This hotel offers incredible value for money and is truly excellent. The decor is tastefully elegant, and it's well-equipped with dining options like a noodle shop and a tea house. Plus, there's a side exit that leads directly into the scenic area.
The garden views are delightful, and it becomes even more beautiful when lit up at night. I even had the chance to see a firework performance. This was definitely the best experience I've had in all my trips to Suzhou.
The breakfast was also great. I expected it to be crowded during the summer, but the restaurant is quite spacious, so it never felt cramped, and they refilled the food promptly.
I brought my family for a summer vacation and chose a high-floor mountain view room at the Garden Hotel Shangri-La. The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the view outside – the vibrant greenery of Lion Mountain unfolded before me, with layers of mountains glowing softly under the summer sun. In the evening, the sunset painted the ridges red, making the entire floor-to-ceiling window feel like a living landscape painting. The high-floor view truly lived up to its reputation; the distant city skyline complemented the nearby mountains and forests beautifully. Standing by the window, feeling the evening breeze, the summer heat instantly dissipated.
The hotel's location is also excellent. Transportation is convenient, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping districts, which saved a lot of hassle when traveling with kids during the summer holidays. The room facilities were all in place, from the mini-bar and smart toilet to high-quality toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
What's even more commendable is the service. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and attentive. Lisa was always ready to answer any questions, making us feel especially welcomed. This summer, thanks to this hotel, we've created beautiful memories worth reliving again and again.

Came to Suzhou for a concert during the May Day holiday and brought the kids and my parents along for a trip. The hotel is just a few steps from the subway station. You need to transfer to get to the Olympic Sports Center, but it's very convenient, only about three stops in total. The three-bedroom suite we booked this time was perfect for a large family like ours. It also has three bathrooms and a large double-door refrigerator. However, someone had put durian in the fridge before, and it smelled awful, making it unusable for us. I hope the hotel can do a better job with cleaning and deodorizing! There's an oven, microwave, and induction hob, but no pots or pans were provided. Does that mean they expect guests to cook or not? We didn't need to cook, but it just felt a bit confusing. There are restaurants and convenience stores right across from the hotel.
Guanqian Street Area (Downtown) Suzhou|4km from downtown
This hotel is perfectly located on a main road in Suzhou, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. If you're driving, there's free underground parking, though you'll need to get a voucher from the front desk each time you leave. Pingjiang Road is right behind the hotel, just a few minutes' walk through the alleyways. Wyndham is a well-established five-star brand, and while the decor might be a bit dated, the hotel still maintains an impressive scale and elegance. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into its upkeep. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, and the front desk staff are friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay. I've already earned the maximum points!
During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I brought my family to stay at Hotel Nikko Suzhou. The hotel is conveniently located in the Huqiu district, right next to Shizishan Metro Station, making transportation easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel shows its age a bit with slightly dated decor and facilities, it's well-maintained, upholding the standards of a seasoned star-rated hotel.
We stayed in an Executive King Room. While the room wasn't large, the view from the 27th floor was excellent, especially the mesmerizing night view. The room has a distinct Japanese style, with efficient use of space throughout, making it convenient and clean.
The complimentary afternoon tea and executive lounge benefits were nothing spectacular, but given the reasonable price of the room, we couldn't ask for more.
As it's a Nikko hotel, the breakfast is a blend of Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The Chinese-style Suzhou noodles and Japanese curry and rich soups were particularly noteworthy.
Finally, regarding the service, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. Jiajia at the front desk was especially enthusiastic and professional during both check-in and check-out. Five-star rating for her!
Suzhou South Bus Station Area Suzhou|2.97km from downtown
Room is very nice and spacious. Shower is separated from seating toilet, while sink is outside the bathroom and next to the door. Wifi is suck, it's not working at all. Water pressure is strong and hot water is on instantly. Tea bag provided is a plus point for night sipping with snack. Location is pretty far for a walk (800 m) from the closest metro station. The English name of the hotel is totally different from that mentioned on Trip.com, which causes confusion when arriving. Competitive rate room for the convenience and location. Just some small restaurants and a small convenience store close by. Not a tourist area. Highly recommended.

It's probably been twenty years since I last stayed at Nanlin, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Garden Wing is still incredibly well-maintained.
The garden landscaping from the Mountain & Water Wing to the Garden Wing has become even more beautiful. In the morning, they even had mist spraying, creating a truly ethereal atmosphere.
A big thank you to Miss Wang Qin at the front desk yesterday for the upgrade, allowing me to try the pulsating massage bed – it was very comfortable. And just a little secret: friends with constipation should really try their colonic hydrotherapy; you'll come back to thank me.
