A magnificent hotel. Architecture in the style of Frank Herbert's Dune and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. We were in Krabi for 2 weeks and visited 3 hotels with a similar price category and cost - Adam won in all respects from competitors. It was more expensive, but every baht is justified. Good location - walking distance and the sea in a couple of minutes, mountain view, quiet. A wonderful library with illustrated books, which introduces you to the beauties of Thailand. I would like to mention the pool in the room, large beach towels and cleanliness, every day a compliment in the room in the form of dessert or fruit, a bar included in the price. La carte breakfast + buffet with fruits and cheese. We had breakfast and dinner only in the hotel restaurant and I would like to note the service and quality of the products, we tried almost all the menus and were satisfied. Thanks to the administrator, the restaurant is working like an expensive clock. I will go back to the hotel and the restaurant at the hotel and have fun. Resort is set amidst a Beautiful & Picturesque location,away from the hustle and bustle of other busy resort destinations. The entrance to the resort is quite an Adventure! Ideal for a relaxing & quiet family vacation. Warm & Friendly staff, always glad to help with a smile . Well maintained rooms and amenities, could do with a bit of modernisation and luxury to match the price. Sumptuous Buffet Spread! Food Quality and Service at all the F&B Outlets was splendid. Super Cocktails! Fantastic” Instagramable”views of the ocean from the rooms and the swimming pool.!, Hence Didn't feel the need to venture out of the resort ! Would definitely come back again

We stayed at this hotel in October. We are staying here for the fourth time. I think this already speaks about the quality of this hotel. I would also like to say thank you to the hotel staff and thank you for the first aid provided. My girlfriend and I got into an accident on a motorbike, and when we arrived at the prka hotel, we contacted the insurance company, a man came out to us with a bag of medical supplies, saying that he had been trained to provide medical care, washed and treated all wounds and applied bandages, the wounds were very serious. After the hospital and the stitches, we had only seven days left on vacation and we spent almost all the time at the hotel. The staff sent us plates of fruit with wishes to get better soon, they always helped and supported us in everything. Thank you kind people for your huge hearts. With best regards Gleb and Margo

Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

A resort hotel that far exceeded expectations! It has just been opened for two months, which coincides with the off-season of tourism, and there are very few guests in the whole hotel, but I feel that I have enjoyed the courtesy of the royal family after the past! The service staff of the entire hotel are all around us! It is the best hotel for the trip to Thailand! As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will be served a fruit cold drink. No matter where you meet the staff in the hotel, no matter which staff they are, they will stop, smile and say hello. Sitting in an electric tutu car, the staff will briefly explain the layout and concept of the hotel before check-in, which is full of ritual! Every corner of the room is exquisite, comfortable and relaxing! Really love every corner! We were flattered that the hotel cleaned the room at least twice a day! After we checked in in the afternoon, we went to the beach in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we found that the room had been cleaned again, helping to fold clothes, fold sheets, and organize things! Because I was really touched, I put a tip in the room the next day, and the hotel cleaning staff didn't take it... Because there were not many people, we contracted all five swimming pools! 4 wading pools, 1 Olympic size swimming pool! As soon as I arrived at the Olympic-standard swimming pool, the staff immediately ran to the pool to ensure my safety (because the Olympic-standard swimming pool is 2-3 meters deep), and it was the first time in my life to swim in an Olympic swimming pool! The breakfast here is also amazing! It is not a buffet style, but an order style with a menu. Every dish is prepared by the chef, and there is a special dish of the day every day! Our specials were Hainanese chicken rice on the first day and shrimp porridge on the second day, which were delicious! ! Regarding the location, there is a large and beautiful beach within a few steps nearby, the sunset is super beautiful, and there are relatively few people, not as crowded as Ao Nang Beach. But we take a taxi to Ao Nang Beach almost every day, and use Grab for 200 baht one way. There are also many small restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient! In short, far exceeded expectations!

Located 30 min away from aonang beach, hotel are new and clean. Service always as good as 5 star, room are little narrow. Breakfast are very good and full with varieties, no eateries nearby, so either u must pay for taxi to get to town or dine in resort. Price are expensive as u know it is 5 star resort, taste ok but not impresssive. However, I’d u plan to stay for vacation, highly recommended!

