The hostel is near to train, a walking distance of 9 minutes, there are also several traim stations nearby. The environment is very clean and tidy, breakfast is good and delicious. They also provide locker for people to keep their belongings, the locker is very big and enough to store my 24 inch luggage. Definitely recommend anyone
to stay here.
Good capsule hotel in an excellent location, easy to access anywhere within 10-20mins by walking or their transport system with a stop just around the corners the lockers to keep items where quite big. Bathroom felt quite clean, with soap in the showers and towel and hairdryer available immediately in their if required. The capsules were well equipped with a foldable table if required, light and storage/small ledge if required - it has 2 plug sockets and mirror and 3 clothing hooks too. The capsules felt safe and private with a curtain also, the rooms also felt spacious. The pillow and duvet were comfy. I was able to ask for an iron when I needed one too. Overall as I booked last minute, the price was so worth it!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Reception is 24/7. Can leave luggage for storage after check-out, they have baggage tags for claiming and will store them in a separate storage room outside the building. It’s right outside the tram station and 10 min walk to S Bahn Kloten Balsberg station. Room is very cold in December, no heater. Floor is so cold, no slippers provided. Hot water in bathroom works fine. Hair dryer is available in the room. EU sockets are only available in the lobby near reception, only swiss sockets are available in the room. We had to charge our device using single slot USB A cable in the TV. Triple room is a double bed with top bunk bed. Space is very small, cannot open big luggages. Has elevator/lift.
Affordable hotel in decent neighbourhood. It’s 15min walk from Zurich HBF. Sink basin is located inside the room instead of bathroom. Room floor can be get wet , if you are not too careful. Air conditioning is not there, but fan is provided.

Well located, clean. however first time to experience an hotel without cups or mugs in room. No kettle in room as well. Take note they can confuse you with hotel names. Ibis BUDGET zurich city west, and ibis city west. I don't understand why they name 2 different hotels so similarly. Never booking ibis budget hotel again.

I only stayed one night. The hotel is located right below ETH Zurich, with the funicular station nearby. It's also by the river, so the location is very convenient, perfect for a quick overnight stay. There's tea and a lounge on the first floor. Overall, it's pretty good, but honestly, it's really expensive.
Nice hotel and room. I was afraid of difficulties with check-in, but in the end I called the ”intercom” at the entrance to the hotel, they explained how to get the key. In the common area there is a coffee machine, tea and apples :) the bed is comfortable. It's about 7 minutes to walk to the station.

The staff were wonderfully attentive and genuinely caring; it was also a nice bonus to have Thai-speaking staff present during our stay. The hotel isn't in a very central location, but it provided all the necessary amenities. A notable point is that there's no air conditioning, although fans are supplied. Rooms on the road-facing side can get quite noisy due to traffic. On the brighter side, our room offered a mountain view.
Convenient Location, Simple yet Functional Stay
Check-in was easy, and the location is excellent – just a short walk from the train station and city center.
Breakfast was decent, offering standard options. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but it was a bit small for couples like us, especially since we had two large luggages
Despite the room size, the hotel's location and cleanliness made it a good choice for our needs. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay before catching an early train or exploring the city, I'd recommend this hotel.
It is convenient to have a parking lot, breakfast is simple, we went to the gas station next to the breakfast. There is also McDonald's next to it, the room is small, there is a shop, suitable for a family of three.

IIskandar BNice and clean with great location. Very scenic views and lively locale. Plenty restaurants with alfresco dining and yes..did I say great location...!
Note : The staff, namely Daniel and the sweet young lady were very helpful and accommodating. All in all, a great stay.

AAlimar NathanWe had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome.
The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note.
Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead.
Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and concise, full of essentials, although seemingly quieter, with multiple restaurant options nearby, very good Indian cuisine downstairs, acceptable views, later in the evening if the windows face the street. It may be hot in summer with the windows closed (no air conditioning), the hallway put a fan at your own disposal. The most commendable thing is that there is free luggage storage (but limited cabinets), there was just one cabinet left for us. The lockers at the train station are full. How lucky!