Breakfast was good. The spicy and sour soup (Hula Tang) was fragrant, and initially not spicy, but adding a tiny bit of vinegar made it incredibly savory. The noodles in the red soup noodles were excellent, and today's stir-fried bamboo shoots and pork in the topping were very fresh. The goose meat, however, was a bit mediocre in some parts, and a few pieces were hard to distinguish between goose and braised pork.
Nanlin's location speaks for itself; it's surrounded by attractions and delicious food. Back in the nineties when I first started working, the intersection where the Avon direct sales store used to be (Shiquan Street and Fenghuang Road) was already lively. Later, with the opening of Tongdexing and various small shops, it just got more and more bustling.
Finally, the reason I first stayed at Nanlin many years ago was after reading Lu Wenfu's 'The Gourmet.' Those who know, know. He was one of the people who changed my perceptions and lifestyle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Choosing this hotel in Suzhou was the right decision! My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Suzhou was much better than expected. The location is a huge plus – just a few minutes' walk from the subway, making it easy to get to Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, Jinji Lake, or nearby shopping areas. Taxis are also readily available. The front desk is staffed 24/7, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. The rooms are simply designed and practical, with plenty of space. The bed, a signature Hampton Bed by Serta, is just the right firmness, and the soundproofing is good – I slept soundly all night for both stays. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and they provide PTR toiletries with consistent water quality and temperature. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, with quick service, so you can still grab a good meal even if you're in a hurry. They also offer free parking, a gym, and laundry facilities, making it suitable for business trips or families exploring Suzhou. For the price, both the facilities and service are excellent. I'll definitely rebook here next time I'm in Suzhou and recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid a bad hotel experience.

I've stayed at InterContinental Jinji Lake many times, and this time I chose it again. If I had to give a reason, it's simply because I feel comfortable and familiar with it.
It was peak summer holiday season and a Saturday, so the hotel was very busy. Our room wasn't ready even by 3:30 PM. After a phone call, the front desk agent promptly upgraded our room, and I'm very grateful for that!
Although the hotel is a bit older, both the public areas and the rooms are very well-maintained and don't show their age at all. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom offered direct, first-rate views of Jinji Lake and the Ferris wheel.
The dining experience at Jinhaixuan Restaurant on the 27th floor was excellent, with fantastic outdoor views and delicious dishes.
The breakfast buffet quality was still great. My only minor regret this time was that, apart from the host, no one asked if I wanted tea or coffee. Perhaps they were too busy with all the guests and overlooked it?
Overall, for me, the minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellent experience. I'll definitely choose to stay at InterContinental again next time I'm in Jinji Lake.
Industrial Park, Jinji Lake Commercial Area Suzhou|9.58km from downtown
The overall experience at Crowne Plaza Suzhou is exceptional. Its prime location next to Jinji Lake makes it super convenient for sightseeing, entertainment, and shopping. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are exquisitely grand, and the common areas are spotless. The guest rooms are meticulously cleaned, with no dust or odd smells anywhere. The bedding is comfortable and the soundproofing is excellent. All staff members are warm and courteous, check-in is efficient, and any requests are promptly attended to. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It's suitable for various types of travel, whether for leisure, business, or family trips. Every detail is well thought out. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou. #Haixiaoyuxianshanbei
My recent trip to Suzhou led me to stay at the Suzhou Marriott, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the heart of Gusu District's old city, making it incredibly convenient to get to Hanshan Temple and Shantang Street by taxi. I was pleasantly surprised to find that booking a room even came with complimentary tickets to Hanshan Temple!
The lobby incorporates traditional Jiangnan design, and the charming Suzhou-style garden on the first floor is perfect for photos. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows on higher floors offering panoramic views of the ancient city. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent.
Lion, a staff member at the breakfast restaurant, was very enthusiastic, and the breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring authentic Suzhou red soup noodles and osmanthus pastries. Georgia and Allen at the front desk were gentle and considerate, while Katrina at the service center was quick to respond to requests. The heated pool and gym facilities were also well-equipped.
With its five-star quality and excellent location, this hotel is perfect for both travelers and those looking for a short getaway. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou.
Industrial Park, Jinji Lake Commercial Area Suzhou|9.52km from downtown
The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!
Xiangcheng Economic Development Zone Suzhou|9.75km from downtown
I visited Suzhou during the May Day holiday and booked a five-star hotel from the Accor Group. The hotel is located near the Xiangcheng District government building, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk upgraded my room, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room worked well and was quiet, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast offered a mix of Western and Chinese options, with a wide selection of Western pastries. During the holiday, the noodle station had a bit of a queue, and you had to get a number first, which tested my patience. Overall, the hotel is worth staying at.
