What is good: - Good room layout, big bathroom, lots of towels, good cleaning, 4 bottles of water daily. - Beautiful breakfasts to 11.00 daily. ”Good location, very close to K. Marks Street with a lot of restaurants and cafes as well as museums. I was struck to objectively describe our impressions. Decide yourself!

We were settled in this hotel, to say that I was very happy-it's nothing to say!! The hall is chic, cool, everywhere are coolers, couchs. Resepshn- too at height! Girls have foreign languages. Elevators are fast, clean with mirrors. I was alone in the room. TV, phone, refrigerator, air conditioner. In the bathroom everything is clean, towels and underwear are given. You could go for breakfast if you wanted. Bar on the first floor. Shops and subways next to you. In a word- service, as if I visited abroad! I put five stars out of five, of course I recommend to stop here!! Olga.

Liked the hotel. At the reception, everything was fast. We lived in a large, bright room with a balcony overlooking the city and the river. The room is clean, has everything you need. The hotel is well located. Across the road from it is a park and a promenade. Near a large shopping center. For me and my husband, the main thing is space and cleanliness, our room met these requirements. We will return with pleasure.

The hotel is located near the center. You can either walk to the center or take one of the proposed public transport. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were towels and toiletries. The breakfast was plentiful. Porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes with cottage cheese and cherries, even fried chicken legs were, fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee and juices. The view from the eighth floor was wonderful. Polite staff.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

The distance between the hotel and the office is at least three kilometers. The office is not easy to find, there is no sign. Asked a few talents to find the door of the office, only a few doorbells to open a door for a female reception. Brought to the crowded small office upstairs, gave the room key and an address after paying a cleaning fee of 10 rubles. She didn't look far on the map, she asked if she wanted a taxi. After reading these reviews, I was a bit hesitant to book a room here, but then I decided that if I was going to visit Belarus, I might as well have a true Soviet experience. My fears were unfounded. Since Belarus is now opening up to tourism, they’ve probably listened to the feedback and made improvements. Shabby rooms? Mine was newly renovated (superior single room) and clean. WiFi worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Terrible breakfast? Not at all. It was similar each morning, but good. Fried eggs, either ham or sausage, toast, tea/coffee, etc., prepared and served by a very friendly waiter. Far-flung location? Not really. It’s true that it’s not on the main boulevard with the metro stops, but a 10-15 walk away. I found that walk interesting, with lots of local residents around walking their dogs, waiting for the tram, etc. Non-English speaking staff? Everybody I encountered had a basic level of English, and if there were any communication issues, they would use Google translate. All were friendly and smiling. Upon check-out, one woman even came out to help me bargain the taxi fare to the airport and then she told me to make sure to let everybody know that Belarus is great to visit! Budget-friendly and clean. Soviet in name only. Recommended!

Excellent hotel, new! Location convenient ! Recommended , booked through Hilton Honors app. Paid the World card. Small minus in cleaning , but it is inevitable in any hotel! Added to girls for reception, brought everything you needed! Visit the restaurant on the first floor, in another building. The location is great, the hotel has a long history, the decoration style is very distinctive, and it comes with free breakfast. But apart from that, I think there is really no advantage. The room facilities are simple and very cold. The temperature of the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by yourself, and the heating is the same as nothing. No disposable slippers, no disposable toothbrushes. I had to walk barefoot in the room. The room was cold and I caught a cold after three days of staying. The electric kettle feels like a product from 20 years ago. Really the facilities in the room are too rudimentary, saying that it is Samsung and I feel like living in a guest house. .

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Rest at the hotel in August 2023, chose at the location, wanted to live in the center. Not mistaken - the location of the hotel is excellent, beautiful street, a lot of cafes and bars, close to the metro. The hotel itself is just magnificent: high ceilings, stylish interior, lots of colors, art of objects. polite staff - and administrators and maids. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.
