Front desk staff should be more prompt at greeting the guests. Malays in general need to enhance their skills in customer service & hospitality so that guests will feel welcomed upon arrival at their hotels. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Hotel Maya. Areas of improvement:- - elevators. Very long waiting time during peak hours - mineral water in the room. At least have the bottles filled up when the guests first enter the room. They can then refill it at the water dispenser when needed. - twin room power sockets are too far from the bed - provide direct contact number to housekeeping (for ease of request) Thank you.

Beautiful room, lots of space in the room, view of other hotels, walking distance to the train station, very close to everything - about 2-3 miles away from popular attractions, limited amentities, no comb, no shaver… beautiful lobby, check in took quite long because only 1 guy at the check in desk, other than that, everything is fine…

Located near the KLCC area with major shopping malls like Suria KLCC and Pavilion about 15 minutes walk away. The only catch is that it is located up on a hill so I would not recommend towing your luggage up the hill yourself. Better grab a taxi if you have luggages. This is a brand new serviced apartment building with a beautiful swimming pool. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Room is spacious. It even has a kitchen and washer/dryer suitable for extended stay.

The parking for this hotel is managed by the hotel valet at RM10/vehicle per stay as the building doesn’t have its separate parking area and you will have to leave the keys to them which is fine as no issue arises during my stay with regard to my car. The check in process is smooth, breakfast choice is a bit limited but the service provided by the staff is top notch. Room is clean but the TV channels provided from the viewing selection is also limited. The surrounding area has various options for dining, from locals to other variety of cuisine, so the guest can choose to dine and/or have breakfast outside of the hotel instead which is reachable by foot. The location is also nearby a monorail station and not far from other attractions.

Carpark is confusing with multiple entrance but accessible to the malls. Hotel carpark is located at the end of the building. A warm cookie during check in was a sweet touch. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Even though location to KLCC is a bit further. You can easily drive or grab from the hotel. It’s just above the intermark mall with a good number of restaurants and shops/supermarkets Breakfast spread is at its best. A wide variety of food to choose from.

We enjoy our stay here at Grand Millennium Hotel as the service is great and the staffs are helpful especially the one on the front desk named Ilham. I appreciate his kindness. As we check in quite late at about 4.30pm , but our room is still not ready so the manager decided to upgraded our room to the classic one. We appreciate the gesture. I recently stayed at Pullman KL for two days and was overall very pleased with the experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. While there was an impressive variety of options available, the quality of the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. Some dishes felt lacking in freshness and flavor compared to the high standards Pullman usually delivers. That being said, it didn’t overshadow my experience, and I would still recommend Pullman KL for its comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I hope they can improve the breakfast quality to match the overall excellence of the hotel.

I had a fantastic experience at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was friendly and efficient. I wasn't informed that breakfast is vegetarian! They should inform guests upon check-in. The room was spacious with a sofa and luggage area. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bedding, bath tub, well-stocked minibar. They restocked the minibar everyday! The titbits and drinks were very nice! The hotel's location was ideal, close to the heart of KL - Bukit Bintang and of course, Berjaya Times Square is connected to the hotel. I would recommend Berjaya Times Square to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and accessibility. But you may want to consider the vegetarian breakfast buffet.

This hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge! The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home. As titanium, received double level upgrade to executive and late checkout at 4pm. Staff service was great with the exception of the lady doing midnight service at check in counter who gave little and also wrong information. Executive lounge staff were the highlight! Especially Bicky, friendly and attentive always with a smile. Location is good, right at bukit Bintang where all the malls are. The bad - bathtub isn't cleaned on arrival and even after next day room service (arrived late and did not use it first day) - floor mat also not changed - bathtub water is of yellow/green colour which they mentioned is lighting but black sediments also came through, even after replacing the filter. - no rain shower and the shower kept dropping which explains the chipped/damaged shower area

Expected for the price paid. Furniture could really do with updating. Bathroom can be cleaner. Water pressure like waterfall 👍🏾 but heater seems not working. Wifi is slow but maybe due to room at the end of the corridor. Walking distance to Lalaport mall. Staff during check is pleasant. Check out express--go to check out key drop box near lobby exit.