I chose this pet-friendly hotel for my Dragon Boat Festival stay. The room was quite spacious and bright, with a balcony, and there was an elevator.
Service: Excellent! They proactively helped with my luggage and brought it to the room. Typical Hilton standard service.
Ambiance: Absolutely beautiful.
Facilities: It would have been even better if there was a bidet.
The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the service staff were very responsible. Downstairs, the Xiangxuehai Restaurant is a well-established eatery with a wide variety of dishes, all beautifully prepared and at a great price. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway.
This hotel is perfectly situated right by Lake Taihu. We'd contacted them beforehand, so check-in was super smooth upon arrival. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. Our room on the 11th floor directly overlooked Lake Taihu, offering a truly beautiful view. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, bright, and spotless. The bathroom was particularly great for families, with a separate shower and tub – perfect for anyone who loves a good soak to de-stress.
The hotel's 2nd floor boasts excellent fitness facilities, including a swimming pool and gym. The pool was very clean, and the water temperature and hygiene were reliable. There's also a LEGO playroom on the 2nd floor where kids can play freely or build with LEGOs, accompanied by family. Sample LEGO models are displayed on the tables, allowing children to follow along and discover the fun of LEGO building.
Breakfast hours are very convenient, running from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. This extended window is ideal for families with children or seniors, allowing everyone to sleep in and still enjoy a leisurely meal. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, with both Western and Chinese options to suit all tastes.
Overall, the hotel offers a luxurious, elegant, and comfortable environment, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Pet breakfast: Includes meat, egg yolk, and broccoli. My pet pretty much finished it all, very good.
Pet welcome pack: Small snacks, poop bags, and cleaning gloves – very thoughtful.
Twin Trees Mountain Hot Springs: Although not very large, it has 12 small pools. If it's not too crowded, it's a great place to soak.
Service: The service was excellent; we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a junior suite.
Cleanliness: We booked a pet-friendly room. The room was very clean, and they even provided a dog bed, as well as food and water bowls. You don't need to bring these if you're traveling with a pet.
Environment: Convenient parking and a great location. It's just a short walk to Trees Mountain and a 7-minute drive to Emerald Lake.
Novotel Suzhou is an excellent choice for a short family getaway, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere, especially perfect for those traveling with children. The rooms are spotless and spacious, ensuring both parents and kids can relax and feel at ease.
What truly makes it stand out is the fantastic array of entertainment facilities provided for children. There are dedicated indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, a private children's pool, a fun game room, a kids' club, and regularly organized parent-child activities. While the kids are having a blast, parents can enjoy some much-needed downtime.
The restaurant also offers nutritious meals tailored for children, with attentive and thoughtful service. Overall, Novotel Suzhou perfectly combines cleanliness and an abundance of family-friendly amenities, making it the ideal choice for families seeking a worry-free, fun, and high-quality trip. Highly recommended.
The weather is getting colder, so it's time to soak in the hot springs! The hotel faces Taihu Lake, the air is fresh, and the view is amazing. The hotel service is also excellent; staff contacted us in advance to ask about our check-in time and number of guests. Because we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a family suite. The room was large and spacious, and had two bathrooms, which was very convenient for families. A special thank you to Xiao Liu at the front desk for her attentive and patient service over the past two days, and also to the housekeeping staff for keeping the place spotless. Nanxun Ancient Town is about 10 kilometers from the hotel, so you can drive there for a stroll.
Our villa had a king-size bed and a terrace right by the water. The room was spacious and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed. Elld at the front desk was always asking if we needed anything, and Chen Liang, the shuttle driver, was so thoughtful. He noticed I had a bit of trouble getting in and out of the shuttle and immediately offered me a footstool, which was really touching. The staff at the Chinese restaurant recommended a set menu that was delicious and generous; they even helped us pack up the leftovers to take back to our room and heated them up for us later that evening. They truly go above and beyond for their guests.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Greenland Plaza, with supermarkets, malls, and restaurants all within close proximity. Suzhou Museum, which is definitely worth a visit, is also nearby. The room was very spacious and clean, the service was good, and the breakfast was decent.
