We stayed at Jeju Central City Hotel for 4 nights, including breakfast, and overall, we had a pleasant and convenient stay.
The hotel room is a little old and dated, However, the room was clean, comfortable, and functional, and everything we needed for a short stay was available. Despite the age of the room, it was well-maintained enough for us to feel comfortable staying there.
One thing I appreciated was that the hotel provided bottled water and fresh towels every day. Room cleaning is done every 3 days, so if you prefer daily housekeeping, this is something to keep in mind. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. However, they did not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own or purchase them nearby.
The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was great for browsing, checking travel information, and staying connected during our trip.
Another convenient service was their luggage storage. If you arrive early before check-in, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and go out to explore Jeju. The same goes for after check-out if you have a late-night flight. We found this especially useful because it meant we didn’t have to carry our luggage around while waiting for our flight.
The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Shilla Duty Free Jeju is just across the road, which is very convenient if you’re planning to do some shopping. There is also a 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor of the hotel, so getting drinks, snacks, or other essentials is very easy. There are also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and other necessities without having to travel far.
The hotel staff were also polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and we had no issues communicating our requests.
