"Living in the same neighborhood, I was curious about to know what the old house on Colón Avenue had become, so I decided to spend a weekend at the property, turning out the experience overmet my expectations! Great service!, feeling comfortable as at home, Thanks¡ to the friendly warming staff. The room was fabulous, had the most comfortable sleep and my own tub on the balcony ! Cuna, a top restaurant!, signature menu by Chef Maycoll Calderon, amazing food a four course menu, tostada de pulpo maya, tiradito de pescado and the freshly baked pizza just delicious! The gardens simply gorgeous, breathtaking and appeasing, everything there is immaculate and most tasteful in every respect. Feeling as I found my own private oasis!"

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

GGuest UserThe location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!
