5-Star Hotels in Ningxia, China

Ningxia was a last-minute decision just a few days before my trip, and what a beautiful city it is! Even after a tiring journey, I chose the Marriott. I only booked it on the day of arrival, but the staff were incredibly welcoming. The surrounding area is bustling with many attractions. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the executive lounge, which offered beautiful views of the Yinchuan cityscape, including a large lake and well-planned, crisscrossing roads, all with immaculately maintained green belts. From my suite, I had a fantastic view of the distant Helan Mountains. Interestingly, the next day, while staying at the foot of the Helan Mountains, I could still spot the Marriott! Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. After a day of rest, I felt completely refreshed. Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me, and I'll definitely be back!

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

I chose this hotel for a business trip for a conference. The hotel room is very comfortable and the environment is very good. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. Takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, which is very convenient. When checking in, Miss Wang Yingying at the front desk helped to upgrade the room and introduced local snacks and places to play around. If there are any problems, they can be solved in time. The room is small in size and clean and tidy. The parent-child room I booked has a double bed and a single bed, which is especially suitable for a family of three. Toiletries come in large bottles and are of good quality. Breakfast is an absolute plus for this hotel. Cold side dishes, haggis soup, fried buns, and ramen are all great! Not inferior to international five stars. Although the breakfast area is not large, everything is of good quality. Wuzhong is not a big city, so I parked my car in front of the hotel when I was driving, which was very convenient. It takes one hour to go to Yinchuan from Wuzhong, one hour to Shuidonggou, and one and a half hours to Shapotou. I like the Northwest~

Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

This hotel is truly excellent! The receptionist upgraded us to a suite for free! We were originally planning to stay two days and then move to a friend's place, but because we enjoyed it so much, our friend paid for a three-day extension in the same room. We drove from Beijing, and on a sunny day, the hotel provided sunshades for all our cars – fantastic! The housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed extra bottles of water because of the heat. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were very polite, making us feel very comfortable. The young man with dark skin who made ramen for breakfast was incredibly helpful. Overall, it's a great hotel, and I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Yinchuan.

I had a very pleasant time at this Huanpeng Hotel in Zhongwei. The design style of the hotel is very unique. I just entered the lobby and felt that the lobby was particularly noble. The room was full of warm atmosphere, clean and well-equipped facilities. The front office staff are also very enthusiastic and make me feel at home. I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. The delicious dishes and freshly ground coffee are particularly delicious. The intimate service attitude is really unforgettable. Especially the front office manager Miki is warm, thoughtful and attentive. This hotel is really great! The room is very clean and highly recommended! Surrounded by snack street, hand grab, barbecue, folk street, very convenient, parking around is not convenient, basically no need to drive or take a taxi, walk OK, big supermarkets, shopping malls have everything!

The room was very comfortable. The all-inclusive breakfast and dinner package was a huge advantage, especially since you can pretty much only eat at the hotel here – there's no takeout and no other restaurants! I had stayed at another hotel for two nights previously, and eating in-house there was incredibly expensive, so having two meals included here was fantastic! The service was excellent. What truly impressed me was this: On the first night, there was a heavy sandstorm and rain, and my originally booked wooden cabin felt a bit noisy and unsettling. After I mentioned it to the butler, they immediately contacted the reservations department and upgraded my room type free of charge! I was so moved by this, that on the second day, I willingly paid the difference to continue staying in the upgraded room. Their efficiency and customer service ethic were outstanding! I also took some time to check out the Star Diamond Hotel, which is owned by the same company. I rested in the lobby and took photos at the beautiful church. Afterward, the lobby staff at Desert Diamond arranged for their car to take me back to Desert Star. This place was the most stunning 'attraction' of my entire trip. If I ever return to Zhongwei, I will definitely book a stay at Desert Diamond to experience it!

We booked a room at Hyatt House. Rebecca enthusiastically checked us in. Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.
