Jeju Internation Airport / Yeondong Jeju City|4.86km from downtown
The hotel itself is huge and stunning, arguably the newest and finest one in Jeju. We had a fantastic stay experience. Though we ran into some communication issues with the front desk staff at first, their service manager stepped in promptly to sort everything out with a friendly attitude. We are thoroughly satisfied overall. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent too; the breakfast attendants were welcoming and attentive. However, the swimming pool left much to be desired—the water looked unclean. What’s more, even though our child can swim, the hotel enforced a mandatory life jacket rule for all kids under 1.5 metres tall. This completely ruined the point of swimming. Forcing a capable swimmer to wear a life jacket is like clipping a bird’s wings and stopping it from flying, making the swimming experience extremely disappointing.

This room type is absolutely fantastic, perfect for two families traveling together or a group of friends. It features two bedrooms, a living room, and three bathrooms, plus a walk-in closet. The living room is spacious, and the two bedrooms are at opposite ends, ensuring privacy. Compared to booking two separate rooms, I find this option much more convenient for looking after each other, especially when traveling with parents. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to duty-free shops,保健路 (Baojian Road), and various trendy restaurants. There's even a CU convenience store right across the street. The hotel service is excellent too, with Chinese-speaking staff available.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free and very close to the Baojian Road pedestrian street. You can easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. There's also an 'About Coffee' shop next door, which is quite charming. It's super convenient to get to Emart and the Hyatt. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Dongmun Market / Jeju City Hall Jeju City|2.22km from downtown
This is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night.

Not bad at all, it's a great place for a vacation ⛱️. It's mostly Koreans, and there were also some corporate team-building events. It's very natural and the rooms are huge, with direct access to an ecological park with a small train. The highlight has to be the swimming pool – it's heated! There are multiple pools of different sizes, so it's perfect even for young children. There's also an indoor pool and a sauna. We made sure to go for a swim every day. The front desk staff were great too; they were able to accommodate most requests. A minor hiccup was that someone accidentally took my slippers, but after I reported it, they actually managed to get them back the next day! The only downside might be its remote location. It's quite a distance to get anywhere, and a taxi to the city center costs around 160. It's hard to hail a taxi yourself, but the front desk can help you call one. They don't use the meter, so it's a little bit more expensive, but they usually get a car for you in about 5 minutes.

”Who said that Jeju Island has a romantic sea breeze? The EEDO villa I lived in this time directly refreshed my understanding of 'home away from home'! The constant temperature pool control must be rushed: soak in the warm pool in the afternoon, the blue sky of Jeju is looking up, and the water waves are swaying the sun like a broken drill. Every shot is an ins wind blockbuster ~ room details are full: the bedding is soft to like trapped in the clouds, and every day I wake up outside the window is a clean healing scenery, and even the bathroom exudes a faint fragrance. When I checked in, there were Jeju specialty oranges on the table, which were sweet to bursting juice! In the evening, I personally helped us barbecue, the sound of black pork and his special sauce, and I went down and went directly to the soul to wear ”The Canteen” 😂 Before leaving, I even sent a small souvenir. The location of the villa is super convenient, it takes 15 minutes to go to Yayuexuan to see the seagulls. Remember to bring more swimsuits, poolside and lounge chairs are too filmed. If Jeju Island is gentle and shaped, it must be the water ripples in the EEDO villa pool + the fireworks of the landlord's grandfather's barbecue. Sisters close their eyes and rush, this is definitely worth N brushing!

Dongmun Market / Jeju City Hall Jeju City|0.74km from downtown
We had a really great stay at Ramada Jeju City Hall during a very stressful situation. We had just found out that our flight back to the UK had been cancelled, and after spending a long time at the airport trying to get help from the airline, nobody seemed able to assist us. By the time we arrived at the hotel, we were exhausted and quite distressed. Although the official check-in time was 3pm, the gentleman at the front desk kindly noticed straight away how stressed we were and allowed us to check in early. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he incredibly friendly and professional, but he also helped us contact the airline and managed to put us through to Lufthansa, which was something we had been struggling to do for hours. His support, calm attitude, and willingness to help genuinely made such a difference to us. Compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip where we needed extra assistance, his customer service stood out massively. He made everything feel seamless at a time when we really needed kindness and support. We were only staying for a short time, but thanks to him, our stay was memorable for all the right reasons. I really hope the hotel recognises how valuable he is because he truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Our whole family thought this place was good, but there's room for improvement, which I'll list out: Areas for improvement: 1. The pool fee is 1000 KRW (about 5 RMB) and is paid to the hotel upon check-out. 2. The pool water wasn't very clean. 3. The curtains in our room had oil stains, and the sheets and duvet covers were damaged (Room 916). 4. Transportation isn't very convenient (by bus). There's only one bus stop nearby, and it's not very close. We always had to take a bus to the bus terminal (lines 431, 432) and then transfer to another bus. Pros: 1. The location is excellent. It's near the sea (no beach), and it's lively at night, great for a run. There's a seafood street by the sea, and it's not far from Dongmun Market. There are 7-Eleven, CU convenience stores, and BHC fried chicken nearby (don't get the cheese flavor, it's very greasy and sweet, but they do provide side dishes, cola, and cheese sauce). It's also not far from Chilseong-ro and there's a supermarket next door. 2. The hotel has deep, shallow, and hot spring-like pools.

