The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike.
The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order.
The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate.
Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water.
I would stay here again..
Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around
We stayed at Clarkton for one night before a transfer to Manilla and were very impressed. The photos didn't do it justice, the pool and poolside space was a lot bigger than expected and there was a gym (although basic) that we didn't know about. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - the service couldn't have been better and the food from the 24/7 restaurant was impressive with lots of options. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere close to Clark airport
The hotel's location is excellent. After shopping at SM Mall, you can easily go back to rest and drop off your purchases. Dining is also very convenient, and massages are readily available within the mall, or you can even get in-room service. Overall, it's pretty good, though the room is a bit small.
A significant drawback is the extremely poor soundproofing. The issue isn't noise from other guests, but rather the heavy traffic outside at night. So, I highly, highly recommend bringing earplugs; they'll make a huge difference.
Second time in Angeles City, first time staying at Queens. Location is right where I wanted to be, right around the corner from Jolibee and The Walking Street. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The 7th floor bar with music, pool, and darts was nice. Nice views and atmosphere. The ONLY thing I would say is considering it's a 4 đđđđ hotel, I wasn't expecting the shampoo and soap to be just one mini bottle each. I did request more and they brought it so I'm thankful and I tipped. The water wasn't hot but they mentioned that in the welcome packet and could fix it at your request. I would stay here again
Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasnât even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.
Hidden gem in quiet part of Angeles, but very close to city core.
Cute little boutique hotel that has very comfortable and clean rooms and lovely friendly staff. Our room was spaceous and we loved the bathroom. Also we appreciated the modern entertainment options the room provided which i miss in most bigger luxuruous hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We will come back
We chose this hotel for a one-night stay due to a flight reschedule â for that purpose, it was fine. However, there were similar options available at a lower price point. The hotel itself, in terms of design and overall feel, is outdated. But the room was spacious, had everything we needed, and wasn't dirty. The view was of a neighboring building and the city. There's a 7/11 and various cafes nearby. There's a pool on the roof, which is quite nice for lounging, but there are only a couple of sunbeds, so you have to be quick to grab one. The hotel is located near the club street; karaoke was playing all night until around 6 AM, and it was perfectly audible. There are many beggars on the street and around the hotel. Overall, both the city and the hotel left a rather depressing impression.
Hotel service was very good
The food in the rooftop pool as well as breakfast was even more amazing
The location to Subic Bay was so good
Hote so comfortable to enjoy with family
Very Good

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It mightâve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and Iâm just a hobbit in a human world. The tablesâ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that itâd be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, itâs setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didnât seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on⊠It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
Ggigi travelerWe arrived at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar and it was not hard to find. However, the check-in experience was not very good. We arrived exactly at 3:00 PM (check-in time), but still had to wait around 15 minutes because the room was not ready. Okay, I get itâbut the jeepney ride going to the room and roaming around was quite slow, haha, so we decided to just walk instead.
The view was beautiful, and the food at the Italian restaurant was good. However, the service was a bit slow and could use some improvement. The room was just okay, and no conditioner was provided, so itâs best to bring your own. The breakfast was so-so, just a typical Filipino breakfast. We also rode a kalesa (horse carriage), which was a nice way to roam around the area, and we tried the balsa ride, which cost around 700 pesos and was a good experience.â

GGuest UserThe place is really relaxing and the rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, but the service was pretty bad at all the food establishments in the resort. The beach bar took pretty long to serve the food, to the point where one of our family members waited outside the kitchen to get the food so she can give it to her kids. When we ordered room service, the order was placed at around 8:30 and we received it past 10 pm with around 2-3 calls to follow up on the orders. At first, we thought that it was due to the amount of order since they had a lot of guests, but before check out, some of our party members went to the bar to get a drink where they took almost 20 minutes to notice we were in the empty bar, take our order and make frozen margaritas. Another disappointing thing was that they advertised a basketball and tennis court on their website, but when we tried to reserve a court the staff said that they didn't have any of the two. It would have been nice if they had put on their website that these amenities were coming soon instead of making it seem like they were already available. In spite of these things, our stay was still pleasant and I understand that it is a pretty new resort and they have things they need to improve on. I hope that they can take these as constructive criticism and use it to improve the overall experience.
AAngelica CastadaPros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well.
Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use.
No spa
So little toiletries given
The breakfast buffet situation.
The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (itâs hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if weâre not here, then we canât eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people donât like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, thatâs okay. It can be improved. Itâs not the staffâs fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.
MMaribel S. AgustinMy family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, thereâs another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball.
The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great.
The resort is a bit far from the city, but itâs easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve Ă la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. Weâll definitely book again â and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.
GGuest UserMy experience at Le charme Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism throughout my stay.
The room was beautifully designedâspotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, reflected a commitment to quality. I especially loved the stunning view and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
The facilities were top-notch. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, and the on-site dining was fantastic. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied, and every meal I had was delicious.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the attention to detail and the personalized service. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect, the staff made the experience feel special.
I can confidently say that Le charme Hotel lives up to its nameâthis was one of the best hotel experiences Iâve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I will absolutely be returning!
