Indonesia travellers, family trips, Junior suite room. 4 days 3 Night, Date 26/12/12/2024 - 29/12/2024. This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

A short stay at this residence suites and this was my second time staying together with my family. The overall experience was somewhat considered ‘so so’ but a few areas require to be fine tune, maintained and given attention to. The bed sheet has the dirty stain on it, the bath room water basin is clogged,, hot water supply seems to be slow (as my daughter and I forced to take cold water shower), no TV program even though the TV is functioning with Athena cable attached and some rooms are a little dusty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Genting Skyworlds Hotel, and I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service and the quality of the stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in and check-out were smooth. However, the highlight of our experience was the exceptional care provided by Mr. Rusman. Late one evening, our helper began experiencing severe gastric issues, and Mr. Rusman immediately went above and beyond to ensure her well-being. Mr Rusman stepped in without hesitation and arranged for an ambulance, which arrived promptly within five minutes. He went above and beyond by personally accompanying my husband and my helper to the clinic, assisting with the registration process, and staying with them until our helper received the necessary medical treatment. Once the doctor cleared her, he also ensured they had transportation back to the hotel. This act of kindness and genuine concern for others made a world of difference in what could have been a stressful situation. It’s rare to encounter such caring and attentive staff, and Mr. Rusman’s efforts truly made our stay memorable. I am incredibly grateful for his support and for the hotel’s overall exceptional service. I highly recommend Genting Skyworlds Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guest.

This hotel is ok for 1 night stay and for the convenient purpose of going to the ******. The check in process is super terrible and no clear instruction to people who booked through 3rd party like Trip.com etc that they have to do some registration first before you can even check in, wasted our time queuing at the self check in kiosk, I don't know why such simple notice cannot be place all over the lobby area. We stayed in non-smoking level but still can smell people smoking at nigh, but at least the room cleanness is ok. . Oh ya there have people right at the lobby keep asking if you want to buy the room stay, hotel side mentioned illegal but no action taken. For the amount spent for such hotel room, I don't think is worth the value at all. If you are super gambler then this is good hotel because your routine is just Eat Sleep Gamble Repeat

The resort looks neat and beautiful where is surrounded by vegetation. When the first time we drive to this resort, we were scared of where is quite an outskirt location. But not too bad is not that deep into drive-in is just about 5 min from that small little town. In fact, is a really convenient location which near to those shops from the little town They take the SOP seriously where they did maintain the social distancing, scan our My Sejahtera apps, and provide us the hand sanitizer. We were greeted by the guard who are very friendly and dedicated. The room in GRV was the great one, very huge like a suite room with wide space, beautiful view and the shower heater was working perfectly with high pressure. The receptionist by the name of Fazila (who work in this property for 3 years plus) who handle our check-in and check-out process was efficient with a courtesy maner and helpful. We will never forget of Fazila's hospitality that she demonstrated. Keep up the good work Fazila and her team.

The room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

In general, a pleasant stay. The hotel provides brushes and some snacks upon check-in. There is no refill of tea bags or drinking water. Need to go to the dispenser to refill myself. Buffet breakfast was good. The room was cool without needing to turn on the aircon. The shuttle bus to the premium outlet or cable car station is hourly. Grab was also available, though we needed to pay premium at peak hours. Super long queues at cable cars, waited an hour to go to the hill top.

The apartment is considered clean, with drinking fountains, well-equipped facilities, and free parking spaces (the parking lot in Genting is not cheap). Checking in to get the key is a bit cumbersome, you need to contact the person in charge to get the check-in guide in advance. The location is a bit remote, some distance from Genting Highlands Amusement Park & Casino, about 10-15 minutes by car (cannot walk). But it's at the highest point, and the view outside the room is beautiful!

Stayed only for one night. On arrival, it was an easy and quick check-in. Big and beautiful lobby area. Rooms are big and have a very comfortable bed. Bathrooms are large with seperate shower with rain shower and includes all toiletries. Good location, surrounded be restaurants and food places are in less than a minutes walk. Mall and cable car station just 10 minutes drive by car. Booked room only, so next day had to pay for breakfast and noticed it was a bit pricey. Found my way to Resort Hotel as the God of Fortune welcomes me. My wife went to check in. I saw a poster showing shuttle bus timing between the hotels and to the bus terminal. Then soon we took the lift up to 10th floor. Nothing fancy. The TV was small but we didn’t use it except turning it on the first night to see what was available. The place was mostly cold enough. There was no aircon. Not that we needed any. We turned off the fan during the stay. There were towels in the toilet but we had to bring our own toothbrushes. Found a hairdryer which was useful to dry our clothes a bit.

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

We truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.
