I am a solo female staying in my room wearing only my bathrobe and it was a guy knocking at the door. Woke up from their knock and still had no idea what's happening. I had to wear my pants and shirt again at 2AM. They entered the room, look up at the smoke alarm and then left with a half hearted apology. I have a sleeping disorder, stayed here for a vacation and to get a good night sleep but I wasn't expecting that I'll only get 2 hrs of sleep because I was not able to sleep again after they bothered me. Very Terrible experience. There are some dirt floating in the toilet when I opened it. It looks like it's not flushing properly."
