The ambiance of the hotel is nice. The rooms are clean with good amenities. It is a well maintained property. The only issue is the location which is on the outskirts of the city. The ambiance of the place was good. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The location is an issue. It’s on the outskirts of the city. Accessibility to things isn’t easy. The staff was warm and welcoming. The pool and bar aren’t operational yet. Better discounts can attract more people.

Room are spacious, swimming pool at the rooftop is small but very beautiful, staffs are very friendly, local transport is not a problem at all. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan and Manish are nice and always at the service. Ms. Shuli always reponds with BRIGHT SMILE and Mr. Chetan is SO COMMITTED to his duty silently. The front desk of the hotel is always proactive

Very good hotel in Gwalior, one of the best I have been to in India. Very clean and nice. 100% recommendable.

We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. We had an excellent stay, the hotel is in a prime location. The staff is very good. Priya and kamal were very helpful and cooperative. The hotel is very clean, they also have an excellent inhouse restaurant. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended

There are a lot of managers, and the people who work are too busy to come and no one to help. They all come to greet and apologize. Waiting for a long time to stay, the front desk is too busy to come, there is no time to take care of it. The bar ordered the juice, and I went to the restaurant to find the money. I didn't come back for a long time. Breakfast is also, after eating the coffee is not on, repeatedly urged to take two cups from the neighboring table, even the milk is the neighboring table with the rest. Breakfast is hard to eat.

Started bad but ended well 1. They checked us early into deluxe room 420 where water was leaking from ceiling continuously and spilling on the table. There was no way anyone would stay in such a room for more than a minute. They knew it but purposely gave it to us as early checkin. 2. Second deluxe room 424 they gave has a huge pillar in middle of room. We booked the costlier deluxe room and yet this is what best they had to offer. 3. Next day this room basin tap had water dripping non stop and wet-ted entire bathroom. We got it fixed. 3. Dal fry we ordered on first night had excess salt. 4. For all above complaints, i should blame the management and not the staff. Staff as such want to help and are nice to talk etc. They talk with you often and carry a big smile and try their best. 5. Breakfast is very very good. Has a great spread and very value for money. Especially for vegetarians. I would urge local bhopalis to try this bfast buffet costing 399. 6. Location is good and pretty central. Db city mall and manohar restaurant are just a km away. Two railway stations are within 20min drives. 7. Special thanks to staff deepika rekha anamika for serving us promptly and with big smiles at breakfast table.

Had a comfortable stay at Playhotel, the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Recommended for short stays. Breakfast options are also good. Would surely recommend for friends and family.