My second stay in this hotel. The plus point of selecting this hotel is that it is very near to KLCC where my office is. Another plus point is the check in process is very quick and the counter person is polite and helpful. Now the not so good points. First is that this hotel is old but I don’t mind old as long as it is clean. The bath towels in my room came with some stain on them. Nothing too alarming but still, stains! The shower gel provided was only one small bottle and it’s used up in a single bath. I did not bother to call house keeping as I was tired from work and just wanted to rest. There are face soup which i eventually use for shower. The safe in my room ran out of power. Again I was too lazy to call and wait for house keeping. As I did not intend to leave my room for the rest of the evening, i just let it be. Just wondered, why can’t housekeeping just check after every guest check out? My room booking came with breakfast and the food is really not that good. So if you are thinking to pay for breakfast in hotel, don’t!!! You can get so much nicer and cheap food by the mamak restaurant just next to the hotel.

had a very good experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and gave an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite (due to the ascott membership). Breakfast and lunch buffets were reasonably priced and delicious. The hotel is a 5 min drive/cab away from KLCC and Pavillion areas. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool is awesome!

The room is very spacious. High ceiling, aircond very cold even though set temperature for 27 degree. Very comfortable and cosy. Things to improve: 1. Inadequate kitchen utilities in example no bowl / plate /spoon / fork provided. 2. Need to change television to at least android / smart tv.

Location is superb, just walking distance to Suria KLCC shopping mall! We likes the room layout too: separate toilet and bathtub, vanity corner and wardrobe corner. Everything was great and overall is an enjoyable staycation with family.

InterContinental Kuala Lumpur made our honeymoon truly unforgettable with its blend of luxury, romance, and outstanding service. Our suite was beautifully decorated with stunning city views and thoughtful touches like rose petals and a welcome gift. Dining was a highlight, from the delicious sushi at Tatsu Japanese Cuisine to the varied breakfast buffet at Serena Brasserie. The outdoor pool, spa, and central location near attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers added to the experience. The staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made it a perfect romantic getaway that we highly recommend for couples.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, from the lobby to the guest rooms, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Another thing i like is their purified glass bottle water they provide for each room. The only downside was the TV system, which had issues connecting to Netflix or YouTube via their stream cast feature. Expected better from a 5* Hotel. Nevertheless it's been a great stay and I enjoyed the convenience and politeness of the staff

The location is incredibly convenient for the places I plan to visit, and the hospitality is exceptional. The buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes are seamless. This is my fifth time staying here, with two of the bookings made through Trip.com.

The team in the club lounge were very friendly and good with assistance. Ambience and stay with club lounge was awesome. Only thing to comment was the waiting time for drinks during the lounge sessions. Waited for almost 20mins for the drinks to be served. Understood that the staff said he is understaffed and working alone and needed some time, but I feel 20 mins++ was a bit too much. Aside from that, I salute and thank the team for providing my friend and I such a pleasant stay with Riz Carlton

I would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff are very helpful and welcome you warmly. They are very friendly. You just need to whatsapp them. Parking is free even though you have already checked out You can park and go for a stroll around klcc. The only thing that I'm.not satisfied is the room decoration. Requested the room to be decorated since its anniversary and birthday falls on the same day. City view from the room is not what you are looking for. The view is blocked by all the buildings ard making it feel confined.

Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: safety awareness needs to be improved: On the 56/F, -There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. -The stairs that walks to the outdoor dinning area are quite narrow, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow A number of hardwares are not working properly in the room.

Every facility was in good condition and well maintained. The food and drink served during breakfast had a variety of selection. It was awesome definitely will come again

Room is clean and spacious. Best feature is the water dispenser with both hot and cold water which makes water refill so easy. Bathroom has basic amenities and the shower head has a comfortable water pressure. Reception and security staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, a short walk to Berjaya Times Square, although need to dash across the busy road. Overall a satisfactory stay.

We booked the Apartment through Air BNB, and we felt satisfied. We rent 2 bedrooms apartment and it was spacious with completed facilities. The Apartment located at the central, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Area, Jl. Alor and also easy to order Grab Taxi or Grab Food if you need to order it. There is also a convenience store, coffee shop and restaurants next to the apartment. The swimming pool is huge and superb. Great place to stay.

The location is great, close to 2 MRT lines, near the KL tower and between KLCC and Central Market area. A lot of cafes and restaurants in the area to choose from. Very attentive staff and administrator. What we really liked is that the bathroom has two sinks, which is very convenient, a whole work desk, a balcony and a great view with large windows. And the room is spacious overall. We stayed on the 20th floor and wifi was very poor here and that was inconvenient. The rooftop pool has an amazing view. The gym didn't work.
