This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we never regret chosing Swiss Garden as our preferred hote. Our unit is facing the mountain view and we love the it. There are 1 room with queen bed and 1 room with single bed. Each room has aircond. No aircond at the living room but it’s already cool outside. It also has 2 bathrooms inside. There are 2 pools for kids and 1 adult pool. Our kids enjoyed very much there. With all the facilities provided and friendly staff to assist us, for sure we will stay there again in our next trip.

However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had mixed experiences. On the plus side, the hotel's mountain-top location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and a 15-20 minute drive to the theme park and ******. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. However, I had some significant concerns with the hotel's facilities, which felt outdated and in need of maintenance. There is a swimming pool with warm water, but no hot water shower at changing room after you swim. It's not possible to shower there before you back to your hotel room. Cleanliness could also be improved too. The biggest headache was the parking - while it's free for hotel guests, the process of validating and exiting the car park was convoluted and stressful, especially during peak hours. I.e. every time you exit the car park, you need to validate your touch n go card at hotel lobby (tower 2) while car park is at tower 7. You have to take lift to level 3 to walk across skybridge and take lift again to collect your car. Don't forget you only have 20 min to exit the car park after validation. And the parking lots themselves were also cramped and challenging to navigate. The hotel's layout, with multiple towers and levels, was confusing even for me, and I found myself getting lost daily. I e. Check in at tower 2, you may stay at tower 3, car park is at tower 7, and breakfast is at another tower. If you're comfortable with this, you might enjoy your stay, but I'd recommend exploring other options in Genting Highlands.

We recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony. However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system. Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

Room at Genting View Resort (GVR) was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities, the staff and the view surrounded were good too. Only one thing that i really need attention from the management to take action immediately. Please replace all the toilet doors with the other patern of door to avoid visitors trapped in the bathroom especially danger for the kids. I have the experience but fortunately the GVR’staff take immediate action to escape me from the bathroom. Tqvm. Other than that all the facilities in GVR were good. Hopefully GVR’s cafe will be open again soon with more varieties of great menu as before, I will repeat to stay at GVR in future. Tqvm GVR☺️

The water pressure from the shower is low, one of us had to shower cold water until we manage to figure out the water pump. The host sent their maintenance guy to fix the water pump the next day at 9am (when we were still sleeping). Couldn't find the AC remote, took us 30 minutes to final find it next to one of the beds. The kitchen sink was clogged and making noise. Parking is a hassle as it's open air and you need to park quite a distance if you get back late. It was raining when we arrived, so we were all soaked due to the open air parking. We called the host at 12am to ask about the water pressure, he was responsive and helped us (over the phone) to sort it out. Water pressure is still low, but I guess that's the ”normal” pressure. Room can fit 6 adults comfortably. Good sound proofing.

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. This property located at a good location in genting permai where surrounded with many facilities such as KK mart, 7eleven, food stall, starbucks, patrol station. The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

Stayed at 1001 Nights Hotel Genting Highlands, Trademark Collection by Wyndham and had a great experience. I arrived very late around 4am (due to avoid Raya Highway Traffic Jam), but the customer service was excellent and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a good rest. Even though my booking didn’t include breakfast, the overall stay was still very satisfying. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is suitable for a short getaway in Genting Highlands. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service. Would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍

The apartment was very clean and well managed by the operator. Apartment is still new and spacious. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only issue that we faced was the jacuzzi at the balcony. My child was waiting to enjoy it but it wasn't working. It can't heat the water, thus the water was too cold for my child. Operator was very responsive, brought the technician to try to fix but unfortunately, it can't be fixed. One more thing to note is that it took us about 20min, slight uphill walk to reach Sky Avenue. Overall its a nice stay, operator was very responsive.
