Our recent stay at The Wujil Resort & Conventions was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Our children were thrilled with the variety of play areas, including the aqua park, playground, and opportunities for animal feeding. These amenities kept them engaged and joyful throughout our stay. The spacious family rooms, complete with ekstra bed, provided a comfortable and fun environment for the kids, while giving us parents a chance to relax. The room is nice, the interior is good, and the bathroom is also great. My only complaint is that the room isn't soundproof enough... I can still hear noise from the main road. I got a room on the 8th floor, but I could still hear vehicles and even trains from the room... it's not soundproof enough 🙏🏻 Everything else is excellent, the room is bright and clean, fantastic! 🫶🏻 It's right next to the mall, so convenient!

The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

One of the best hotels in Solo City. Customer service 5/5 - staff were friendly and service was excellent. Location 5/5 - close to Paragon Mall (2km) Breakfast 5/5 - delicious food and nice restaurant decor. Room 5/5 - bed was comfy and room was clean. Highly recommended.

Actually the hotel is good, only get a bad experience for the first time staying here, I ordered a romantic dinner directly to this hotel cp, I made sure it was private and didn't share with others. But the reality is ZONK. On the day of H, I checked in, I didn't know if there was a single organ, I wanted to sing near the pool. I was told how many hours have been. Seriously, I have paid expensive and I was in a hurry, where many people were lined up, the gifts were also as good as it was just a day, even though I booked the dinner Romantic DR VERY DAY. Not bad, the price is 1jt, but if the waiter is so 😥 starts at 19.00 - 21.00 he said, but the tb is being rushed at 17.00-19.00 hadeh. If I didn't say I wouldn't accept it, I would have dinner at 17.00 pdhl before saying 19.00 . But besides that, it's okay, fortunately it sells a sea view. Please improve the service yes. I'm just disappointed that I should have a romantic momment dinner, even a place to be a crowded, and many people passing by when I want to take pictures. The dinner was only 1 hour and even asked to be brought to the room for the rest. It's a pity if you have to pay 1 jt so

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.

Fantastic location, as it is behind Lawang Sewu & directly next to a mall, which makes finding food very easy. The Hotel is modern & clean. The staff were also friendly & provided good service. Highly recommended
