Definitely our favourite stay in Jeju — the service was excellent from start to finish. We were warmly greeted at the entrance, where the staff helped with our luggage, directed us to the carpark and explained where to go for check-in. The carpark was spacious, easy to navigate and had clear signage. The hotel lobby also smelled really nice. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and spoke good English. Check-in and parking were handled quickly. We were impressed by how spacious and clean the room was, with a great city view. The sheets and towels were spotless too. What really stood out was the attention to detail — the staff noticed we were travelling with our 4-year-old and had already prepared children’s slippers and a robe for us before we even reached the room. The outdoor pool was another highlight. It was heated, open until 11pm and had a beautiful view of the city. Towels and life jackets were provided, and the lifeguard and pool staff were very attentive. The glass panels could be cleaned a little more often to keep the view clearer, but overall it was a great experience. The complimentary shuttle to the airport and duty-free was very convenient, and the staff were helpful with our luggage throughout. The location is also great, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Overall, a wonderful stay with thoughtful service throughout — definitely deserving of its 5-star rating.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and offers good value for money. The front desk staff and luggage storage service personnel were very friendly and provided Chinese-speaking assistance. However, the hotel's decor is a bit dated, and the cleanliness was just okay; there was hair in the sink and even a discarded contact lens. The lighting was too dim, and the air conditioning was too strong, making the room very cold. Check-in is strictly after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. They provide complimentary bottled water based on the number of guests in each room. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service at four different times, but the timings are too concentrated. I think it would be better to spread out the times so that guests traveling to the airport in the afternoon and evening can also utilize the shuttle.

The room floor was quite dirty and sticky to walk on. The bathroom mirror and crevices were also dirty. Everything had a charge, no complimentary water. The exterior environment was very nice, with large green spaces and woods. The pool was good, but it cost money to use, and parents with children had to be present and also pay. Even the lounge chairs had a fee, which was my biggest complaint. The location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free, and there are many delicious restaurants and cosmetic shops nearby.

Pros: 5 stars hotel. Room was great, clean and big. We stayed here for a night as we were on the way back to Jeju City from Seogwipo. Price was very reasonable. Hotel is in theme with the themepark, and very big. Saw many other guests going to the outdoor swimming pool thought it was very cold. Convenient only if you are driving! Cons: location was very far off. Dinner options (only buffet $90/pax) in hotel was very expensive. We drove out to have dinner. Not much amenities surrounding the hotel. Drive out 10-15 mins to nearby food town, which has ilpum sundubu, and one 7-11 convenience store.

”Who said that Jeju Island has a romantic sea breeze? The EEDO villa I lived in this time directly refreshed my understanding of 'home away from home'! The constant temperature pool control must be rushed: soak in the warm pool in the afternoon, the blue sky of Jeju is looking up, and the water waves are swaying the sun like a broken drill. Every shot is an ins wind blockbuster ～ room details are full: the bedding is soft to like trapped in the clouds, and every day I wake up outside the window is a clean healing scenery, and even the bathroom exudes a faint fragrance. When I checked in, there were Jeju specialty oranges on the table, which were sweet to bursting juice! In the evening, I personally helped us barbecue, the sound of black pork and his special sauce, and I went down and went directly to the soul to wear ”The Canteen” 😂 Before leaving, I even sent a small souvenir. The location of the villa is super convenient, it takes 15 minutes to go to Yayuexuan to see the seagulls. Remember to bring more swimsuits, poolside and lounge chairs are too filmed. If Jeju Island is gentle and shaped, it must be the water ripples in the EEDO villa pool + the fireworks of the landlord's grandfather's barbecue. Sisters close their eyes and rush, this is definitely worth N brushing!

The hotel is pretty good, conveniently located close to everything. I've noticed that male front desk staff in Korea tend to be friendlier, and the cleaning ladies (ajummas) were also very nice. There's a restaurant at the intersection on the left side of the hotel that I highly recommend; the owner brought us fish every day and they even had Chinese-speaking staff. It was fantastic! Oh, one thing, the cleanliness of the swimming pool could use some improvement.

The hotel's location is good; it's right across from Shilla Duty-Free Shop, making getting around convenient. There's also a supermarket in the lobby on the second floor, which is handy for buying things. This time, I stayed in family room 1602, which offered views of the sea and the airport. However, the air conditioning in this room wasn't working well. After maintenance came to check it out, they just gave us an extra fan, but it was still so hot we were sweating and couldn't sleep well. Also, for stays of two nights, the hotel doesn't clean the room; they only provide a few bottles of water and towels. Only guests staying three nights get one cleaning service. The room itself only had a small round table, and the bathroom counter was tiny, making it inconvenient to place items. Overall, the facilities are quite dated. In my opinion, it's fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for multiple consecutive nights.

