Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.

My room at the eighth floor an impressive view of Geneva the water jet the Alps of pure happiness Cerise on the cake the rich and varied breakfast Swiss and high quality products and Bio I will quote Maylick and Noémie to the small care. I'm a custom of this hotel and I'll return to my next stay in Geneva. I recommend it very strongly.

To reach to the airport you just need to cross a bridge. Also with free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes. Early check in is possible. Bed is comfortable and so pillows are. But the room is a bit too small to fit in my big suitcase.

The hotel was chosen because we needed a garage, because we were in car and it was the best hotel we could get near the center. The room was very large for triple suit, and breakfast was very good, and it also had a good bar service. We had a problem with our room because it was morning for trucks on the street and they make a huge load and discharge noise. Then I suggest room not to be returned to the rue du Monthoux, which has drawn attention to the good hotel management by Mr Nicolas Goureau, General Manager, who always worried that you had a good stay.

Facilities: Not bad, everything you need is there Hygiene: Cleaned every day Environment: OK, very convenient Service: OK, I lost the money in my pocket I couldn't check in until 3pm, but at 3pm they said the room was not ready. After I protested, it was ready.

The hotel is located next to the station and it's very easy to get there. Also, there are stores, restaurants and even a small market at the station, so you can have easily everything you need. The staff is great, always ready to help the guests. I had a very good time at Le Montbrillant.

It's location is great. Everything are in order so no complaints. The only flaw is that air condition is not working well and I have to open the window.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Terry at breakfast was a legend Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent cannot fault. Room was tidied and replenished each day Hotel Shuttle - always on time and all drivers were great. Thank you All rooms have a window shutter, being so close to the airport means this stops the extra light and noise and you get a great nights sleep Negatives - I only have two pieces of advice for the hotel Breakfast - the only thing that stopped me giving them a 10/10. Nothing was labelled (my daughter is vegetarian) There was limited choice And what was on display was cold (even though food was kept in a closed heat tray, i don't think they were on or working as any item taken from it was cold. Breakfast is the most important part of the day as it sets you up the for the long day ahead. But after paying 20 Swiss Francs we were most disappointed. The hotel serves it from 05.30 am to 10.30 am but the lack of choice and cold food was a real let down hence my score of 8/10 as opposed to 10/10 If a would be customer emails you with questions please respond as soon as possible and fully answer all questions. The hotel should provide you with a QR code which gives you free travel throughout the city on public vehicles Limited choice for food in the area. We had to make do with a small cafe 500 yards from the hotel or a petrol station next to it that had basic supplies or went to and back to the Airport for food (using free hotel shuttle) However, i would still strongly recommend this hotel

Fabulous hotel, staff absolutely fab and really clean, would definitely recommend. Tram station directly into Geneva centre less than 5 minutes walk. Breakfast lovely and again the staff were lovely and very helpful and polite A shuttle bus is also provided free of charge to and from the airport

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

All super in this hotel. A great breakfast could be slightly better: From 9:00 a.m. no more was filled (orange juice, spice, cut...) and each second cut had a corner off and also the tables were not really quick and for Next guests made ready, wasn't so bad, it has enough tables...

Wonderful Hotel, exterior and interior design are amazing, I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from July 12 to July 17th 2023, location is convenient to me since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel taking us directly to Geneva downtown daily, the breakfast was very good and well organized, rooms are clean and overlooking a beautiful landscape. Yulia the General Manager is so professional as well as her entire team, well done to all the hotel team members and for sure I will stay in this hotel again during my next visit to Geneva.

Having the bathroom (toilet and sink) and the bathing area (shower, sink etc) separated is a dream for families because multiple members can do their business without waiting for the ONE SINGLE bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the sofabed split into 2 fairly comfortable beds with thick futon like mattress made for good sibling sleep. It's a tight room, and reminds me of cruise ship designs with everything sort of in their place. Breakfast was surprisingly very very good. The baked goods were super fresh For an airport hotel, there is NO SHUTTLE compared to practically all others who advertise as airport hotels. Cabs were hard to get because none of them wanted to wait in line for clients who took such a short fare. We were rejected by 4 cabs, called the hotel, and was told to take the #10 bus. Not ideal at 9pm. It's not like you can walk.

We stayed as a family in a top floor corner suite. We had excellent views of the snow falling on Avanchet and across to the airport. The hotel is very well equipped for an extended stay with the suite having a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and coffee maker. The suites are well designed with good lighting and heating control and effective black out curtains. Downstairs there is a well equipped gym with Technogym gym machines and free weights. We didn’t try the sauna, but it looked well set up. The hotel provides breakfast and has supplies of provisions like pasta sauces and wines to make in your own room, should you choose. The hotel provides a voucher for free and easy travel on the tram which can take you into the city and with connections, anywhere in Europe. The best feature by far was the helpful staff, all with a friendly and helpful service attitude. Especially helpful was Maria in housekeeping and Christeen (from Tahiti) on the front desk.