The location is fantastic, right across from the Shilla Duty Free Shop. There's a 7-Eleven on the second floor, and a CU and Olive Young nearby. The front desk staff speak Chinese, making check-in and check-out very convenient. Taxis are easy to catch, and there are plenty of dining options around. The soundproofing in the hallway isn't great, so noisy neighbors could be an issue. They don't provide disposable toothbrushes, etc., and the slippers are plastic, so it's best to bring your own. Two bottles of mineral water are provided daily, and there's a refrigerator. For extended stays, rooms are cleaned every other day. You can leave your trash outside your door daily, and towels and mineral water will also be left there for you to bring in. There's only one power outlet by the bed and only two hangers are provided. The twin room has one large bed and one smaller bed; the smaller one is quite low, likely a spring mattress, and quite soft. The pillows are so flat they're almost useless.

The room was very spacious with a smart layout, making it quite comfortable. It's perfect for travelers – there was more than enough space to spread out two or three suitcases. While the decor isn't the newest and some furniture shows wear, it was impeccably clean; the floors were even wet-mopped. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff! We stayed in room 1219 from July 8th for four days, and every day we returned to a perfectly tidied room. Water was replenished, towels changed, and they even helped me find my other slipper that had kicked under the bed – truly diligent and thoughtful cleaning. Plus, the front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made communication easy. They also offer luggage storage and even gave us convenience store vouchers, so many pros! The location is also quite convenient.

Facilities: The smart toilet and Wi-Fi were great, but the shower being in the bathtub was a bit inconvenient, and the bathroom was a little small – I had to dry my hair outside. There's a mirror directly opposite the bed, so be aware if that bothers you. Hygiene: The hygiene was very good; the room was clean and tidy overall, and housekeeping did a thorough job. Environment: The location is excellent, close to Baojian Road, and an easy walk to both duty-free shops. There's a 7-Eleven right in the hotel, souvenir shops nearby, a CU convenience store across the street, and it's very close to the airport. Overall, it's very convenient. Service: I requested not to have an end room when booking, but that's what I got. There was a slight smell in the hallway. The front desk staff weren't very communicative, and luggage storage was just next to the front desk, unsupervised.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and is only 5 mins away by car from the airport. There are restaurants in the vicinity about 5-8 mins walk away ( black pork bbq and berrycoco cafe). We get a nice view of the sea from our rooms and one of the rooms comes with an arcade machine, which is fun to spend time with. The rooms have a small kitchenette and water dispenser which is very useful.

Switched from Lotte Hotel Seogwipo to Regent Marine. It was super convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. We were given a room on the top floor with a partial sea view, and it was fantastic watching planes take off and land every day with the ocean in front of us. I remember being really impressed by Ramada and Emart twelve years ago. Regent Marine is about a ten-minute walk to Emart, and across the street is Chilseong-ro Shopping Street. Downstairs, there's McDonald's, GS25, CU, and 7-Eleven, all very close by. The duty-free shop and Baojian Road are about a forty-minute bus ride away. The hotel's fried chicken delivery also came with two free drinks, and it tasted great. There were also vouchers for the coffee shop downstairs. A lot of Korean Air flight attendants stay at this hotel. I felt it was a great and convenient stay, plus there's a swimming pool, which made the kids very happy. Highly recommend!!!

I used my Ctrip points, so it was pretty affordable. The front desk had Chinese staff, which made communication easy, and their service was excellent. You can also pay for a late check-out. The hotel's location is great too; you can walk to Health Road, Shilla Duty Free, and several nearby restaurants. However, the room facilities are quite basic. The air conditioning is very noisy, and the TV is old. Also, the room lighting isn't bright enough, which isn't ideal if you need to do any work. Overall, it's fine for a one-night stay as a stopover in the city, but I probably wouldn't choose it again next time.

This place is fantastic! It's right across from Hamdeok Beach – just cross the road and you're on the sand. I'm not sure why the rating is so low; the hygiene was perfectly fine. We arrived early, dropped our bags in the lobby, and immediately jumped into the ocean. The best time to swim is around 6 or 7 PM when the tide comes in; it's less crowded then too. Later in the evening, the hotel's ground-floor bar has live music, which creates a great atmosphere. We honestly didn't want to leave. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and conveniences right downstairs, much more vibrant than Gwakji Beach, where we stayed afterward.

The hotel is conveniently located about 2.4km from the airport and offers breakfast. It's a typical budget business hotel often used by tour groups. The rooms are small, and it can get crowded, so the value for money isn't great. However, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide directions to tourist attractions after looking them up online. It's also about a 20-minute drive to the Olle Trail, accessible via subway line 16.

2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.
