Although the hotel is a wooden house, there is an elevator, the room size is average, I took the child to stay without reporting the adult, and I also stayed smoothly. It is 5 kilometers away from Lizhen, but it is close to the Baikal Museum and the cable car station, and there is a port to the opposite train station. The hotel is located by the lake. You can fish and swim by the lake. The hotel breakfast is good and the order is OK. Looks like Medvedev lived here.

Great hotel! A special thanks to the staff – they're incredibly helpful and go out of their way to solve any issue, even the most unusual ones. The rooms are very clean and have all the standard necessities. The food is delicious, hats off to them! The breakfast is a fresh and varied buffet. We've stayed in many places, so we know what we're talking about!

We stayed twice (October 6, 2025 and October 17, 2025). The location is excellent—close to the airport and no road noise. Wonderful, helpful staff—from reception to room service from the restaurant. The breakfasts are wonderful, in a cozy restaurant. The food at the Okhotnikov restaurant is a whole other story! Huge portions, delicious food...and, for especially picky little guests, they even prepare porridge, mashed potatoes, and salad. 🙏 I'm very grateful to the staff! Any request I make by calling reception is fulfilled immediately, without long waits—both from the maid and from the restaurant. Thank you for your work! I won't look for other options anymore; we will only stay at Zvezda. 🫶🏻

The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and it was the best meal I had on this trip. There are many Chinese signs in the hotel, so it's easy to find the restaurant and your room. It's within walking distance of the Central Market, and transportation to Listvyanka and Olkhon Island is also convenient. The internet signal was occasionally unstable, but that's a minor issue. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Irkutsk.

The staff are friendly and the place is clean. The service is also great. Today was the hotel's 9th anniversary, so they provided complimentary champagne and fruits. I stayed for 4 nights this time, and I definitely want to come back again.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket, bank, and currency exchange nearby, making shopping and money matters convenient. It's also within walking distance to various attractions. The breakfast spread is good, and there's a 24-hour coffee and tea service. After check-out, we still had a couple of hours before heading to the airport, and my elderly parents didn't want to go out, so they were able to relax in the restaurant the whole time. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication smooth. They even helped me book a taxi using my own phone, which I really appreciate.

When I went to Lake Baikal, I booked another night on the return trip. I wanted to book a business room for two days before, but it was fully booked, so I had to choose an older standard room instead. The business room is much better and larger overall than the standard room, and seems to be more popular. Overall, it was good. The front desk even allowed me to check out at 1 PM, which was convenient for my travels.

Loved this hotel! The location is super convenient, right on Scenic Street 130. The hotel's decor is lovely; it feels like a stylish, classic hotel. Several staff members spoke a little Chinese and were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was a loft on the third floor. The only downside was having to carry luggage up the stairs, but the loft room itself was really unique. I didn't take pictures, but it looked exactly like the photos on the hotel's website. It had a great atmosphere and was very clean. The water pressure was excellent, and the water was nice and hot. The heating in the room was also very good. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – highly recommend booking it!

Convenient location. Check-in and check-out takes a few seconds. That rare case when you didn't want to leave the room. Special thanks for the mattress. Additional lighting at the head of the bed, the bulbs work in strobe mode, in rooms 714, 715. Only this moment pricked my heart. If something needs to be added, only cotton swabs.
