To check in was a bit hassle coz the lobby is at L3 so we kinda got lost after we parked our car. The check in was smooth but the lobby was on the south side of the building while the room was on the north side. So kinda have to walk a bit to get to our room. The room was good but it was bit dirty. You see hair everywhere on the floor and on the bathroom. There’s only one pillow were provided for each guest and it was totally flat. Asking for an extra pillow but they will charge RM5. I’m like what? No thanks. We ended up bought extra pillow at the supermarket downstairs and it cost us RM10 and we get to bring back the pillow. The sheets was bit smelly. Kinda stale smell. However the view from our room was nice. The aircond was not that cool even though it was set at 16 degree celcius. The buffet was decent. The location of the hotel was strategic as its right in the PD waterfront. Overall it was an ok stay for us. Do we gonna stay again here again? Probably not.

Hotel location is good. Surrounding got a lot restaurants and cafe.
But the hotel swimming pool is not good maintain.

The hotel room is just ok. AC is cold. The room at 7th floor with nice view. No deposit required when you check in to the hotel. Parking is free provided by the hotel.The breakfast is just ok.

Need more maintenance all over building..look so scary at night with poor lights..small pillow covers smells bad, balcony doors hardly open.. bathroom door latch so hard to open and closed... beautiful view from room and staff are friendly.

Dah 2 kali booked hotel nie. Tmpat dia pening sikit nk ke reception. Tp oke jak. Bole cari. Blik cantek. Tenang. No need deposit. Dekat dgn mcd. Watson.

The location is good. Walk about near to fast foods and eatery places. Hotel or serviced apartments are clean and well maintained,if you are staying for a night or two, it should be okay. For more days other resorts are suitable.
