The front desk service was very warm. They sent mineral water and reminded us to drink more water as the weather was cold. The room was very comfortable and I liked the decoration style. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The breakfast is good and our stay there was definitely very enjoyable, totally recommend this hotel and would stay in this hotel again when visiting Yanji. Location wise, its close to a departmental store and close to attractions such as the 网红墙 and 民俗园.

The experience is very good, the environment is very comfortable, the facilities are very new, the family room has a large bathtub, the location is very convenient, and everything is responsive. The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

The Korean restaurant on the second floor is unique, the food is authentic and delicious, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, and two people asked for a bowl of cold noodles, and they were served two small bowls directly.

The hotel isn't near to any places of attraction, nothing walkable for those who want to save on transportation, however the price is really good so still worth the effort. Their service is really good, just 1 call to room service and they will come immediately. They clean the room daily yet don't vacuum the room everyday.

This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The decoration of the Yingbin Building was disturbing my rest, so the hotel upgraded me to the VIP Building for free. I accepted the hotel's kindness, which also gave me a chance to compare. To be honest, the rooms in the VIP Building are large, with sufficient heating, good views, direct elevator access, and convenient dining. They seem to be more upscale and luxurious, but the lighting, floor drains, and walls are not as detailed as the rooms in the Yingbin Old Building. Compared with the rooms in the Yingbin Old Building, they are not as delicate and exquisite as those there. This is just my personal feeling. Different people have different preferences. But no matter which side, the waiters are very patient and dedicated. When I came back, the front desk of the Yingbin Building patiently explained the situation and concerns to me, and arranged staff to help with the luggage in time; the little sister who helped me carefully explained the situation to me and helped me carry my bag and items. The front desk of the VIP Building quickly arranged a room for me and apologized repeatedly. Seeing that I wanted to make tea, they also gave me mineral water. The guest room sent me a pillow that I used to use more, etc. In any case, I was very satisfied with Chunyi's service and understood the difficulties Chunyi encountered. The staff also suggested that I don't need to get up so early the next day. Half an hour is enough from the hotel to the high-speed rail station. I followed their advice and got up at 5 o'clock the next day. I easily got the first place in the high-speed rail and left Changchun with great satisfaction. Thank you! The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. She said that when she saw my face was frozen red, she felt that my face needed urgent treatment with a repair mask, otherwise it might hurt for several days. She originally gave it to a colleague to recommend it. When she saw my face, she thought I might need it, and then drink some hot water to avoid catching a cold. I cried to death. This repair mask really saved my life. I also made an appointment to take a photo the next day. I wanted to cancel it at that time. The repair mask from the lady saved me hundreds of deposits! The lady knew that I had started to have a low fever, and she brought me a fever-reducing patch. Without her, my trip to Yanji was destined to be regretful. I have never felt so cared for by strangers when I was away from home. I feel a little tearful when writing this. Yanji Yaduo! ! I will come again! ! Yaduo! It's really worth it! !

Thanks to Jinsuo for upgrading our room. The room was very clean and hygienic. The only regret was that there was no humidifier in the room and it was a bit dry when we slept. Luggage storage when leaving: Mavericks' service was very good and patient, and they even gave us water. The overall experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station, and there is a small forest across the road from the door🍺 where you can play in the snow.

Stayed for 2 nights twin room June 24. We could not fault this place. Super comfortable and quiet. Staff exceptional. Location spot on. 10+ mins walk from Renmin Square subway station on line 1. Cross the road at the lights from the hotel, Chongqing Hu Tong has lots of places to eat. Walk a little further north to Chongqing Lu for a big shopping centre. The best thing about this hotel was the great value. Gets 5 stars for amenities for dyi free laundry. Highly recommend

This is a very cozy hotel with a great location and convenient transportation. It only takes about 5 minutes from the train station to the hotel. There is convenient food downstairs. From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. There are so many B&Bs and resort hotels in Changbai Mountain. I chose for a long time before deciding to book this one, because this one is more distinctive like Finland. I booked it purely for the sake of beauty, but I didn't expect it to be unexpectedly good. The high-speed rail station is very convenient for special car pick-up and drop-off, and it is also very close to the north slope. When I arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper introduced the room. I took off my shoes and entered the villa barefoot to get slippers for us. I entered the villa without shoes, which made me feel very clean. The slippers are also cotton and linen and can be taken away. The quality is super good and very comfortable. The bath towels are also one guest and one use and can be taken away. The hygiene is very clean. The dishes ordered in the restaurant are also super delicious, especially the cold beef tendon. The breakfast is also very delicious. The environment and air are so good that it is impeccable. I often travel and I have stayed in many B&Bs and hotels. The price is not cheap, but this one really makes me feel great. The main reason for coming to Changbai Mountain is to visit Chongtianchi. I found a hotel close to the distribution center. The environment was unexpectedly good, and there was a pick-up service at the station, which was very good. I was picked up directly from the high-speed rail and went to Tianchi the next day. I was super lucky that Tianchi, which had been closed for a week, was open! I also experienced rime drifting, which was very close to the hotel. The trip was very successful~
