The rooms are okay in terms of size, but it was a little dirty and there were some stains on the bed sheet etc.. There was also a mushroom growing out of the floor in the shower! Window as also broken, so couldn’t close fully. Location wise not super convenient as it’s about 10-15min drive away from first world, and very few grab drivers (sometimes waited 30min to get a car). The only thing that was nice was the view.

The glasses are smelly. The cups are stained with nescafee. The cup tray is dusty. The cable of the kettle is too short. The bottom of the kettle is tilted when it is plugged. The fridge is not cold. The bed desk is dusty. The bathrooms top of the swimming pool are unpresentable. There is no hot water in the bathroom of the swimming pool. It's freezing. I love the TV channels.

No bad for whole family to stay here. The room quiete big. 3 bedroom big size .But this location not easy to take grab to genting highlands Suitable for people with car to stay then it will be quit convenience to sky avenue it take just 15mins to be there.

Located about 10-15 minutes to skyworld, but room is spacious and affordable.
View from the hotel is spectacular and having very clean environment.
Parking are also provide buy hotel.

Great stay. Just that the balcony is dusty and not favourable to sit there to enjoy the scenary. Other no complaint

1. Location is abit far from Genting World, they do provide shuttle service with a fees, but we have trouble to book their online shuttle service.
We unable to book it at the counter as the time slot we want was fully booked. Thus we have take taxi.
2. There are fly in the room and bathroom.
3. Cafe in Tower 7 closure and we have problem to search for breakfast as buffet breakfast are too much for us.
