The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with excellent hygiene. Both the business and casual dining options at the restaurant were great. The hotel offers fantastic views of the lake and the bustling, lively streets. Highly recommended!

The facilities are brand new. The front desk upgraded my room type. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. You can see the river view at night. The breakfast was decent. What's worth mentioning is that this Hilton has quite a temperature difference: the lobby and public areas are the coldest, the hallways are a bit less so, and the room felt a bit stuffy when I first entered (I wonder if it's because of power supply issues during the Vietnamese summer).

Overall it was okay, but I was asked about smoking. The lobby was a bit messy and dirty, but the service was good.

The room amenities were pretty standard. The towels were thin, like something you'd find in a budget hotel. And don't even get me started on the service. We were jet-lagged every morning, and for some reason, we kept getting all sorts of unexpected morning calls. What's more, the hotel staff's English was… unforgettable. It took three or four attempts just to get someone to understand when we asked them to pick up or deliver laundry. But they sure were quick to take our money. I give up.

The front desk staff's service attitude was just average; check-in and check-out weren't particularly fast, but they were completed smoothly. The soundproofing was ordinary, I could hear some noise from the hallway. Overall, the value for money is acceptable, making it a reliable choice for a short trip.
