The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

The hotel's hygiene is rigorously maintained, with every nook and cranny meticulously cleaned. The location offers convenient transportation, making it a stress-free and comfortable choice for your travels. Definitely my top pick!

The hotel is located heart of the city and easy to visit Shenyang palace and Former General Zhang’s historic residence. Tons  of various shops decorated by culturally historic architecture are around it. Quite good stay😊

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

I chose this hotel by chance for my trip and was so pleasantly surprised! The interior decor is simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness is top-notch – even the corners are spotless. The soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be bothered by outside noise. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, showing attention to detail everywhere. It was a truly comfortable and relaxing stay, and I highly recommend everyone come experience it. It's also close to the TV Tower, which was a big plus. The robot delivery service on this side is also quite good, and there's a large fish pond on the first floor.

Hotel location: Excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, in the commercial area near the station. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. Environment: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are quite new. Cleanliness: The hotel room cleanliness is good, but the carpet at the foot of the bed was visibly dirty. The carpet is specified by the brand management and cannot be removed; they need to have a cleaning SOP for it. Hotel service: The front desk performed well during check-in, but they weren't professional enough when handling emergencies. When I called the front desk at 7:00 AM because of the noise from a group checking out in the corridor, the front desk only offered explanations and didn't immediately send staff to the floor to dissuade or remind them. This was unprofessional, and there was no follow-up call to appease us. Room size: The room size in this hotel is smaller compared to other Holiday Inn hotels, more comparable to budget hotels like Hanting.

Let me start by saying this: it's my first business trip to Dalian, and this is the second hotel I've stayed at – both have been excellent! How can the service be so good? I'm in love with Dalian! The location is superb, very close to Xinghai Square, and right by the seaside as soon as you step out. During my stay, I added the butler's WeChat, so I could conveniently message them for anything I needed. When I arrived, the front desk staff helped me with my luggage to my room, and I even received a welcome afternoon tea. There aren't many rooms on each floor, so it's very quiet, and the room itself is comfortable! The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, I slept so well. The curtains are automated with a button, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bath towels are thick. I usually bring my own toiletries when I travel, but I actually used the shampoo here and it was fantastic – left my hair fragrant and smooth. Very satisfied!

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

I really have to say a few words. When traveling with my baby, I usually opt for hotels because they tend to be cleaner, but this guesthouse has completely changed my mind! First off, the environment is clearly well-maintained—super clean and tidy! The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive to every request; they even seemed a little embarrassed by some of our troubles. My baby didn't want to leave! Everyone, just go for it!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just minutes' walk from the subway station and shopping district, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time!