Dusit Thani Krabi is the best resort in Krabi and your dream come true in this sophisticated designed resort! I will definitely visit here again. The resort staff gave us great service and friendly, their personality made our family very happy at every moment! Especially, I would like to mention some greatly professional staffs there! We have been visiting a variety of different resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand over the past years and this is possibly one of the better ones we have stayed at. From the collection at the airport and early check in availability to the complimentary meals, location, friendly professional staff and property standard our stay for 13 days was excellent. The Spa is must visit to iron out the COVID work from home muscle spasms. The beach is clean, water warm and view to the islands just amazing. Also a great spot to enjoy the sunset if that’s your thing! The staff are great. Fort and his team met all our needs with no fuss and a friendly smile. This was no better shown than boiled eggs being cooked to specifications and delivered to our table each morning post arrival without even asking. First class service, with thanks to Ma, Pa and Sun for looking after us in a professional way with nothing being an issue. Without hesitation we would recommend this property and are looking forward to our visit next time.

This is just a lovely place. From the rooms, the beaches, the service, the food, the landscaping: just about everything is perfect. The two of us stayed in Deluxe Pavilion 309; this had a nice view of the greenery around us from the 2nd floor large window. We preferred not to sit in the patio area on the 1st floor because of a lack of privacy. The two main beaches (Phranang and Railay) are both lovely, we preferred swimming in Phranang and walked on both of them, Phranang was about a 10 minute walk for us and Railay about a 5 minute walk. The walks through the property are just lovely, they have done a fantastic job of landscaping with all kind of tropical plants, but we also took advantage of the golf cart rides when it was raining. The breakfast (which is included) is served till 11 am and has a lot of nice a la carte and buffet style options. We didn't go the Grotto (did not look so special to us and seemed overpriced), but ate at the other two hotel restaurants: Krua Phranang and Raitalay Terrace; both were excellent (and had lovely views of the beach) and we also enjoyed the cocktails at the 4-6 pm happy hour at Raitalay Terrace. The swimming pool is lovely and also has a great veiw of Railay beach. The service at Rayavadee was just exceptional; we want to give a shout out to Joy, who was our server during breakfast, she was just fantastic. We were here during the off-season, the prices are a little lower, and while it did rain a fair amount when were here, we still got to the beach a couple of times a day. All in all, a fantastic stay, we will be back.

The resort was very nice and the swimming pools were awesome, but the beach was not that good because in evening there were many rocks which was making us not able enjoy that much and one night my daughter got fever and there was no service for any medicines so at 12:00 am I needed to go to buy medicines for my daughter, the hotel amenities was also very good and there are also many near by beach side restaurants which had many good foods and the foam party in the swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was delicious

We had an amazing visit! Would definitely return! You must realize that you are staying basically in the jungle. You don't need fancy clothes. You don't even need shoes. Getting there takes time and you need to plan ahead with flights and boat transfers. We were there during ”off” season, so this information could change during high season. (Check other reviews.) There was not any entertainment, which was perfect for us! We came to rest and relax and enjoy the beach. We read books, swam, walked, ate, exercised, slept. Best vacation ever. 1) When I go to a beach resort, the most important thing is THE BEACH. This beach is gorgeous, the sand is golden, the water is clear and beautiful. The swim area is very generous and cleared of large rocks. No trash or debris. You can also go outside the swim area and snorkel near the rocks that are in front of the neighboring resort. Lots of lounge chairs with a bean-bag type cushion and large umbrellas. If chairs are taken, they also have mats that lay on the ground but with a back cushion. They were very comfortable. 2) The other thing that makes or breaks a hotel stay is the comfort of the bed, and the room in general. The bed was perfect -- not too hard, not too soft. The rooms are individual teak wood buildings and have thatched roofs. The room has air conditioning. The beds have mosquito nets, but I didn't feel like we needed them during our stay. There is a beautiful breezeway porch with chairs and cushions, then an enclosed bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. There is a separate outdoor shower behind a wooden wall. Also an outdoor sink attached to a dressing table with chair and mirror plus outlet. If you have long hair that you usually dry, I would make plans NOT to do so. It is too hot and the hair dryer is not really for styling. (ours only had high setting and it made my hair look crazy) 3) Food/Dining - The resort had a large dining area where an amazing breakfast buffet spread was served daily. We were able to get lattes with several different types of milk (regular, almond, soy). There were western choices and traditional Thai choices. Fresh eggs to order. The other restaurant is on the beach. You can get lunch/snacks and dinner there (special occasions or rain would move to the breakfast area). For dinner there were delicious Thai choices. They also had western/American food, but we ate Thai at all meals except a hamburger & fries once for lunch. 4) Drinks/Alcohol - We're not big drinkers, but I felt they had an adequate range of alcohol to make a variety of drinks/cocktails. I don't usually like sugary drinks, but the ones they serve in the fresh coconut and the fresh pineapple were delicious. They also had a fair selection of wines. We don't drink beer, but they did offer it. 5) Spa/Gym - We had Thai massages that were wonderful. There's a workout room with some free weights and several machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower). Very nice. 6) - Pool - beautiful pool that

