"This place is a real find and so close to the centre of London. Really easy to get to via the M25 & M4. Rooms are as you’d expect in a Premier Inn and there’s a large car park. The food is good and although it’s obvious that the place runs on a skeleton staff, they all work so hard and all smile. We’d give as massive shout out to Alex, who looked after us brilliantly. She seems to be at work always and nothing was too much trouble. One of the most customer focused people that I’ve met. Thanks Alex, you are a total star!"

"The hotel had a great location and was very clean and well kept. View was really nice. The room quality was also really good. The only downside was the amenities — even just providing bottled water in the room would make a big difference, since not everyone wants to drink tap water. I had to go out and buy water, which was a bit inconvenient. At breakfast, the eggs were served next to the bacon, so they seemed contaminated and weren’t really suitable for vegetarians or anyone avoiding bacon."