Suzhou South Bus Station Area Suzhou|4.44km from downtown
This hotel beautifully blends cultural heritage with a vibrant energy, evident in its meticulous management and service. The convenient golf cart transfers, the insightful hotel guided tours, temple visits, calming calligraphy sessions, and traditional brush writing are all wonderful touches. The breakfast spread is abundant, and the dining area is comfortable. Even on a typhoon-hit Sunday when guests couldn't go out, the staff worked tirelessly to coordinate and ensure everyone enjoyed an organized breakfast. Upon check-in, we received a wealth of informative travel materials. The room offered incense burning, postcard mailing services for souvenirs, and complimentary items like a round fan, fridge magnet, and a small purse. The hotel staff are young, attentive, and courteous. Even in 38-degree heat, they consistently wore white shirts, black suits, and dark cheongsams, providing warm service with impeccable professionalism. These young individuals are confident and communicate wonderfully with guests – truly impressive. Staying at Nanyuan allows you to truly immerse yourself in an antique, tranquil atmosphere, complete with elegant musical performances in the evening. Just outside, Shiquan Street boasts a comprehensive array of businesses. This hotel and street together made for a perfect weekend getaway.
Industrial Park, Jinji Lake Commercial Area Suzhou|9.13km from downtown
My stay at W Suzhou was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is ideally located right by Jinji Lake, with direct access to Suzhou Center, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Getting to various attractions was also a breeze.
The room itself was spacious, boasting a trendy design that beautifully incorporates traditional Suzhou elements, creating a wonderful ambiance. I booked a lake-view room, and the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive lake views by day and dazzling city lights at night. Taking a bath in the tub by the window while enjoying the night view was an incredibly luxurious experience.
The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
A must-try is the heated infinity pool on the 36th floor. The water is pristine, and the panoramic views of Jinji Lake are simply stunning, perfect for photos. The gym is also well-equipped with a full range of machines.
Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, blending Western and Chinese cuisines, along with many local Suzhou specialties. The front desk service was attentive and responsive. Overall, both the facilities and service were top-notch. It's a perfect choice for couples or friends, and I highly recommend it!
Guanqian Street Area (Downtown) Suzhou|5.07km from downtown
Even though it's been 10 years since the renovation, the facilities are still modern and advanced. The bathroom has a separate shower and two sinks, which is very convenient. There's also a bathtub with good water pressure. The slippers, comb, and toothbrush are all of good quality, and their classic style perfectly matches the decor. The tea and coffee aren't just teabags; they're high quality. Most importantly, the breakfast is delicious! Whether it's the freshly cooked wontons and noodles or the prepared side dishes, everything tastes great. Special shout-out to the coffee beans – they make a really good cup of coffee.
Industrial Park, Jinji Lake Commercial Area Suzhou|8.39km from downtown
The environment is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. It seems to be an apartment hotel with a history and a good reputation. It's a one-bedroom, one-living room unit with a bathtub. You have to stand in the tub to shower, which I'm not used to – it's a bit narrow and inconvenient. I'm more accustomed to a dedicated shower box. The bedroom and living room are separated by sliding doors. There's no space for nightstands on either side of the large bed, which I also found inconvenient (although you can put things on the headboard). My feet kept hitting the sliding door when getting out of bed, which was annoying.
What I did like was the high floor, the view, and the microwave and tableware provided.
Yangcheng Lake Tourist Area Suzhou|21.83km from downtown
Well, I came specifically for this room, and perhaps because of the high price, I had higher expectations and demands for the trip. Overall, I didn't feel it was very worthwhile or worth the price. First, the room rate was bundled with a wellness package, and the price on Ctrip was only for one person's experience; if two people wanted to experience it, it would cost an additional 1500 yuan. The wellness package included three meals, a body spa, various bathing experiences (basically, a traditional Northeastern bathhouse 🌝), and two consultations, one physical and one spiritual. There were also some courses. However, from my experience, if the main focus is on healing, this itinerary was quite rushed, and I didn't feel my body got any rest (maybe it's just my own workload; I can't finish so many things in one day :)).
🏠 First, the decor is predominantly wood, and because it focuses on wellness and healing, there are many crystals for purification. The rooms are also mostly made of pure wood. Since we were newlyweds, the hotel upgraded us to a suite, and the soft furnishings and design in the suite were very nice, making it feel very homey. However, I didn't quite understand the green wallpaper behind the living room.
🍠The focus is on wellness and relaxation, so all three meals are vegetarian, prepared by the hotel. Breakfast portions are generous, and lunch has a Michelin-star quality, with exquisite presentation.
✍🏻️The service didn't match the room's quality. Requests such as missing classes or having meals brought to the room were refused. Customized service was basically unavailable; everything had to be done according to the established procedures.
🌳The ambiance, however, is undeniably beautiful.