We spent 11 night here with my husband and 9-year-old son, and we all really loved the place! We stayed at the Pond room, and even had a partly sea view. I highly recommend booking Pond room instead of little cheaper Deluxe room. Pond rooms are all close to the pool and other services, whereas Deluxe rooms can be really high up the hill. We are not afraid of hills or steps, but even for us climbing all the way up felt quite exhausting (we did this once). Good: - The room was always clean and with good amenities. - Nice pool area(s) - Thaiboxing facilities a nice extra - Really good breakfast with anything you can ask for. Cappuccino etc. can be ordered (free). - You can walk (15min?) to nearby beach with many restaurants (you do need some adventurous mindset and a good flash light in the evening, though). You just need to locate the small wooden bridge and ignore the gaps :D - Nice restaurants short drive away (Coco Tango our absolute favorite with stunning view at sunset), drivers always flocking outside the resort gate. - Also some casual restaurants on walking distance and even right across the gate. - The spa was divine (though really, really expensive on Thai standards - one hour massage was something like 50 € with the happy hour discounts 😅) Not so good: - The bed is HARD. I mean _really_ hard. I was really surprised to find the bed to be such poor quality in a five star resort. I was sore the whole stay as it was impossible to sleep nicely. Even though I loved the place, this is the reason I would not return --＞ So, if someone at the hotel is reading this, please do invest in softer mattresses! (or even soft mattress topper) Good to know: - The monkeys invaded the resort area few days before we left. The staff did their best to keep them out, but still we had few encounters with aggressive monkeys, one of them even flashing teeth and rushing towards our son. I know, we're in the tropics and this could happen, but just to let you know to be cautious. - Some places were a little worn out (e.g. our terrace wooding was partly falling apart), so if you are looking for shiny and new, you might find these small flaws disturbing (we didn't mind). - Prices for food and drink are high (as one can expect in a five star place). - It is quite far away from Saladan, which is good to know if you for example dive (boats leave from Saladan, but dive shops do arrange the transportation, you'll just be the first and the earliest to be picked up) All in all, I do recommend this place, I just hope they would fix the bedding. It was really uncomfortable even on thai standards (we have been staying in much cheaper places with decent mattresses). Luckily there was heavenly spa that helped with the aching muscles 😜

The beach access was unparalleled, with pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters just steps away. We indulged in delicious seafood at the hotel's beachfront restaurant, savoring every bite while watching the stunning sunsets. Overall, an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. A hotel with a beautiful garden by a very nice beach. Nice swimming pools, normal food, nothing fancy. However, in Thailand it is best to be in the city. The rooms are very large, you have to wait a bit for hot water, but I assume that in Ko Lancia they don't know the water circulation system 🙈 The hotel is worth recommending, definitely a plus, as a starting point for various trips around Ko Lanta and the surrounding islands. Ko Lanta itself, I am delighted with the climate, views, cuisine, and very nice Thai people. From trips I recommend snorkeling or diving to Ko Ha, Ko Bida, Phi Phi. Super kayak trip in the Andaman sea and mangrove forests. A visit to the elephant sanctuary is also interesting. Trips bought at local offices, much cheaper than from Itaka's office. Thailand is amazing, I will definitely come back to it.

Facilities: complete. There was a power outage one day. It took three hours to fix it. We were changed to another room at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. We didn't ask for it and didn't care. We didn't change it and almost died of heat. Hygiene: Satisfied, I forgot to clean up the room for us after a day out Environment: very good. It is divided into two parts, the upper part and the lower part. There is a sea view on the mountain, and a room directly connected to the swimming pool at the bottom.
