Hotel Regent Marine Jeju

An overnight stay as a layover. It's close to the airport and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Generally satisfied.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The hotel even gave us complimentary BBQ fried chicken and coffee vouchers. The only slight disappointment was the pool, which was too small and shallow, only suitable for children.

Switched from Lotte Hotel Seogwipo to Regent Marine. It was super convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. We were given a room on the top floor with a partial sea view, and it was fantastic watching planes take off and land every day with the ocean in front of us. I remember being really impressed by Ramada and Emart twelve years ago. Regent Marine is about a ten-minute walk to Emart, and across the street is Chilseong-ro Shopping Street. Downstairs, there's McDonald's, GS25, CU, and 7-Eleven, all very close by. The duty-free shop and Baojian Road are about a forty-minute bus ride away. The hotel's fried chicken delivery also came with two free drinks, and it tasted great. There were also vouchers for the coffee shop downstairs. A lot of Korean Air flight attendants stay at this hotel. I felt it was a great and convenient stay, plus there's a swimming pool, which made the kids very happy. Highly recommend!!!

It's a pretty standard hotel, and the price matches the quality. There's a plaza next door where people sing until 10 PM, which can be quite noisy.

Just a ten-minute drive from the airport, it's located next to a plaza where many locals gather in the evenings. It can get a bit noisy with music playing. The room size was decent, but the cleanliness wasn't great; I found hair in several spots in the bathroom after checking in. The outlets in the room were also loose, indicating poor maintenance. There's not much to explore in the immediate area. I wouldn't choose this place again.

The service was great, and the hotel seemed to be the largest in the area. I paid 20,000 Korean Won to upgrade to a sea-view room, and it was definitely worth it.

My friend came back very happy, saying the hotel's location was great and the environment was good. Most importantly, it was very convenient for transportation and getting around. The hotel also had nice views. It was a great trip.