Suzhou Industrial Park Suzhou|12.67km from downtown
Our stay was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the view from our window was beautiful. The location is excellent with many shopping malls nearby, which is especially convenient for families who want to go out for a stroll in the evening. The hotel service was also fantastic – warm and attentive. Our personal concierge, Yvonne, was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Plus, with the Eslite Bookstore Exhibition Center and the Olympic Sports Center right next to the hotel, it's super convenient for catching concerts. Highly recommend! We'll definitely choose Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou, SIP again on our next visit to Suzhou.
Industrial Park, Jinji Lake Commercial Area Suzhou|11.62km from downtown
The facilities show their age, but they're well-maintained and quite clean. The surroundings boast a lake view with a large lawn and a lakeside boardwalk below, which would be lovely in spring and autumn. However, it's hard to spend extended time outdoors during summer. The gym isn't great; the equipment is old and the lighting isn't very good, placing it in the lower-mid range compared to current top-tier hotels. The pool is decent, though.
Suzhou Industrial Park Suzhou|12.47km from downtown
On this trip to Suzhou, I chose the Hyatt by Jinji Lake, and overall it was very comfortable. But what I want to praise the most is Julie from Guest Relations. The night before check-in, she added me on WeChat to confirm my needs, reminded me of directions, and told me I could drop off my luggage early. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and the location couldn't be beat – close to Eslite Spectrum and Moonlight Wharf. Julie's discreet approach of 'there when you need her, but not intrusive when you don't' is what made this hotel stay so pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.
Suzhou Industrial Park Suzhou|12.84km from downtown
The breakfast and service were a huge letdown. First off, I was quite pleased with the room's environment and facilities, including the hotel's design – no complaints there.
1️⃣ They claimed for safety reasons they don't provide bed rails, only a crib. OK, fine...
2️⃣ I'd requested two sets of kids' amenities, but only one was provided.
3️⃣ Breakfast is served in two separate halls, A and B, requiring a walk of several dozen meters between them. Pics 1-2 are of B, and 3-8 are of A. The difference is stark, to say the least. Although about 80% of the dishes are the same, the quality and replenishment speed at B were awful. Some items were never refilled, so I had to go to A to find them, which was a pleasant surprise.
4️⃣ The children's cutlery was single-use takeout ware, not even meant for kids. They had high chairs and plates, so I'm not sure what they were thinking when stocking up?
5️⃣ The servers felt very inexperienced, perhaps summer interns. I asked one to clear a plate, and a chef saw it and told the server, but they didn't come for a long time, so the chef ended up clearing it himself...
6️⃣ I explicitly asked for no cilantro in an à la carte dish. It didn't have any on top when it arrived, but after one bite, the taste was off, and I found it hidden underneath...
Ultimately, a hotel stay is primarily about the service. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts without any issues, but this one was truly a disappointment.
Suzhou South Bus Station Area Suzhou|3.9km from downtown
Choosing eLong Hotel for my trip was such a smart move! It's super close to all the attractions and easily accessible by subway. The view from the sixth floor overlooking the fish pond is absolutely stunning. The front desk even helped me plan my itinerary, which was incredibly helpful. Getting back to the hotel at night was a breeze, and the room was so comfortable and reassuring. Definitely a top-notch experience!
This hotel is high-end and grand. The front desk staff are warm, polite, and excellent at communicating and resolving issues. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options.
The hotel's location is super convenient, directly across from Suzhou Station North Square. It's just a 3-5 minute walk, crossing one traffic light. There's also an interconnected underground passage on B1 with escalators, making access very easy.
Getting around is a breeze. Suzhou Station, right across from the hotel, has Metro Lines 2 and 4, providing direct access to many attractions.
They even upgraded my room for free – thank you!!
When I booked the room, I thought the swimming pool looked good. There were not many people there. I looked at the room first and felt it was acceptable, so I checked in and went swimming. It was a pity that there was no notice posted about the swimming pool and gym, maybe they were under renovation, so they were not open. When I booked the room, there was a dinner set and breakfast, which was clean and hygienic. We didn't finish the dinner, and there was everything from milk bread to steamed buns, noodles and watermelon for breakfast. I will choose it next time.
Suzhou South Bus Station Area Suzhou|2.53km from downtown
The location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit old. The owner said the hot water was broken, which resulted in the water being yellow that day, so the bathtub I specifically booked couldn't be used. Everything else was pretty good.
Suzhou Industrial Park Suzhou|12.85km from downtown
Had a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, right by the subway exit. The complimentary black tea upon arrival was very refreshing, and the service was excellent every day.
