The check in were fast and even got upgraded but i definitely noticed the room were a bit dirty like on the walls, bathroom door and even in the toilet. The toilet had a leaking somewhere cause the moment i came in and check all the room, there were puddle of water in the bathroom. I shouldve reported it but i cant be bothered since im already tired as it is. I wanted to cook but the pot that were provided looks hella disgusting so thank god theres a lot of restaurant nearby. Other then that it was a pleasent stay

enjoy our 3day2 night staycation. first night complain about washing machine cause cant be use. management offer new room for next day. fast respon to solve that issue.

Room is nice and worth the money. The only downside is one of the bathroom smells terrible. Otherwise, it was okay. Location wise is nice.

When we opened the room door, there was an unpleasant smell. We also noticed stains on the sofa, and there was rubbish left under the sofa. This clearly showed that the room was not properly cleaned. The housekeeping standard was disappointing and needs serious improvement.

No drinking water, towel very dirty became grey color already…view ok lah…no breakfast.. bring your own water and towel
