The hotel is located near the New Gate of the old city, which is very convenient for visiting the old city of the Holy Land. I walked around. The nearby buses and light rail can quickly take you to places near and far in Jerusalem. There is a street close to eating and shopping, and there is also a supermarket that supplies daily necessities. It is open on holidays and Sabbaths. There is a noodle shop next to the supermarket. The owner has been in Hong Kong for many years. In general, the environment and service of the hotel are good. It is recommended for tourists from the Holy Land. The prices in Jerusalem are still a bit high, especially the prices of agricultural products have increased due to the recent situation. PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!

Hotel in the middle of the old town in the heart of the old market It's around restaurants and groceries, three or four minutes away from the extreme mosque slopes, the rooms are kind of small, but they're very well exploited and clean and have a rock-dump view.

I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.

The hotel is relatively old. It’s on the Mount of Olives. The food in the restaurant is okay. Compared to other hotels in Israel, the cost is considered conscientious. It is 40 shekels per person, but the distance to the cemetery is only more than 100 meters. Those who are taboo should consider it carefully.

Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.

Location in the city center, but the service was not timely and the check-in was seriously delayed.

The environment, sanitation, and facilities are all satisfactory. The male staff at the front desk (except for a female employee) is not enthusiastic, and it is even difficult to see a smile.

הגענו לחגוג יומהולדת.בחדר היה שטיח עם כתמים והאמבטיה היתה ממש לא נקיה.חברה שלי אמרה להם והם החליפו שטיח וניקו קצת יותר את האמבטיה אבל זה לא היה עדיין ברמה מספיק נקיה.המלון במבנה יפייפה ויש בו גן וגג מקסים אבל הוא.ממש מזנח ולא מטופל מספיק.הצוות מקסימים אבל זה לא בידיים שלהם הטיפול וההחזקה של המקום.השכשושית והסאונה בחוץ גם לא היו נקיות ומטופלות והמאסז הזוגי היה 30 דק במקום 50 כמו שהובטח בפרסום.(גם החדר טיפולים לא היה מזיק לו רענון רציני וגם לשים מוזיקה מגוונת קצת ולא רק לופ אינסופי של אותו שיר ניואייג) בצאק אאוט אמרתי על המאסז זיכו אותנו על 200 שקלים מתוך 700.ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה והשף חמוד.חבל מאד אבל שהמקום מוזנח ככה וז רמת התחזוקה והטיפול במקום שיכל להיות פנינה.פשוט מורגש ונראה שלא שיפצו וטיפלו במקום מאז שהוקם לפני 15 שנים כך נאמר לי ולא היה מזיק לעשות שם שיפוץ ורענון כולל של הכל כי זה יכול להיות מקום מקסים.המחיר מאד יקר עבור התמורה.חבל. וכן המקום מצטלפ נהדר..אור טבעי, עין כרם, נוף מקסים.אבל למה זו רמת ההזנחה?חבל מאד.
