"We were at the hotel in August 2023. Excellent hotel!!! We really enjoyed!!! A very high-quality room - expensive plumbing, a well-thought-out shower cabin. The room is very clean, snow-white beds, perfectly clean bathroom, everything works (refrigerator, TV, plumbing). Stylish design. The girls at the reception are friendly, helpful and friendly. In the morning, breakfast, included in the room price, was deliciously prepared; we could choose scrambled eggs with sausages or pancakes with different fillings. Very nice swimming pool with saunas and two jacuzzis. There is no time limit, but within the operating hours from 8 to 22 hours, this was enough for us to swim. The hotel is located, however, in a residential area, about 15 minutes by taxi from the center. We will definitely come here again! We recommend this hotel to everyone!!!"

"My privacy was not respected, when we were checking in they asked me to provide Identity documents for my wife and 2 children. I have travelled to many countires and never came arross such rudeness. They were my guests and and insult to them and myself. I did not see any reason why the documents were required. The people in teh receiption work so slow, in sleep mode. The bar tender is very rude."

"The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of Minsk. The rooms are large and very spacious. The only thing we didn't like about the room was the single large bathroom. It's not very convenient for a family. Breakfast is a 7 out of 10. We didn't like the quality of the porridge, eggs, and scrambled eggs. We also wanted some potato pancakes for breakfast (we are in Belarus, their homeland, after all), but for some reason they weren't available. A doggie fee was $30 for the entire stay. There's a large parking lot with a barrier, very convenient."

"Excellent location in the old city centre where there are many cafes, restaurants, pubs, attractions. Really clean and comfortable big room in a traditional monastery which has been converted into a hotel. Room is big with comfortable bed, good view from the (top floor) traditional 16th century window. I like the long corridor with traditional circular ring shaped lights holder hung from ceiling. Buffet Breakfast is reasonable but similar Belarus foods juices+ teas, coffee, water everyday during my stay. Quick check in and check out at receptions with friendly staff who speak English., 24 hours service. Reception helped organised paid airport transfer on my last morning. Overall very satisfied experience. Will definitely stay again when I next visit Minsk."
