Beautiful property with friendly staff. Love how spacious the room is with relaxing vibes. Staycation planned for my daughter and the hotel laid out birthday greetings with flower balloons, greeting card and laderach chocolates. Even had a welcome gift of Mr Bucket chocolates. How lovely! Breakfast was awesome with a view, food was not the usual hotel breakfast. The fish was wonderfuly prepared and servedl! Overall amazing stay! Loved it!

For our fifth wedding anniversary, we wanted a truly special getaway. After some deliberation, we chose Hotel Ora, and it turned out to be the perfect decision! We were greeted by friendly staff who even surprised our child with chocolate. To our delight, we received a free upgrade to a SUITE room – a wonderful perk we weren't expecting! The spacious room was clean and beautifully decorated for our anniversary. There were chocolates and fruits on the table, a complimentary mini-bar – everything was just top-notch. The breakfast the next day was excellent too! Delicious and with a wide variety of food, though sadly, one stomach just isn't enough! Our Trip.com booking came with fantastic extras like two Universal Studio tickets, two water park tickets, a SGD100 CASH voucher (usable at any shop on Resort World Genting), all valid for a one week. These freebies alone made the hotel price well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ora. We'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

Good hotel with very good location with reasonable price, the hotel is only 1km to Vivo city which is very convenient for me who have a semi nar at Sentosa for 5 days. The bus stop is just right at the front of the hotl, I usually take the bus in the morning as I don't want to sweat and either walk or take a bus to the hotel at the evening. The staff is very helpfull and fiendly.

First of all, the location is the reason why I picked this hotel; Of course, the complimentary mini bar and gifts for kids are the bonus. Your hotel colleagues are super nice and gave us a very clear advices during our stay. The pool was great and cozy, the location for 3 main attractions are super close (all less than 10 mins walk away from our hotel) plus the monorail is also less than 10mins walk, the next station is Vivocity that only less than 10 mins ride with plenty of everything to spend your day. However, we are lack of the food options nearby Hotel Michael, especially only few restaurants available after 20:00 is a boomer (we were tired and starving after left the Universal Studio, which closed at 20:00): no food court, no containers food, only few decent restaurants are still open. One of my strongest bad feeling is even we want to go to the Vivocity for food, the queue at 20:15 was like a mile long that made us out of more options. (one more thing: the lobby smells like sewer mix with perfume on second day (Aug 1st), when we first arrived was totally normal. Please kindly look into and resolve it asap) Thank you.

It’s really convenient for our family (5adults,2kids) to stay in this hotel. We have 2 wheelchairs. So the bus stop right in front of the hotel is really helpful. Traveling by bus with wheelchairs is better than the MRT. The hotel is near the vivo city just 2 bus stops. Which we always went there for the first 3 days since we needed to go to Sentosa a lot. The room is small but really clean. Lovely. They cleaned up the room everyday we stayed for 5 days! So good to see the room was so tidy when we back from travel🤣. There’s a tap water which we can drink as much as we want. (Instead of buying 3-4 sgd for one bottle) The kids liked the pool on the rooftop too. That’s good to relax. Anyway the hotel is quite far from town. Still we can travel by bus easily. Ps. The smell in the toilet , sometimes was really strong. Overall , We really had a pleasant stay there!

It was a short one night staycation with friends. We had intended to go to the Grill fest but were fettered by the incessant rain. Glad that we found the Japanese restaurant for a delicious dinner near The Mess and the rather pleasantly decorated Quentin with outdoor seating for desserts. The room was a nice size, although we would have appreciated another chair or sofa. The hotel is nicely located near the monorail, the Imbiah lookout and also Siloso and Tanjong beach. It is very convenient. It also offers yoga sessions every morning with towel, May and water thoughtfully provided. A nice stay overall.

We went swimming at the pool and went for a photo at the pool with a bar. I left w my niece and my nephew to the baby pool after the photo while my brother continue to stayed on. After 10 minutes, he realise his body starts to itch and quickly got back to us and i also noticed some spots on my nephew and niece so we left the pool. They quickly went back to shower but still felt the itch, slightly painful and heat on the red soots. Feedback to them on the day itself at 7pm + that the pool is dirty, saying that they will get back to me, but have not receive their reply since then. But still thank the receptionist for offering help at the point of time. caution when you go swim !!

The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. However, there are some areas that could be improved that I found stressful. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, so you can't wash properly, and there is almost no hot water. In particular, the drains are clogged on all floors from 1st to 4th, and the washrooms, toilets, and hallways are flooded. Everyone slips and it is very dangerous. The dormitory is modern with a passkey to enter, but the sound of each input is loud and disturbs sleep. A physical key would be much better. I took measures with noise-canceling earphones, but it would be difficult without them. If these improvements are not made, I would never stay here again. The cheaper dormitories around Clarke Quay are more comfortable.

It’s important to note that things like water and the fridge is communal and you just need to go to the main area at each floor to get your water and use the fridge. The location is great, it's close to Maxwell MRT station, and a few walks to Chinatown. It's convenient to ride on a bus too which near the Hindi Temple. The room is small for 3 persons but the facilities are well done. The kitchenware can be used for easy cooking. The mattress and blankets are thick enough, but I got itchiness on my arms during night. Just take care of the hygiene of bedsheets/mattress.

There were several power outages but they were quickly fixed. Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful. The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones. The shower is in the same room as the toilet. You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble. They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

Booked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

Close to subway so direct access to airport. Also a 28-35 taxi journey to airport. Lots of restaurants and bars also within walking distance. Lots of choice A very nice hotel with lovely rooms, as in the pictures. Nice swimming pool, with pool bar. Gym. Cocktail bar and restaurant. The buffet breakfast is one of best 5 star breakfasts i’ve had in while, with plenty of choice from all over the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

We were surprised about the room bcs we expected way less tbh 🤣 We got the loft room. It was soooo vibey the bathroom had LED lights and it was…. Just amazing 🥰 The TV has youtube and netflix too! However my partner got bitten by an ant on the bed so that was the downside. Apart from that, the room and stay was worth it considering the price. Of course it is small and no windows but we had no problems with it. The location was great too bcs its on Arab Street so there’s lots of food options nearby. Has a 24hr mamak shop nearby too. Will come back if needed 👍

great experience! First of all, had a free upgrade to a Premier room. So huge thanks for that! Went with my partner and had a good rest! Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating. You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled! Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price. Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

The location is very good, quiet in a busy area, with two subway stations, one subway station to Orchard Road. It is very close to Klamath and Tiong Bahru Market, and there is also the Great World shopping mall nearby. Very convenient. The small room is very small and is not recommended. The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. The location is good. Clarke Quay Metro Station and Clarke Quay Shopping Center are just a few minutes walk away. There are two 7-11 convenience stores next to the hotel. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. Felt like your own kingdom when you enter. Super economic price for singapore stay like this. The area is hidden in housing estate around tourist spot like chinatown and also towards east west side of singapore. They provide such a clean and huge water pressure not to mention which makes a plus tick for foreigner who is worried of water hygience. After my check out the staff also greeted me with super nice attitude and easy going personality. Very nice place that won't push or kick guest out once you complete the stay, everything was smooth and perfect. Nice idea of this concept!

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.
