"I like the old fashioned feel of the Adelphi the history and just the splendor of the building. I have one criticism I'm disabled using a walking crutch and in the breakfast room no help from the staff. I had to ascend floor steps with a walking crutch taking my plate. No offer of help. You may say I should have asked but for Health and safety reasons the staff ought to have offered"

"It's in a great location and the hotel was perfectly clean and the communal areas were grand and breakfast was great. However, we paid a bit more for a room with a good view but there was no mini fridge in the room, nowhere to hang towels, the room itself was incredibly basic for the price. The spa was not kept particularly clean, I didn't see anybody around doing anything in the spa itself and it was very busy due to half-term. It ticks all the boxes just fine, but for the money we did expect more."

We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family."
