|0.11km from downtownWe stayed here as a group of six girls!
There aren't many hotels that can accommodate six people, so it was very helpful.
The room was two bedrooms.
1. Double bed with closet and hangers.
2. Two double beds with closet and shelf for luggage.
The closet in room 2 had no place to hang hangers, so it was a little inconvenient.
When you opened the door to the entrance, there was no place to put everyone's shoes, so we laid plastic nearby and put our shoes there.
There were two refrigerators. We all bought a lot of yogurt and other things, but we were able to fit them in with no problem.
However, the refrigerator was in the door next to the table and chairs, so you need to move the chair when opening and closing it.
In room 1, we could keep our medium-sized carry-on bags open, but in room 2, we could only fit 2-3 medium and large-sized bags.
The front desk staff didn't speak Japanese, but they were very helpful!
It was about a 5-minute walk from City Hall Station.
It was about a 15-minute walk to Myeongdong.
There were Seven-Eleven, Starbucks, Oryang, and a wowpass machine in a nearby hotel, so Rich was very good.

|8.19km from downtownMy 80 year old father and I had a good stay at the Fairfield Marriott on our last night in Seoul. Check in was easy, the elevators are high tech detecting your room floor when you hold the key to the hub, but the rooms are small. There's a sliding door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, but the bathroom is at the front of the room to include the door for entry. Essentially if you're on the toilet and your family/friend has left the room, you'd have to yell out to keep them from entering while on the throne. Not a big deal for overnight but for a longer stay that might be problematic. Also, said door is not quiet, so getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom requires you to make noise to slide the door closed. The room was otherwise nice. The bed was firm, the shower was good and had wash clothes. There's two hooks for hanging towels after you've used them which I think is golden. The breakfast buffet is just okay. There are plenty of food restaurants across the street from the hotel. We also had a Thai massage in that area. Oh, the slippers are really cheap, as seen in a pic... Lol.

|11km from downtownI used it on my first solo trip.
It's within a 10-minute walk from Jamsil Station, about 500-600 meters away.
Go straight out of Exit 6 (if you have heavy luggage, I recommend Exit 2, which has an escalator), turn left at the intersection with the Olympic-like object, and continue straight along the street.
(I arrived without getting lost even though I'm directionally challenged lol)
There were two men at the front desk during my stay, and both were very nice. They only spoke a little Japanese, but they tried their best to communicate with gestures and using a papago.
The room I was shown didn't have a bathtub, so I asked at the front desk.
It had been about 30 minutes since I checked in, so they were hesitant at first, but they eventually changed it for me.
It's better to tell them right away if it's different from what you booked!
(They upgraded it a lot, including the bathtub, so they may be quite casual about that. It was good that they changed it, but I don't think it's good to be the first to say it.)
I stayed alone in a two-person room for less than 10,000 yen on a weekday in late April. The bed was spacious (for one or two people), clean, and there was a window, so it was very nice.
Insect spray was also provided.
There were extra towels and other things in front of the front desk, so please feel free to use them if you needed them.
There was no information about the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, but I was able to use the one with my room number without a password.
There were also plenty of charging cords for smartphones.
A conversion plug is required to use the Japanese outlets, but this was included with the rental Wi-Fi, so it wasn't an inconvenience for me.
I was very satisfied with such a great price.
There are many expensive accommodations around Lotte World, so I highly recommend it!

|1.2km from downtownHostel is brilliantly located about 5 minutes walk to Myeongdong. Bus stop to catch the airport bus is also 5 minutes away. Hostel itself is up a sloping street (“cartoon street”) which has convenience stores, restaurants (including a 24 hour one!) and shops. Very convenient. Despite this, street is quiet; we had no problems with noise. The hostel is about 5 stories tall which includes the rooftop sitting area. Note no lift. Simple breakfast of toast and cereal available every morning in the kitchen on the (I think) 3rd floor or in the little reception area. Coffee and juice available too. Note no tea (bring your own!). Our family of 4 took 2 rooms across the corridor from each other. Rooms are small, simply furnished but comfortable and clean. Heated floors were a bonus! Each room comes with a little fridge. En-suite bathroom was clean. Rooms come with small hand towels; proper bath towels are available with a small deposit. Laundry service is also available for a reasonable fee. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating. There is a little welcome pack of treats when you arrive and a “goodbye” bag when you leave. A nice touch. Note there is a surcharge for using your credit card. All in all, a comfortable and clean place to stay in a great location and at a reasonable price.

|3.62km from downtownThe hotel is located in the heart of the Sinchon shopping district. Walking to Hongdae is very easy. It is considered a comfortable journey. If traveling to Sinchon Station Exit 4, the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying a suitcase will be a bit difficult. If you meet an employee, he will help you. The room is considered okay. Overall considered good There is no breakfast but there will be water and coffee downstairs. Can be eaten at any time

They couldn't speak Japanese. They were polite even when I used a translator.
Because it's a motel, it's not as clean as a hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who are obsessed with cleanliness or aren't used to traveling abroad. I think it's pretty clean by motel standards. However, it's still an acceptable price to pay.
There was a convenience store nearby, and there were also restaurants. The KBS station is within walking distance, so it's highly recommended for people who have plans to be there late at night or early in the morning.

