Excellent customer service and hospitality! We were given complimentary butler service throughout our stay. Our butler, Xiaowei, was very helpful, attentive, and accommodating to all our requests. Despite the language barrier, we truly felt her warmth and hospitality. Thank you, Xiaowei, for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended this hotel, especially for foreigner 👍🏼

Xiansu was good. The room big and spacious and very clean. No tv in the room but that was not an issue. Only problem we had was the shower. The water temp was not stable. One min it was warm, then suddenly very cold or hot. The water took really long to warm up too. Other than that the service was really good.

The room was spectacular! View was great from the room! I was assigned to Xiao Kuang. Xiao Kuang really made sure everything is smooth for us. Our luggages are all been taken care of. Amenities in the the room was fantastic! Room was so beautiful! I love everything about this hotel and room!

Very pleasant stay, we are blown away by the location. It is built with great attention to detail, you really feel like a time traveler. Our room was right at the moon gazing bridge, so we had a perfect view. Very special thanks to Xiao Kuang, she was extremely helpful, quick to respond and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic hotel staffs. Great food and absolutely loved the performance every evening. The view from the terrace is amazing. The trail to and from the cable car is so well maintained and marked. It was my first time in Huanghsan, we initially faced some difficulties reaching the hotel walking because we didn't plan properly due to poor guidance and information provided by Trip.com. But the hotel staffs were very nice and kind enough to guide and make up for the troubles. Highly recommended.

Xiao Kuang is so friendly and very helpful, we had a great and comfortable trip with the help of Xiao Kuang! Thank you! The service was very fast and organised. The hotel was so clean and comfortable and our hotel room had an incredible view (see picture), and it was right next to the pool. The room had everything we needed and more.
