Best Western Jeju Hotel

Both connecting rooms were spacious, with plenty of room to open our luggage. However, the carpet was quite dirty, making slippers a must. My child's feet and socks were black from walking around barefoot. On the 17th floor, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the showerhead had weak pressure, making showering difficult.

Great! The room was very large and spacious, and it was cleaned daily. The front desk staff were nice, and I never experienced any discrimination. It's much better than other guesthouses or hotels that treat Chinese guests poorly.

The room was very spacious, and the triple room felt quite roomy for three people. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Day tour groups can easily pick you up from here, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Everything was great except for one front desk staff member who had a very bad attitude. It really seemed like the hotel's staff training was lacking, as her grumpy demeanor negatively impacted the guest experience.

Facilities: If you need multiple outlets, I'd recommend bringing an adapter, though there are a couple of domestic sockets here, so no need to panic if you forget one. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic. Environment: The hotel's internal amenities are complete; there's a bus stop right at the entrance, and a Starbucks and convenience store inside. Service: At least during our stay, no deposit was required.