|12.71km from downtownI came here to see the cherry blossoms, so I chose this hotel by the Seokchon Lake. I went there a little early, so the cherry blossoms hadn't fully bloomed yet, but they were already very beautiful. I will stay here again if I have the chance. The room is large and comfortable. There is a supermarket next to it, and there is a newly opened restaurant on the first floor. This is my second stay here. It's a great experience. I will come again in the future~

|2.46km from downtownI always stay here.
My base is Dongdaemun, so I can walk there, and there's a bus stop nearby to go to Myeongdong, so transportation is not an issue.
The underground bath is the best.
Guests can enter for free, and there's a sauna too.
I think the body scrub was 20,000 won...
But the lady there doesn't speak Japanese.
The front desk staff can speak Japanese, though...
A taxi from Seoul Station costs about 13,000.
A Korean hotel. Many of the amenities are gone, but shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, etc.
All were in the room.

|11km from downtownThis is my first time using this. The rooms were very clean and I liked the atmosphere (design) of each floor. I especially liked that it automatically adjusted the temperature in the room, and the restroom had a function that automatically heated the toilet seat and a function that flushed the toilet automatically, which was very nice. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but I didn't see a single hair fall out, and the room was very clean overall, and there was no noise around me, so I was able to sleep soundly. I was particularly moved by the fact that when I couldn't figure out how to unlock the carry case and asked for help from the front desk staff, they made a great effort and were able to unlock it, making this trip even more amazing. He was friendly, responsive, and made me feel good. I'm really thankful to you. (A man who worked at night) It's an office area, so it's safe and there are many restaurants nearby where you can eat alone that are open from early morning, fast food and cafe chains, and shopping places, so the location is good. Everything is also safe. I will definitely use this place next time I come to Seoul! It was a better trip. thank you very much!

|7.8km from downtownI stayed here for 8 days. The reception staff were helpful and polite when we checked in, the lift's very fast. The room appeared clean and had good amenities, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, coffee machine, large bed, we loved the TV above the bath, kido loved the heated toilet. It looks clean, clean bed sheets, then I slide the bathroom door closed and it's pretty dusty. No problem, I grab a tissue and wipe it down, I have a dust allergy. We lost something in between getting out of the cab and sitting down in the room so I try to find it, I look under the bed, it's really dusty and also has rubbish from previous occupants. We could hear the traffic outside but it's a busy road and it's understandable, we didn't find it annoying. There are strict check in and check out times and they won't charge you extra if you stick to these, they need time to clean the room and get it ready (they do need to slide the bathroom doors and clean these though, and under the beds too). I had a shower the next day, the waterfall shower's not easy to use and there's no instructions, but there's a handheld shower head attached to the wall. Great, I thought, that will help, It would have helped, but there's no seal around the bottom of the shower door and there's a gap, and the shower head faced the shower door. 30 minutes later I magage to clean the large amount of water in the bathroom and around the toilet up using towels, and I pop downstairs to let them know there's a problem with their shower. They sent someone up right away, I explained the issue, the shower door is missing a seal, he says 'I can't sort that' and walks out. No more showers then. We get back from a walk at around 8pm, and there's a very high pitched whistle coming from the ceiling in our room. I check the lights, the air conditioning and it whistles for about 30 minutes so I pop to the reception desk and let them know. Someone comes up right away and lets us know it's a valve in the bathroom ceiling, there's a hatch, he opens it up, and it stops. Yay! 5 minutes later... yup, it's back. He comes back and adjusts the valve once again. It stops. 5 minutes later... yup. Then it stops. Until the following evening. I let reception know it's still happening, they send someone out, again, it stops, again, and starts, again a few minutes later. It stops and starts throughout the night, midnight, 1am, 4am, 9am. We're tired, I'm rather grumpy, so we ask to change rooms so we can sleep. They check with the manager and give us another room. The new room has a seal at the bottom of the shower, unfortunately their water fall shower lasts for 1 second if you try to use it as the handle on the door self adjusts. There's still dust on the sliding doors and under the bed. We're exhausted having had a pretty bad night due to the alarm, so we sleep, a lot. We didn't eat in the hotel, it's expensive, there's a little French baguette place not too far away and a Starbucks so we're sorted. The Nespresso only ha

|0.99km from downtownLocation was super ideal and convenient it was very near the Euljiro 3(sam)ga station and the bus stop for the airport limousine bus was just across the road. Cons however would be the cleanliness, only the basic room maintenance was free which included trash cleaning, making of our beds, and new towels. However, on some days, they did not make our beds for us and the carpets were filled with dust. Giving a higher rating because of the water dispensing machine and the location.

|9.37km from downtownThe hotel is modern, super clean, well-run, and quiet. The rooms have stylish decor with many modern touches and amenities. It was nice to have a window that actually opened and my ”garden” view was lovely. I had a tranquil time with no odd interruptions from housekeeping, etc. The signage and guides for things like TV and neighborhood were cleverly done. While I appreciated the room safe, I felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. There is greeter/staff person on the ground floor level, acknowledging every guest. I never say this post being ”ghosted” in my 4 nights there. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked like a nice option, if you will eat a buffet! The subway was close by, as well as a small grocery, ”Everyday Mart” which I was actually able to find on Google Maps. There is no pool here. I don't think this is a ”supreme” fun hotel for kids, as there is nothing special for them, but it was still good and relaxing. ( no kids with me on this trip). There are coffee shops and Olive Young, 7-11 in the basement. Very convenient. One thing to note- if you are doing medical procedures in Seoul, you have to leave your ice packs at the front desk ( and go down and get them). Staff is very responsive, discreet, and quick to help you with the packs, regardless. That is a pretty big inconvenience, which is why I stayed elsewhere, but moved to this hotel shortly after I stopped needed an icepak all the time. The hotel will glady microwave your food, if needed. Would be nice to just have a communal microwave somewhere!
