Will follow up for check in and checkout even thought is self check in and check out. This locations was Convinient with nearby or walk distance with restaurant and mart ( Kk mart, 7 eleven, 99 speed mart) nearby also have starrbucks and Family mart. Is a very chill suite for me....air was fresh and strong windy. Suitable for staycation relaxing and family time. Will book again for this suite when holiday. The small fridge is not cold, not working well so it's just a storage space. The front desk is helpful in bringing more hangers for us. The toilet & bathroom is separated, water pressure is STRONG and hot water is working well. Lots of restaurants in the mall next door. An enjoyable short trip!

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

Starting with a smooth check in process, easy access parking, there were mini stalls just outside the hotel lobby until 10pm, the hotel located very near to lots of eateries & convenient stores. We had our dinner at Mohd Chan just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel room was cozy & clean enough. The amenities provided were good, I love the shower gel & shampoo because they smelled so refreshing. The breakfast spread was limited but tasted excellent! Please try their roti canai, so good! I would recommend this hotel to anyine coming to Genting Highlands. We look forward for our next staycation here.

Things to know: • Free parking for 1 car per unit • RM200 deposit per unit required (refunded very fast) • Lifts can get quite congested during peak/rush hours • Toiletries provided: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush • Kettle provided • Only 1 towel per room was provided • No complimentary bottled water The unit was suitable for a family stay, and having free parking was helpful. Just be prepared for the busy lifts during peak periods and bring your own drinking water. Overall, a practical option if you're driving and looking for accommodation around Genting Highlands.

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

Hard Rock Cafe is also located on Level 50, so it’s very convenient if you want to dine or enjoy some drinks there. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. We had a wonderful stay at Antara Noble Nest. The unit was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The view was fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the accommodation provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive and communicated well throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great view and a helpful host!

We stayed in this unit with a friend's family. The owner was super friendly and responded quickly to our inquiries. The 3-bedroom unit was perfect for children to play together while parents enjoyed a relaxing drink. The mall downstairs offered a great dining option, however, breakfast options are limited and can get crowded, so we recommend bringing your own.

An excellent stay - highly recommended. We had an amazing stay at Sky Manor Windmill Upon Hills Genting Highlands. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious much bigger than expected. Good value for family stay in Genting. Facilities such as swimming pool is nice and playground also nice. Location is great near to food parlour and next to Genting Premium Outlets. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway from the crowd. Will definitely come again!

Great host! Everything was good except the way to the property.. road was in bad shape maybe due to lots of construction site nearby..friendly host and check in & out was easy. My kids and family love staying here and consider coming back again in future..units are still new and only downside is that only 1 access card per unit which is a little troublesome.kudos to the host and please keep it up! Oh 1 last thing location was near to eateries and shops

Hi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.
