4-Star Hotels in National District, Dominican Republic

My colleague and I extended our stay here twice, for a total of 6 nights. The location is very good, close to Serena, Bluemall, and ágora mall. The service staff is the most worthy of praise. One night I took the packed fried rice to the front desk to heat it up for me. A tall staff member helped me take it to the restaurant to heat it up, and also took the spoon and knife and fork. Every staff member served with a smile. The hotel room is very new and very quiet (although there is a road downstairs, it is very soundproof and quiet), the breakfast is delicious, the environment is beautiful, there is a brand new gym, and there is a rooftop swimming pool. Lying there and watching the beautiful sunset and stars is indeed an unforgettable memory. I will stay here when I come to Santo Domingo on business in the future. In addition, there is a Chinese restaurant 100 meters away, which is perfect.

Facilities: Breakfast is delicious. We had breakfast as soon as we arrived in the morning. Hygiene: Very clean and spacious room. Environment: Very good environment, Hilton standard. Service: Very good service, average location. This time I was on a business trip so I stayed close to my clients. If I were to travel, I could stay near the sea, the beautiful coastline or near the old town. It was raining, so that's all there is nearby.

The location of the hotel is better, there are many halls nearby, there is a big supermarket within a ten-minute walk, and there is free parking. The room has kitchen facilities for easy cooking.

Opened in 2024 and cleanliness ◎ The interior in the building was modern and very nice. The location is also downtown, and there is no problem with restaurants, shopping and supermarkets.

I arrived before 3 PM and was told that check-in was only possible from 3 PM onwards, without them even checking if a room was ready. I arrived back at night and was helped by Manuel, the night staff, who was very friendly. He explained the unique features of the room and accompanied me to it, making sure I understood everything so I wouldn't have any questions later that night. The breakfast offers a good variety. It's a great place to spend a few days, considering its location and value for money.

I was so impressed by this hotel; I didn't know about it until I was looking for a place to stay in Santo Domingo and found this marvelous place. Alexandra, the beautiful girl from the front desk, is amazing—so nice, always smiling, and prompt to help with anything. All the people that work there are friendly and kind. The breakfast at Dos Cafés restaurant was amazing and delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to stay from now on.
