The service was superb. Stayed for 2 nights and they allowed us to check in 1hr early and check out 1hr later. They provided macarons as tea snack and the room was very clean and spacious. The amenities provided were top tier as well. View was great!! A welcome and parting gift was also given. Will be back again and worth the value. Vibes was really great. Only improvement/suggestion would be a smart TV 😂

Just came back from a short stay at Highlands Hotel and it was such a pleasant experience! The moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting. The lobby staff were welcoming and check-in was quick. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the mountains — waking up to the misty highland breeze was simply refreshing. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices. I especially liked the local dishes and fresh pastries. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The hotel’s location is super convenient — right in the middle of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. What impressed me most was the consistent service. Every staff member I met, from housekeeping to the concierge, was polite and eager to help. It made the whole experience feel very personal and well taken care of. If you’re heading to Genting Highlands for a short break or weekend escape, I highly recommend staying here. The comfort, convenience, and service make it one of the best choices in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Geo Resort Hotel. It’s a luxury hotel with elegant interiors, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The service was attentive and the overall ambiance made it feel like a true getaway. However, I do think it would be even better if the rooms came with a bathtub for added comfort and relaxation. I absolutely love staying here—especially when the rates are more affordable. Definitely a place I’d return to for a relaxing escape!

Feeling worst experience on this trip, since had wasted lots of times on confirming which room I would stay, like last time actually I had self-checked in by using the machine by myself, but I can't reach the room number as the machine provided which mentioned the room is situated at Tower 3, Level B1, but unreachable, the lif got issue, can't reach the level of the room whatever I had press B1 already...Had tried lots of times, then no idea, I tried to ask the person in charge at the reception, then she provided me a new room, however, still wrong tower(Tower 3, Level 28), but it mention Level 28 on the receipt, then I guess by myself may be the room is at Tower 2, luckily, that's it...It had spent lots of time for finding and check in the hotel, had large affected my trip plan...Anyway, also suggested here, please mention clearly on the hotel booking webpage or app like if standard room is at Tower 1 and the Y5 triple room is at Tower 2 and 3. Actually, last time I would like to book adjacent room which are two different types of room, but just acknowledged by the workers, both of the room at different tower. Before I booked, I have tried to ask is it can provide adjacent room for me since family trip, would like to stay together via Trip.com but getting the response from email told me First World Hotel will try their best to meet the requirements...actually, that time you should let me know there is different tower due to different types of room right? And I might change same types of room so that become convenient to all of us. Thank you

Please see the details of my experience below: Incomplete Check-In & Luggage Handling: I reached the hotel lobby around 11:00 AM to check in and provided my NRIC and phone number to the receptionist for verification. Because the room was not ready yet, I told her it was fine, left my baggage with her, and requested her help to bring it up to the room once it was ready. I then rushed to catch the shuttle bus to the theme park. Delayed Evening Check-In & Unsecured Baggage: When I arrived back at the lobby around 10:00 PM expecting to simply collect my room keys, a different receptionist took more than 15 minutes to process my check-in all over again. During this time, he also faced a printer failure while trying to print my breakfast vouchers for the next day. Furthermore, I noticed my baggage was still left out in the open area of the lobby. Lack of Urgency at Front Desk: While waiting for my late check-in, the phone at the front counter rang continuously for more than 10 seconds. Only one staff member finally answered it, while three other staff members just stood there daydreaming. As a waiting guest, I personally felt quite irritated watching the front desk phone ring for so long without being answered. Poor Staff Attitude: When I asked what time breakfast was served, the staff member replied, ”It's standard lah... 7:30 AM till 10:30 AM,” as if I were a barbarian who had never stayed in a hotel before asking a dumb question. Their attitude felt like I don't care. Disregarded Guest Request: Because I was too exhausted to continue waiting for the breakfast voucher to print, I requested that the staff deliver it to my room later by simply slipping it under the door. However, when staff member came to deliver it, he still pressed the doorbell, unnecessarily disturbing my rest. Confusing Service Design & Layout: The hotel room lifts are quite complicated to reach from the lobby. The receptionist merely pointed and told me to ”go straight and turn right.” Carrying my own baggage, I went straight, turned right, had to make a U-turn, and kept asking around before finally finding the room lift. It felt like a treasure hunt, banging around here and there until I finally reached it. I am not sure if your service design is intentionally meant to handle customers this way. Room Cleanliness Issues: The room itself was quite dusty. I could clearly see hair and dirt on the bedsheets. There was also some black substance inside the fridge, to the point where I did not dare put any of my drinks inside. Overall, the hotel is quite nice physically considering the age of the hotel. It just really needs to improve its service culture, staff training, and cleanliness standards.

The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. The hotel was basic and quite dated. There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day. Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars. But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine. No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast. No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

If possible, book through Agoda with a different partner so you can find someone at the front desk if issues arise. 7stonez customer service seems to be unreachable in person; they only communicate via WhatsApp. If you're not familiar with PDFs, you'll be left to figure things out on your own. When I checked in, I saw an uncle struggling with it for a long time.

My son and I have stayed at this boutique hotel twice before, back in 2024. Now our 3rd stay, still always our favourite. Lobby area is comfortable and spacious, smooth check in and be sure have cash to pay for the conservation fee RM3 since no cashless option for this. The room is well equipped with comfortable queen bed, air condition, tv, mini bar, kettle and coffee tea as well bottled water. Bathroom has clean towels, toothbrush set, soap, shower cap and toilettries. Shower with hot water, good water pressure. Wardrobe has bedroom slippers, ironing board & iron,laundry bag and ample space to store your clothes. There is self service laundrette with a fee(washing machine & dryer) in hotel. Hair dryer is available upon request. Other facilities include surau, 7 Eleven, another convenient shop as well as hotel cafe which I think is only available for breakfast. One might enjoy the wonderful paintings all around the hotel public area, where there are comfortable seating area with sofas. Overall, pleasant stay for us as always.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍
