So glad I stayed here, it was absolutely worth it! Great location, plenty of oxygen (a big plus in Lhasa!), and direct views of the Potala Palace. It was super comfortable for both relaxing and taking photos. This hotel truly offers excellent value for money and a fantastic experience in Lhasa. Next time I'm in Lhasa, I'll definitely choose this place again with my eyes closed – it's a sure bet! 👍

房間位置絕佳，在床上就能看到雪山，而且酒店自己有吃飯的地方，開始覺得一份石鍋雞很貴，但是上來以後真的覺得太值了，食材新鮮，關鍵是有很多中葯材，人蔘鹿茸，還有我不認識的，雞湯超級好喝，強烈推薦，5樓餐廳還有可以觀景的陽台，雪山江景都可以看到，我原計劃是住在這裏去雅魯藏布江景區玩，但是酒店位置超級贊，我們就沒去景區，而且酒店工作人員非常熱情，基本上有求必應的，早上我和朋友起來晚了，早飯都已經收起來了，但是還是單獨給我們準備了兩份早餐，吃的也非常好，原來以為青稞餅是很硬的，第一次吃，很好吃，很香，房間很乾凈，還有製氧設備，是地暖，很暖和，床也很舒服，一直睡到8點多才醒

This place offers a full 20 hours of continuous oxygen supply. The room felt well-oxygenated, not dry or stuffy. I slept soundly all night long ✨ with absolutely no altitude sickness. This hotel is a hidden gem that I stumbled upon on Trip.com, and I was absolutely blown away when I arrived. The entire hotel is designed in a ******* style, making it perfect for photos and check-ins. I spent an unforgettable Chinese New Year here, and thanks to the owner's thoughtful arrangements, we experienced a full ******* New Year celebration. There were festive activities scheduled daily, including various ******* New Year rituals. We even enjoyed a traditional ******* New Year's Eve dinner (Guthuk feast), danced around a bonfire, learned about ******* incense making, and watched a performance of the ******* Gesar epic (an intangible cultural heritage). From the afternoon tea seating on the third floor, you can get a panoramic view of the Potala Palace and the glistening golden roofs of Jokhang Temple. The hotel also offered a complimentary ******* clothing photo experience and 24-hour free oxygen (though I didn't need it, these thoughtful amenities were much appreciated). The staff were also very warm and attentive, providing free consultation services to guests.

Staying at Dongmawa Homestay was definitely the best decision I made on this trip to Tibet! 🏨The location is fantastic! From the rooftop terrace, you can have a complete view of the Potala Palace at night. Having dinner or afternoon tea with friends on the terrace while enjoying the view was incredibly pleasant! The room amenities are comparable to a five-star hotel! It has a Dyson humidifier and hairdryer. There's also a washing machine with a dryer and a small refrigerator. The diffused oxygen supply helped me sleep soundly without worrying about altitude sickness. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing—so plentiful! The owner was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the Tibetan-style decor was full of delightful surprises. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lhasa!!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to tourist attractions like the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, and featured smart room controls. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to meet guests' needs and often greeting us proactively, which was very heartwarming. I'll definitely come back next time.

Satisfactory aspects: The room was nice and had ethnic characteristics; the hotel's location was excellent (we had a travel companion with mobility issues); the service and communication were very satisfactory (there was a third-party system error with another platform regarding room extensions, but the front desk staff were very patient in communicating with them, and the receptionist, Yangji, provided excellent service; the overall service quality was also very good); the breakfast was delicious and we were very satisfied; the room cleaning was also satisfactory. -- The only unsatisfactory aspect was: the toothbrush bristles were shedding. After rinsing my mouth, 5 or 6 bristles got stuck between my teeth, and I had to stop and pull them out while rinsing. (Bringing your own toothbrush solved this problem.) -- Suggestion: If possible, if the hotel renovates again, it could add features catering to younger travelers (such as self-service laundry and a self-service bar). -- There are attractions downstairs, and you can walk to Namased Restaurant. It's conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. The attached pictures show nearby attractions and restaurants.

The room's decor felt incredibly homey, far from the cold, impersonal hotel style, and instead filled with a sense of lived-in warmth. The solid wood furniture, wool ******* rugs, and that window overlooking Nanshan Park all contributed to a particularly comfortable stay. What touched me most was the hotel's service. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic; seeing me struggling with my luggage alone, she proactively helped me carry it up and even brought me a warm cup of Rhodiola tea.
