Guiyang North Railway Station West Square Madison Hotel

Facilities: The facilities are fairly complete, but the smart voice system is a bit useless and inconvenient to operate. Hygiene: It's okay! Environment: The hotel is very close to the North Station, making it convenient to visit attractions, and there are many small restaurants nearby. Service: The best service experience was provided by the gentleman who dropped us off at the station. My suggestion to the hotel is that to earn a five-star rating from guests, it's not enough to just say a few polite words over the phone after check-out (especially to someone as particular as me). Instead, guests need to feel at home, which I didn't experience. However, I can't say the service was bad; it was just mediocre.

I originally booked two nights and extended for another day. Guiyang North is a central hub for my Guizhou trip; I could honestly stay here every day. The hotel offers unlimited shuttle service to and from Guiyang North Station, where high-speed trains, tour buses, and the subway are all accessible, which is super convenient. Both the front desk staff and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and very clean. Even though there are other hotels in the building, it was very quiet and safe, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The breakfast was also plentiful. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to any friends visiting Guiyang!

The hotel rooms are located on high floors, mostly above the 17th floor and into the twenties, offering great views from the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast quality is excellent; I was especially pleased with the freshly ground soy milk – it wasn't made from powder, which is a big plus for soy milk lovers. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall decor is modern and new. A small tip for parking: make sure to pay attention to the signs. If you miss the entrance, you'll have to drive an extra 4 kilometers, but this isn't a major issue. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, making travel very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend staying here.

The environment is pretty good, there are places to eat nearby, and Jingjing's service attitude was also excellent.

The room was very comfortable, and the bedding was great. Plus, there's a laundry room, which is perfect for family trips. They offer a shuttle service to and from the station, and it was always punctual. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from Guiyang North Station, so no worries about being late. There are plenty of food options nearby too – you can find all sorts of local specialties within a 5-minute walk.

Xiaofang provided warm and thoughtful service. The hotel's facilities were high-class and clean, and the breakfast was very generous.
