4-Star Hotels in East Java, Indonesia

This was my first trip to Surabaya and I had decided book Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan given its central location and competitive room rate. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel recognized my Marriott Bonvoy member status and accorded me the corresponding benefits despite me not making this reservation via the Marriott Bonvoy app. Kudos the hotel staff for that!

When i entered the hotel entrance , i was so depressed. The lobby is not as what i expected. But as when you enter the room it so impressive. Front line staff very good. The way they handle unhappy guest so professional. Makes yourself feel appreciated and valuable to them.

Overall i quite satisfied with the services provided by the hotel, particularly that the staff was very helpful to warm the food that we bought from outside vendors. The only feedback i want to convey, there was cigarette smoke smells in one of the room that we stay which was 2011 . I believe the previous guests was smoking as i saw an ashtray on the table😓and also on the walkway from the lift to the rooms quite polluted. I hope Grand Whiz Praxis can improve to provide the smoke free environment

The location is quite good, and the lobby decoration is impressive, but the rooms are just average and a bit small. However, the price is incredibly reasonable at just over 300 a night, making it excellent value for money. The breakfast is also very generous.

Clean, spacious, and very comfortable room. For the price of 613k, it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, check-in was a hassle. The older receptionist said that the booking details had to match the ID of the person checking in. It took a really long time, it was frustrating, and I ended up getting annoyed. However, other staff members were friendly and helped me with my bags to the room, even though I had a lot.

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there? Lifts are very slow. Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

Everything was great – clean, comfortable, and fantastic. The service was excellent, and the restaurant's food was incredibly delicious and plentiful. A big thank you to Mr. Ahmad, the Restaurant Manager. Wishing good luck to Prince Crown Hotel and all its staff. Many thanks!

Since April, this hotel is my go to Hotel for Surabaya trip. Been more than 4 times. Everything ok as usual, but the coffee machine wasnt working well this last 2 months. Downgrade on amenities due coffee brand and mineral water brand 😌 can’t brag about the hotel more to my colleagues. BUT the snack in the room are for free! 2 snacks and 1 instant noodle, just found out on our last night. Ow, surprisingly they gave me a thank you cake? ! Nicely done. The restaurant on rooftop, food quality not really good - lack of flavor and dry chickens, limited menu, so its all need to be improved, price wise OK. The hotel location and others Overall OK. Still gonna be my go to hotel for next!

This hotel has the most flawless service we have received, perhaps ever. The breakfast is magnificent. The team is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are perfect. Whether it’s for Business, family or a stay with your partner you will be over the moon with your time at Aloft Surabaya. Incredible, a must stay.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It's comfortable and strategically located near the city center. In the mornings, you can go for a jog around Bambu Runcing Park.
