I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Despite the late hour, they greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. As a foreigner, I felt incredibly welcomed—their kindness and professionalism stood out. The room was clean, comfortable. And their restaurant is so beautiful, the food was also nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly hospitable environment.

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk upgraded the room for free. You can also take a bath, which is great. Parking is also free. It is not too far from Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market. You can walk there. Well, it is worth recommending

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

We requested for breakfast throughout our stay when we check-in. It took about 30 mins, because we had to go through their app via WeChat and encountered issues. The room for 3 people is quite small. Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers.

The hotel is right next to Gate 6. After exiting T2 Domestic Arrival, turn left and you will see the hotel. You need to go through security to enter the hotel. There are security personnel at the door, which gives people a very safe feeling. Then go straight and turn right to see the front desk. After the front desk quickly checks in, you can take the elevator to rest. The room is small and exquisite. In addition to the basic hotel room facilities, the toilet is also equipped with a telephone, and there is a safe in the closet. These facilities are very detailed. It is also very convenient to eat and drink in the city. You can take a Didi when you exit the hotel and go to the right to the elevator on the second floor of the 8th door. The recommended places are shown in the picture.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The front desk was friendly and I felt like a VIP. It was cold when I came to play ~ the room was well heated. The higher you climb, the farther you can see, and the beautiful scenery. After checking in in the afternoon, I was hungry and ordered food immediately. The food cooked by the chef was also great. After taking the elderly and children to visit the scenic spots for a few days, they felt tired and didn’t want to go down. We arranged a Miao photo shoot for them on the spot. They could see the scenery and have a good rest, and they were not bored. The next day, we took the elders down to hang out. The accommodation here is arranged for a porter to lead us and carry the luggage to the accommodation. We try to be as light as possible and put useless things in the car. 🙏 The noodle breakfast made by the aunt is also very delicious. P/S: Everyone has different tastes, we are from 🇲🇾

Actually, this hotel and staffs are fantastic, shops, malls and foods at all directions next to it. The bed and sofa are so good in the room, they are like memory foam. The pillows are big n filling. The breakfast is local and Western, with enough varieties, the coffee machine made nice coffee/s. Everything else are new and modern design with nice displays of modern art pieces. The hotel even provide complimentary light supper at 9.00pm. We plan to stay 1 night, but extended to 3 nights. On checking out, we were given a gift goodies as well, so impressive. ❤️, We ll travel again to Guiyang for sightseeing to lot of places we could not make this time and surely will stay here. To find easily, look for Luckin Coffee shop if you can't see the signage in Mandarin. The access to Reception is floor 10th from the elevator inside the Luckin Coffee.

The Atour Hotel guiyang was perfect for our one night stay. It's very close (walking distance) to GuiyangBei station and the room is incredible. Soft beds and very comfortable - exceeding our expectations! The staff were very helpful, they provided directions to help us get SIM cards, food, various sightseeing. A recommended hotel for anyone stopping in guiyang for a night or two as they train around China.

I didn't do any research before coming here, I just read a few articles complaining about the decoration of the scenic spot in this season. It doesn't matter, it can't stop me from wanting to see the night view. The homestay is halfway up the mountain. I checked in my suitcases at the entrance of the scenic area. When I got inside, the housekeeper Xiao Wei came out to pick me up. He was very attentive and helped me with my bags and computer bags. He introduced the long slope and steep stairs without getting out of breath. He also recommended a travel photo shoot with traditional costumes of various Miao ethnic groups. Both the costumes and makeup were really better than those of the internet celebrities. The room facilities are very good, the hygiene is also good, the cost performance is very high, you can book it with your eyes closed 😝

Hampton Inn in Guizhou seemed to be good. I wanted to go to Kaili to buy embroidery pieces. I called Bruce, the guy at the front desk, and he patiently told me where to go. Taking a taxi to Fengqingyuan is just the starting price. After arriving at the hotel, I was specially upgraded to a suite with a great view. A little girl who was doing the wiring asked thoughtfully if there was enough water, and asked the robot to deliver two more bottles, which was very warm. I bought a lot of embroidered clothes in the evening, and when I arrived at the store, the waiter at the door came over to help. I also specifically asked the girl on the line where to eat authentic fish in sour soup, and she recommended Lao Teng, which was pretty good. The breakfast has local characteristics and is relatively rich. When checking out, Bruce asked me if I had a good night's sleep. He even gave me snacks and water when I left, which was very thoughtful. I will come to Kaili again in the future, and I will come to Hampton again.

Probably the best hotel during our trip through China. Great location in Zhaoxing overlooking the historical village in a very quiet area, perfect for who needs rest from the hustle of Chinas big cities. Beautiful, carefully designed and furnished room with wooden floors furniture, very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Lots of little extras, like a beautiful reception area with balcony, a generous fruit basket refilled every day, great and healthy breakfast, pick up service from the train station etc. Young and very friendly hosts, english is hardly spoken but with a translation app communication is easy and the staff are keen on helping you with any questions. As the house was not fully booked, they surprised us with a free upgrade to a larger room. Over all, an amazing experience!

Parking is a bit troublesome. There are many small vehicles in the alley. The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. The room is quite spacious and bright, but the decoration smell in the room is too strong, which caused me to suffer from allergic rhinitis. The room faced the view deck on the fifth floor and was very noisy. More people were drinking and chatting on the platform and the noise continued until early in the morning. The hotel is located inside the village and has great views. It has smart appliances and is very nice and clean. However, if you try to open the windows as little as possible at night, there will be a lot of flying insects (this is the case in all Miao villages). The boss is also enthusiastic to help carry luggage and guide the way. The only drawback is the towels. The experience at Xingzhe Shangju Hotel was beyond our expectations! When we arrived, the proprietress called in advance and sent a young man to guide us.
