This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

I recently brought my kids to Shenyang for a holiday and we stayed in the family suite at the Dongya Hotel. It's a must-choose for family travel! The room even had kids' bathrobes and slippers ready. When we checked in, the staff thoughtfully asked if our child could wear the kids' slippers and if we needed adult slippers. The front desk also kindly pre-installed bed rails for us. The biggest surprise was the free children's playground on the second floor, where my older child played for nearly two hours. The small supermarket downstairs was also convenient for buying snacks. When we checked out, the front desk told us to let them know in advance next time so they could reserve a better room for us. The moments spent together as a family are more important than anything else. The room was clean and spacious, with no strange smells, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time; the kids already miss it!

This is a 4-star hotel brand under Shangri-La, located right next to Shenyang's famous Taiyuan Street. You can access Taiyuan Street directly from a side entrance, and there are many restaurants and great transport links nearby. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I encountered had a genuine smile, and all interactions were incredibly natural and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel has been around for many years; it used to be the Shenyang Business Hotel. So, while the facilities have a historical feel and are a bit old, they are definitely not dilapidated. Everything is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. From the room, you can see the bustling cityscape of Shenyang. Although it's a Shangri-La brand, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We loved having a large TV with no extra charges. We arrived very late, but the bar service was outstanding and really attentive. The bus stop is right outside the door, and parking is super convenient if you're driving. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'm definitely staying here again.

Staying at the Hauser Hotel this time, I found a gentle and peaceful haven during my business trip. The hotel's dining was especially thoughtful. The breakfast selection was rich and the flavors were mild, with a clean and elegant dining environment. Not having to search for food outside made the trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious and airy, with a comfortable and generous layout. Coupled with a soft and cozy super-large bed, the comfort for resting was maximized, and it's also perfectly suited for family travel, allowing both adults and children to relax freely. The service was gentle and attentive, the environment was quiet and tidy, and the facilities were complete. Transportation was also very convenient, with direct subway access to the Olympic Sports Center, making it easy for attending shows or commuting. Overall, the quality was excellent and the value for money was superb. It's suitable for both business layovers and short family trips. Full marks, highly recommended with peace of mind.

Staying here for the Dalian Marathon was incredibly convenient. It's only two metro stops to the starting line, which allowed me to get there without rushing. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared a rich breakfast as early as 6 AM. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Dalian.

This stay was absolutely perfect! A special thanks to Mengmeng at the front desk – she was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Not only was check-in super fast, but she was also very attentive. The service was impeccable, and the room was spotlessly clean. This was my first time staying at a Mercure, and it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back next time!

This hotel, formerly the Presidential Palace, offers adequately sized rooms with ample space and good hygiene. The facilities are relatively new, and a decent range of toiletries are provided. The bed is a bit on the firm side, not as comfortable as some others. The water pressure is excellent, and the shower can spray quite a bit if turned up high; it was a little odd how water would splash onto me every time I used the toilet. There are plenty of charging outlets conveniently located by the bed, so just bring your own cables. The automatic curtains, especially the thick ones, didn't work well – they'd stop and start, making it difficult to open them. The mini-bar offers two complimentary cans of Coke and two bottles of water, totaling four bottles. For a family room, this felt a bit insufficient, but thankfully, there's a coffee shop and a KFC downstairs, and a convenience store isn't too far away. The surrounding area has many dining options. Food delivery by robot or a 1.9-meter-tall handsome staff member was a nice touch. The staff generally provide good service, but they didn't proactively inform us about the afternoon tea included in our package. You have to ask about it to get it, and while they'll provide it if you ask, they lack a certain inherent warmth – more like modern civil servants. Parking is plentiful, but the signage for the hotel's dedicated elevator in the underground parking lot could be better; we ended up exiting through another unit, like a KTV, by mistake. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including shrimp, eggs, fruit, and good Western pastries and noodles. Overall, it's a pretty good 3-4 star business hotel.

The room was quite spacious, and the double bed was large and comfortable. The decor was stylish, and the facilities were mostly complete. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the maintenance and breakfast service staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite rich. The only downsides were the slightly poor Wi-Fi and the TV often buffering. The hotel is very close to Shenyang North Station, making transportation convenient, which is why it's the best choice when visiting Shenyang, and the price is affordable. Shengjing (Shenyang) is a city well worth exploring and visiting.
