I made a mistake when booking the number of nights, and they didn't care, making me pay for an extra night I didn't stay. In similar situations at other hotels, they canceled the extra night without a problem, regardless of the cancellation policy. In fact, two hotels in India did this on my last trip. This is the hotel in India where I've encountered the least polite reception staff, which is particularly surprising given that India is known for its excellent customer service. Some of the reception staff should read Gandhi's message that's displayed at the entrance to the reception area...they seem to have forgotten it. Otherwise, it's a very good and beautiful hotel; the rest of the staff is fantastic, from the restaurant staff to the very friendly gardener.

They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay!

Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

Room are spacious, swimming pool at the rooftop is small but very beautiful, staffs are very friendly, local transport is not a problem at all. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan and Manish are nice and always at the service. Ms. Shuli always reponds with BRIGHT SMILE and Mr. Chetan is SO COMMITTED to his duty silently. The front desk of the hotel is always proactive

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.

The staff was friendly and the food was good (the selection of soft drinks was limited). The room looks nice at first glance, but is in serious need of a makeover. The bathroom in particular was dated and dirty; there was also no hot water. All in all, a beautifully located hotel that is not fully worth the high price due to the lack of maintenance.

Overall impressive stay! The check was a bit weird as they take photograph and scrutinise a lot it seems. Room was spacious, reasonably priced, staff was nice. There was a mall nearby as well with many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again
