Premier Inn London Chiswick

Our third stay at this property and as on our previous visits, no issues. We like the location, it is easy to drive to, no problems with parking and a short walk to the nearby underground station, local shops and attractions. The room was as you would expect from PI, clean and quiet. I will definitely return the next time I need an overnight stay in London.

Raja on reception is great! Had a few issues finding my booking but it didn't feel like a stress at all. Brilliant customer service, really patient, couldn't do enough to help, wonderful welcoming personality. A credit to the Premier Inn Chiswick team

room was ok, shower poor, cooked breakfast was mixed- bacon very undercooked, awful view out of window into a business complex corridor that looks half finished. Worst aspect was access to hotel if you are not driving, you have to walk under a major road junction via the subway which after dark didn't feel at all safe. Won't stay here again because of that.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. All the staff are great but mirko stands out Mirko is a legend. Really freindly guy and always open to conversation and a laugh. Always helps with any issues we have. There is a few of us who have been staying here for over a year and every week Mirko has been here. He is a proper nice guy.

Stayed in this hotel while we went to tour London. I found the rooms were clean, mattress was very comfortable and service was great. Sammy was absolutely brilliant with us and answered all our questions and made sure we were well looked after.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Arriving, I was an early check in- not like I could let anyone know that because hilariously you can't get the contact number to the hotel until you're actually AT the hotel- but the receptionist, that I later found out was the manager, said I'd have to wait an hour or 2 before any rooms were ready, she didn't even bother checking to see if there any were any ready. As i was waiting another receptionist, Fransesco helped 2 people before me where i overheard there was a room ready for them, so as you can imagine i jumped up. He helped me immediately and he found out quickly that my room was in fact ready, so had the manager bothered to look, I wouldn't have had to wait even though I told her I needed a room ASAP. So first impressions were dumped on quite frankly. Not only that, but everytime i saw her she was constantly glaring at me, my friends i was with noticed aswell. On another note, shout out to Francesco, he was lovely and accommodating, helped me multiple times with my room. So when I got to my room it was disgusting. It wasn't hoovered at all, the shower was dirty and the mirrors were smeared, there were cup stains on the bedside tables so whoever was room checking clearly didn't bother doing it properly if at all. The sheets were also rejects, I questioned if the pillow cases had even been changed because of the worn creases on them. However, on that, I saw a housekeepers list on the trolley as i passed and they were extremely difficult. A lot of rooms for 1 person. But I am still paying for a standard serviced room, so I expect as such, not an unhoovered room with beard stubble all over the toilet seat. I switched rooms later in the day which was better. Breakfast was a laugh. Everyone huddled in a narrow room barging into you and spluttering all over the open food. No thanks. The poor guy servicing everyone was absolutely overwhelmed, he did a great job considering he was completely by himself, kept barely composed, I felt sorry for him. But the lack of help or staff there was just a joke. All in all, the experience there was just terrible, wouldn't recommend to anyone and if anything I will warn people not to go there.

Asked to clean our room. In 4 days our room wasn’t serviced once. We did ask for it they would make sure it would be done. But nope. When asking the staff on Sunday his reply was “what do you want me to do? There is no housekeeping right now. They’re back tomorrow.” Asked for towels. Got one. Family of 5. One towel. Awesome. Ended up taking the trash and dishes downstairs myself. Ended up running downstairs a total of 6 times in 4 days asking for towels, trashbags to change the bin, soap etc. Service at an airbnb would have been better.

Cannot believe that we went down for evening meal at 6oclock and was told to order out as the could not cope with the extra inconvenience. Very poor as the bar could not serve a draughty pint as they did not work. The standards have really slipped at this hotel and we have been returning for years

I booked the Premier Inn in Chiswick because it was a great price and close to London. On arriving I was impressed by the friendliness of the very professional staff. My room was roomy, very quiet and very comfortable. I pre booked breakfast and it was excellent, really good quality food and plenty of choice. I also had an evening meal and it was the best beef burger I’ve tasted in a long time and well presented. I was very happy with my stay at this Premier Inn, it was within easy reach of the centre of London with good public transport links. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
