I can’t say enough how good this place was. This city is not easy to get to or get out of. and sometimes you need help from innkeeper staff but true Guizhou hospitality shines here. These people. go out of your way and you almost feel like your family to them. In fact, these people treat me better than my family. The breakfast is so good. It is not a giant buffet or anything, but a made to order masterpiece. The mien tiao noodles are awesome and will get your day off to a good start and wanting a 2nd portion. We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

After a long journey, I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn Guiyang Airport. The room had soft lighting and was meticulously clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. A special thanks to YOYO at the front desk for her warm hospitality and patient assistance. The overall hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and the hot breakfast items were fresh, with local specialties offering an authentic taste. Located next to the airport, it's incredibly convenient for travel, so there's no need to worry too much about flight schedules. Finding such a reassuring haven during a busy trip far exceeded my expectations.

So glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic guesthouse! I don't usually like staying in guesthouses because I always feel the environment and cleanliness are disappointing. This time, however, I wanted to see the night view of the Miao Village, so I had no choice but to stay within the scenic area. I chose two listed guesthouses and compared them before booking Yue She. It certainly didn't disappoint! First, their service was incredibly thoughtful. Even at 9 pm, they sent two staff members to pick us up at the North Gate, help with our luggage, and show us the way. The hotel's exterior is unassuming, but the interior is surprisingly spacious and charming. Sitting on the terrace in my room, I had a panoramic view of the entire Miao Village at night – absolutely amazing! The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable; you could tell the owners had put a lot of thought into it, paying attention to detail. The lovely receptionist was incredibly warm and attentive, the young butler was also very considerate, and the experienced steward truly touched me, helping us carry our largest suitcase up and down the stairs. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but it tasted like home. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Our family stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Checkin and checkout were very easy. The staff of the entire hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Rooms were very clean and neat. Our children enjoyed and loved the setup. Its location was very convenient: many convenient stores, restaurants and easy to get taxis. Laundry facilities were available free of charge.

Yueshan. Selected Pocket Snack Bag/Yueshan. Worry-free Mountaineering Accompanying Package Choose one of two: Stay in a twin-bed parent-child family room and receive a child's toothbrush, shoes and stickers. Welcome fruit and snacks as well as a mountaineering gift bag are provided when you check in. , compared with the environment and facilities, the price is very good. There is a business downstairs, which is very convenient for eating. What is particularly worth mentioning is the attentive and attentive reception at the hotel's front desk. It feels like a five-star hotel butler. It is recommended to stay here when visiting Fanjing Mountain. The price/performance ratio is excellent.

Shengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.

Staying at this guesthouse in Qianhu Miao Village was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the village and finding local specialty dishes. The front desk and guesthouse staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, promptly addressing any needs and showing great patience and care. The daily complimentary fruit platter was a highlight—diverse, fresh, and deliciously sweet. Our room was spotless and well-organized, feeling spacious and bright. All facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Every aspect exceeded our expectations; the attention to detail was truly impressive, and it offered excellent value for money. It's perfect whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a short trip. I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Qianhu Miao Village.

My stay at Guizhou Culture and Tourism Jiatu Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, with a giant leaf-shaped chandelier that's incredibly stylish and incorporates local ethnic characteristics. The marble floors are sparkling clean, giving the whole place a sophisticated and elegant feel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handling my check-in and even proactively recommending local sightseeing routes. The buffet restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a rich variety of breakfast options including pastries, hot dishes, and authentic local delicacies from Southeast Guizhou like Sour Soup Noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's free parking for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting attractions like Xijiang and Xiashi. The guest rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. As a hotel under the Culture and Tourism brand, the quality is reliable, making for a worry-free and comfortable trip. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kaili!
