"I have stayed at this hotel five times for business trips. The hotel is clean enough, but personal safety is not guaranteed. On January 14, 2026, during my fourth stay, I drank too much at a business dinner. Around 11:00 p.m., after I returned to the hotel, I fell asleep in the corridor on my floor, near the elevator. I did not wake up until 5:00 a.m. because of the cold. During this time, no hotel staff noticed that I was sleeping next to the elevator. The next morning, I asked the hotel to show me the CCTV footage. I wanted to make sure that no one, including other guests, had any contact with me during that time. Because I was in a hurry to go to another place, the front desk helped me check for about 30 minutes, but they still could not find the footage. I had no choice but to leave first. Later, I asked the hotel to send the CCTV footage to my Zalo, but the hotel refused, saying it was commercial confidential information. After that, the hotel sent me an investigation report and said they would provide the CCTV footage the next time I stayed at the hotel. I agreed. Today, March 1, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., during my fifth stay, I asked the hotel to keep their promise and give me the CCTV footage. The staff said they needed the manager’s approval, but the manager was not at work. They said they could only ask after 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. However, I will leave the hotel very early tomorrow for work. I may never see the CCTV footage, and I will never choose this five-star hotel again. Everything above is my objective description, and I have chat records as proof. To be honest, I now have some doubts about the reality of that investigation report."

"This is the best place of all accommodations we had during our one week trip in Vietnam. We got MORE than what we paid for! Buffet breakfast is great! March still cold here but having the pool and the beach is really awesome! We had a great time walking by the beach and taking pictures with excellent views! And just across the street a few meters away is a nice calm bay walk with several seafood restaurants where we ate dinner. The Villa we stayed at was excellent! We got a 5 STAR Accommodation for a very affordable price!"

"We had a beautiful spacious room. The grounds are pretty with lots of landscaping. Nice pool and decent restaurant. We were too far out of town to find a different place to eat. The room has all the amenities but one---hot water. I didn't know that you have to turn on a hot water heater. I only discovered this when I called reception to ask why there was no hot water. They told me to turn on the switch which I did. I didn't realize that the fuse also had to be turned on so in the end I didn't get my bath. They informed me that there would never be enough hot water to fill up the big wooden bathtub. That was a big disappointment. We should have been informed before we got excited about having a bath together. We got set menu and again were a little disappointed because each set menu was for two persons only. This was not written anywhere on the menu. We each wanted different food and had to compromise. The food was beautifully presented and the service was prompt. I shouldn't have had to ask for fish sauce, soy sauce and fresh limes to season the soup. These are standard condiments here in Vietnam. The bed's mattress was very hard and I did not sleep well. Wonderful breakfast. Fresh mango and passion fruit, delicious pho."

Started in a premium room, it was a spacious room, but no windows looking outside. The smaller rooms seem to have windows though, some of them even have balconies. All in all, we had a great time. Hotel staff helped with arranging drivers too for excursions. Two thumbs up 👍👍"
