"Ancasa is a very basic resort that feels quite dated. On the bright side, the beds were clean and we had a lovely view of the sea right from our balcony, which was a nice touch. There is also a side door that provides direct access to the beach. However, the apartment itself is not well-maintained and shows its age. We unfortunately encountered a large cockroach during our stay. If you’re just looking for a decent bed and a view, it’s okay, but don't expect too much in terms of modern facilities or high-level cleanliness."

"This place is so amazing and very convenient to eateries places. Is totaly safe for solo travellers as when it comes to night time, is pretty happening. You can relax and chill by sitting near the rocks on the beach. The room is clean, safe and it comes with good partial sea view (sunset and sunrise). The room is fully equipped with basic needs including hair dryer and the TV comes with Netflix. I will definitely come back again."

"Basic Queen booked with Breakfast as priced AUD81.77 with Tax inclusive. When arrive at Hotel the Receptionist said the room was not available and with 2 Single bed room with not enough facilities and no Hot Water for shower. She charged me another RM50 extra and another Tourism Tax of RM20. The 1st photo was the room allocated, the 3rd and 4th photo is the room replaced with extra charges. The breakfast was terrible and not suitable such as coffee and milk with no taste, and the milks is mixed with water."
