The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities.

My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful.
Room was double booked on arrival! Room amenities very modest (no shower cap, ear buds, tooth brush, stationary set). Service level at front office not going above and beyond minimum. Very large TV set, really nice to watch with a good selection of international channels. Easy accessible secured parking and free shuttle to train station/airport. Overall a decent hotel close to Malpensa airport and opposite a small shopping mall as well as golf course.
Facilities: Pretty good hotel.
Cleanliness: Very good, no issues.
Environment: Great, it's an old hotel but the ambiance is nice.
Service: We originally booked a twin room, but there was a mistake when we arrived. The front desk immediately waived our parking fee and switched us back.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful.
Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night.
I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

The hotel is situated next to the railway station, offering a tranquil setting amidst the bustling city centre. Surrounded by a variety of dining and entertainment options, it provides well-appointed room that are clean , bright and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is reasonably priced. For business travellers, it is the preferred choice. I shall certainly stay here again next time. Thank you.

The room was really spacious, and it's about a 10-minute drive from Milan Cathedral. The breakfast selection was nutritious and comprehensive – very healthy, which is great! But the best part, by far, was seeing the famous referee Pierluigi Collina at breakfast! That was such a rare sighting, and my sister even got a photo with him. So, as you can imagine, the hotel wasn't as bad as some might think. It was clean and spacious enough, with all the amenities you'd expect from a European hotel. I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in some reviews. European breakfast is, of course, different from Chinese breakfast, but it was perfectly nutritious and healthy. And for the price, it was excellent value.
As a frequent guest of Una Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in. The lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful; I must commend her and her colleague. I chose Una Hotel because of its excellent facilities, including a separate shower and large bathtub, which I loved. The super king-size bed ensured a good night's sleep, and most toiletries are readily available upon request, something most hotels no longer offer. The secluded location allowed me to enjoy the sunshine and views from the balcony. What I loved most was the hotel's abundant breakfast, with fresh vegetables and fruits, delightful baked goods, and coffee. A friendly lady always greeted me with ”Buongiorno!” at the restaurant entrance. Una Hotel is a great choice and will likely remain one of my go-to hotels in the future.
Unfortunately, my phone malfunctioned and all the photos I took during my stay are gone. So I can only express my appreciation for the hotel and staff through words.
I highly recommend Una!
Great hotel! The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. Really nice and friendly staff. Quite central and close to restaurants and shopping. For my niece and I, was a walking distance from the station, but someone might prefer to go by bus. I would definitely recommend it, if you are visiting the area.

GGuest UserI stayed for 4 nights. The hotel seems to be newly built, very modern not like those traditional hotels in Europe. It provides 2 bottles of water, 2 small shower gel and shampoos, and disposable slippers which seem not very common in europe given the environment consideration.
Heating is good. There is a radiator in the toilet, making it warm and nice in the cold Feb.
The shower holder is loosen, so the water splashed and a bit hard to control.
Location is not bad, 15 minutes by walk from Milano Centrale, 10 minutes by walk from the subway Sondrio. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to transfer.
The room is relatively good space for big suitcase. There is a safe in the room. The dining area is nice, though I didn’t take meals there.
The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, apart from one guy on a night shift who was rude and ruined my good impression of the hotel.
Overall, a nice place to stay for me who came to Milan for the first time and was not very familiar with the local as someone from China.
GGuest UserThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.
林林雷恩RyanThe transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the service staff is professional, shopping is convenient and convenient, and the public security is relatively safe. Except for the high accommodation cost, I am very satisfied with everything else. Will definitely visit again next time!
CClara Tong Jia LanBig spacious room. Clean and nice. Very artistic hotel as many paintings by creative Artists. Near park. I saw a rabbit in the park. About 700m from the Metro station, 7 minutes walk. Cherry Blossom around the park, simply beautiful! Yummy delicious breakfast. With a nice lounge for a drink too! Black & White Classic style hotel. Keep it up! Excellent! I like it! 👍
GGuest UserBreakfast was simple but good quality. Some free coffee option would not go amiss though. The hotel room was lovely - an amazingly good quality matress. Some reviews stated it was a little out of the way but it’s literally outside a tram stop and bus stop. The metro is a few mins walk - maybe 5 mins to Bibila station so overall easy to get around. It was a pleasant stay overall.
HhappycornIt's a really nice place next to the lake. Everything is clean, especially the breakfast is very good. It has its own parking lot, including the underground parking lot, so it is also very good for rental car trips.
