I booked via Trip.com and check in was a breeze. I arrived before noon and was able to check in. However, room reeked of tobacco 913 and I had to change room; which also a breeze. Room was huge, clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable. They offered complimentary biscuits and mini bar ! Hotel was connected to a mammoth shopping mall and super convenient. Moving in and out of hotel was good cos no traffic jams.

The front desk personnel were helpful and polite and check in was a breeze. The welcome drink, self service, was of poor quality though. The room was of good size. Bed was comfortable. Toilet was clean and new. I love the light up mirror which was good for make up. They used hair and body wash in one and I don't prefer. No bidet too. There were 4 bottled water ! Generous as compared to normal 2 bottles. The light switches were well designed as they had night lights. Power sockets were plenty too. Security was tight as it allowed card access to your room level only. Breakfast had 3 sections and sprawling area. Able to accommodate big crowd. Quality of food was acceptable too. Linked bridge of 8 mins walk to big shopping One Utama and price was much lower than One World hotel.

Stay end may 2023. Hotel has past it glory day. Took family room 618. The king size bed and 2 single bed are separate by a sliding door. There is only a single toilet inside with standing shower, bathtub, basin area, toilet area separate. So need not wait for each other to finish their shower time. I think the staffs did the best in cleaning up the room. But some areas are really either spoilt or tore etc. Can be seen from the photos taken. Currently the hotel is under going renovation. Hopefully it can improve in the room lighting, spoilt areas and tore areas. Also the door knots from the outside seem to be falling apart liao. TV channels also limited for a so call 4-5 stars hotel. Therefore the 500 RM price tag for the family room is not worth it. This hotel is near the malls the curve, IPC and ikea, and kidzania. You can also use the MRT to go to other places. There is another hotel call royal chulan damasara. So be careful not to mix up the 2 hotels.

The location is great. Walking distance to The Curve Mall and Ikea Damansara which met my purpose of stay. The room was spacious and clean and well equipped with iron, hair dryer and extra pillow. The breakfast is superb too. Endless food! There is playroom for child but maybe in future can add more toys pleasee. The swimming pool also great. Will come again next time☺️

The good - Good location as plenty of eateries within walking distance The bad - AM shift staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating - Unfriendly staff was not aware that our room was not ready - the door was left open and the room was obviously not clean and maintained. Bed sheets were messy. Did not proceed to enter said room. - Unfriendly staff did not apologise for the situation and proceeded to check-in another room for us. - Entered another room. Pillows and bed sheets were stained. Room was obviously not cleaned properly as we could still literally smell the odour left behind from previous customers - whatever they were doing as the hotel has a 3-hourly rate for RM50 which we later discovered. - Did not proceed to stay for the night and decided to book another place nearby.

Stayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

The considerate landlord (the elegant temperament of the angels who usually answer questions), the excellent location (next to the Giant large supermarket), the convenient transportation (walking to the subway station to the city center KLCC), the comfortable and complete rooms and indoor facilities, the awesome top floor infinity pool, Far beyond expectations!!! My wife & I stayed for 2 nights and we found this hotel that was close to our relative house, that we were visiting in SS20 area. It is quite spartan but has the basic necessities for an overnight stay; ie air con and reasonable twin bed, shower and WC facilities, a small fridge ( next to the bed so can be quite noisy, since we did not use it we did not turn it on ). Unfortunately, the TV was snowy but we were there to sleep so it did not bother me though I would have love to watch a bit or catch up on the day news. The plumbing in the basin was making some noise whenever we use it. As the walls are quite thin and the floors are not carpeted, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the corridors and doors slamming shut. Overall, we did manage to sleep well though I have to pay RM3 if I need an extra pillow. Eateries and a shopping mall are very close to the hotel so location is good.

There's is on going promotion during check-in directly with the hotel itself. The room itself is not soundproof which is a bit nuisance if your room been located just beside the road.

The location is great. Walking distance to The Curve Mall and Ikea Damansara which met my purpose of stay. The room was spacious and clean and well equipped with iron, hair dryer and extra pillow. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Eastin. The interior feels old but we loved how the whole place is very nice. Room: bathtub is big, bed is comfy, pillows a little too flat/soft (personal preference), comfortable lighting Breakfast: It's so-so, not very tasty, not a lot of variety. But good enough. Good selection of cheeses (cheese lover here). Must get their half boiled eggs, really creamy and eggy. Swimming pool: It doesn't seem like their pump is on. Feels like still water and there's some dirt floating around. Location: it's easy to get grab, train station is nearby, so we're happy.

Hilton is one of my favourite hotel chain. I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton hotel. The hotel is accommodative. They maintain a very good standard on service, from front desk to house keeping. Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room is clean and spacious. Toilet especially bathtub is clean. The bed is nice and comfy. A comfy bed after a long hour is the best. Efficiency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The check in and check out procees is fast and easy. There is no queue at check-in and I was quickly checked in and got my key. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Parking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Im not familiar with this area. So, I park in front of the lobby and im too lazy to find the basement parking. Since arrive late and i will leave early, i just park in front of the hotel lobby. For your info, if you park in front of the hotel lobby, you need to move your car before 8am. City council will do their round at 8am. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located at the centre of Petaling jaya. Near to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is great as it is connected to the KL Sentral station. It makes you so easy to access to public transport. If you want to commute using public transport, this is the best choice. If you are from KLIA, you can take KLIA express directly from airport. This hotel sits on top of Sentral station. Overall hilton never dissappoint me. Always had a pleasent stay at hilton.

It's okay to stay for the first time, the environment is very clean, there are no shopping malls near the location, and you can go to mid valley by taxi nearby. As for the hotel room, the bed is clean, comfortable and the space is large. There is very little dust, but there is less food to eat. Generally speaking, I will come back to this hotel again. Remember to take the card when parking.

Located beside a mall (Paradigm mall petaling jaya). Impossible to walk beyond your hotel and the mall. Its beside a highway looking underground exit so if you're looking for things to do (eg night markets etc), you might want to pick something within the KL city. The mall is pretty big with major fashion retailers such as h&m and a sizeable supermarket at the basement. Hotel has a nice view from the rooftop. There is also a rooftop pool - no one was using it on both occasions that I've walked by. Decor and room wise is nice and standards as expected by Le Merdien hotels. Breakfast options were also decent. My major gripe is with the bed. It is really hard, almost felt like I was sleeping on a hard board covered in sheets. Usually I wouldn't say anything but my body was aching every morning just from the bed. The pillows are too hard, I got a stiff neck in my first night ... and every night I struggle to sleep because of the bedding issues. Just take note that the hotel is near a mosque and morning prayers start around 5-6am. So if you're not a practicing Muslim and not a deep sleeper, you'll be awakened every morning. This coupled with the bad bedding really ruined my experience at le merdien. It's unfortunate.

Bestest hotel to stay in PJ. Stayed for 1 night and the room is so spacious & clean. Parking is provided & free once u validated at the counter. Deposit is RM100 either by cash or credit card. Got iron & iron board in the room (most important) Got electric kettle & small fridge too ! Water pressure at toilet super strong & have hot water. Always my 1st choice hotel whenever I need to come to PJ for work purpose.
