special mention go to Hamed the waiter. He is one of a kind. He deserves a ProMotion for his excellent service overall the staff make this hotel. Mondo and crew thank you for an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back. The facilities are excellent too and all areas were immaculate at all times

Hotel is really clean service is good with smile food is nice and variety for everyone entertainment is brilliant and very motivated we really did enjoy all the activities with them like archery, darts, wii sports at the evening also at the american bar.. they do a amazing work especially at the show for the night Thanks for the unforgettable experience we will be back.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing friendly staff especially entertainment, couldn’t fault it at all. Very yummy food, but my children have loved the kids club everyday and made friends with other children and staff. We adults joined in most nights on entertainment and been absolutely amazing
