5-Star Hotels in Krasnodar, Russia

This is not the first time I choose this hotel, everything is balanced, breakfasts are great, outdoor pool and heated jacuzzi. Of the minuses - the spa was often not preventive this time, this is of course strange, and besides, there is a renovation above the complex, it was noisy, but this is temporary. And another thing - the hotel is practically empty in December, they do not upgrade the room category for this, usually in such chains this option works. In general, this is an ideal hotel for me, I will definitely come back

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again. Thanks hotel

Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Очень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак

Проживали сейчас семьей, брали два номера. Отель супер, погода все пять дней 13-16 солнышко, территория зеленая, красивая и очень тихо, на веранде чилили все дни одни. Кухня отличная, просекко 👌🏻  Заказ еды в номер идеально, быстро, вкусно Красивая сервировка.  Однозначно рекомендую к посещению, вернемся вновь.

We had a rest with my mother. We liked everything very much! The room is big, everything you need is there. Very comfortable and big beds, it smelled nice when you checked in. Clean both in the room and in public places. Special thanks for the gorgeous breakfast, sooo delicious, for the champagne a separate + to karma! :) I would also like to note the spa - all the baths worked perfectly, there were few people, sometimes we were alone, the pool was clean

In fact, there is a long and long staircase from the hotel to the beach. It is a bit difficult for me to be a middle-aged person after 90 years. When we went, the hotel’s contracted beach was closed~ Only the hotel next door had its own beach. . . A little disappointed But overall, the hotel is still a five-star level! The service is very good, that is, the waiter does not understand English, and the communication is more difficult. Everything else is fine.