The room was spacious, and it looked clean enough. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is really handy, and it's close to a few duty-free shops too. However, if you're particular about your sleep quality, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. If you do book here, try to avoid rooms on the 4th floor. The air conditioning noise was awful; and I'm usually not sensitive to noise, but I barely slept a wink for two nights. Even if you turn it off, there's still a constant hum, just as loud as when it's on. On the second night, I just left the TV on all night, and eventually, I got used to the background noise. I can't speak for other floors, but even the lobby's AC was quite noisy, which makes me think the equipment is just old.

Stayed 3 nights. Will not be back. Absolutely uncomfortable stay. Rooms lacks even most basic amenities to make a comfortable stay. The only advantage of this hotel is the location, courteous front desk staff, fuss free and fast check in, and clean and spacious room. Now for the cons, there are plenty. Room is too dim for comfort, and there were insufficient power sockets located randomly and without consideration for guests' needs. Despite the relatively big room, there's no luggage rack, very inconvenient. A safe deposit box is also not available. Aircon in room is hopeless, as good as not having. No coffee sachets, only kettle and tea bags. Dont even have a spoon to stir our tea with! Toilet is clean but one wonders where to hang the clothes because there isnt any rack or hook to hang our clothes. Toothbrush and toothpaste not provided. The toilet door opens on the ”wrong” side. Most hotels that i have been to has the shower or bath tub behind the door, unlike this one that has the sink directly behind the door, causing much inconvenience to wash hands because the toilet door must be closed before the sink can be used. Taps and shower heads do not have clear indication of hot or cold water, have to play around to get the correct temperature, very dangerous for elderly and children. Lifts travel at tortoise speed, takes long time to arrive and takes a long time to get to the cafe for breakfast or to the lobby. Was a torture waiting in the lobby for our guide as it appears as if there's practically no aircon in the lobby. Breakfast is very limited in variety. Will not be back

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and is only 5 mins away by car from the airport. There are restaurants in the vicinity about 5-8 mins walk away ( black pork bbq and berrycoco cafe). We get a nice view of the sea from our rooms and one of the rooms comes with an arcade machine, which is fun to spend time with. The rooms have a small kitchenette and water dispenser which is very useful.

The sea view room was indeed beautiful, but upon opening the door, there was a strong musty smell, probably due to dampness from being by the sea. The hairdryer was dusty, clearly indicating a lack of thorough cleaning and inspection by housekeeping. This hotel mostly caters to tour groups and airline crew. The fried chicken at the 1st floor BBQ restaurant was terrible, not comparable to BHC at all, and the service was poor. It opens at 8 PM, and when I went at 8:15 PM, I was told all the drumsticks were sold out, only chicken pieces were left. Selling out so soon after opening made me feel like they didn't want to do business.

The front desk service is excellent, with staff who speak Chinese, and you can also add a Chinese butler on WeChat, though they only respond during the day. The room is spacious, bright, and clean, with international power outlets so no adapter is needed. The air conditioning requires a remote control, as the control panel doesn't work. The bathroom facilities aren't great; the toilet isn't smart and the flush is weak. The sink faucet is too short and close to the basin wall, making it hard to wash hands without splashing water everywhere (many bathrooms in Jeju have this issue). The bathtub also seems unstable and wobbles when you stand in it. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Location: Superb!!! Right by Hamdeok Beach, you just walk downstairs to the sand. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The ocean view room was very pleasing to the eye. Room Facilities: Average. The room was quite small, cleanliness was also just okay, and the facilities were a bit old-fashioned. Service Attitude: Good. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the cleaning staff would proactively greet us. Transportation: Taxis are quite convenient, they pick up quickly. However, if you're with a tour group or chartered car, since it's on the east side and not in the city center, there's an extra charge, which can be quite expensive.

The hotel environment is good, however, the restaurant was closed due to wedding event for my stay. It is not appropriate arrangement since the hotel only had 1 restaurant n convenient store inside the hotel. Also the travel information including transportation, hiking and around the hotel sightseeing spots is not enough for customer first time to come. Btw, the hotel surroundings are very good, our room can see the sun rise and sun set not full view, and can see Hallasan from the room. There are performance at Nanta Theatre, and opposite is a Jeju Starlight World Park. The hotel is very closed to the Gwaneumsa Trail Entrance of Hallasan. Only 5 minutes taxi about won6k to the entrance. It is also closed to different short hike around Hallasan. You have to book in advance before you can enter this trail. I suggest to go from Gwaneumsa up to the top point, and down from Seongpanak Trail. Then u can take bus no. 281 and walk about 800m to the hotel. Only that the location is not convenient to take public transportation as the frequency is around 1 hour interval of bus schedule. But if you drive, it is definitely a good place to stay. The hotel is really considered to give more information for the customer tourist information as value added service.

Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

The hotel's overall environment is quite good, and the palm trees make for great photos. However, the interior of the hotel is a bit dated, though it's still well-maintained. The moderate price and large rooms are a plus, making it ideal for groups. This is my second stay here. There's a popular cafe nearby, as well as a hairtail fish restaurant recommended by Zhang Ziyi. It's also right on one of the Olle trails, so a stroll along the boardwalk in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze, is lovely.
