Front desk Nancy and Kyrie and Jason were really helpful. First, they helped me book winery tour. And then when i needed to buy extra suitcase, they offered to purchase it for me via taobao. The suitcase was delivered in an hour.

The hotel environment is superb, and the hygiene is top-notch. The room is spacious, bright, and equipped with new and complete facilities. The staff are gentle and polite, and they respond promptly to requests. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose the Yinchuan Wanda Realm Hotel, and it turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

The room is small in size and clean and tidy. The parent-child room I booked has a double bed and a single bed, which is especially suitable for a family of three. Toiletries come in large bottles and are of good quality. Breakfast is an absolute plus for this hotel. Cold side dishes, haggis soup, fried buns, and ramen are all great! Not inferior to international five stars. Although the breakfast area is not large, everything is of good quality. Wuzhong is not a big city, so I parked my car in front of the hotel when I was driving, which was very convenient. It takes one hour to go to Yinchuan from Wuzhong, one hour to Shuidonggou, and one and a half hours to Shapotou. I like the Northwest~

I finally visited Star Hotel, which I've been wanting to try for ages! The hotel service was absolutely superb; the butler communicated patiently with me via WeChat throughout my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities are very comprehensive. This time, I booked a cabin in Zone B, and my child could dig in the sand right outside the door and freely slide down the dunes – it couldn't have been more convenient! The hotel's activity schedule is also very rich. I participated in a hike, specimen making, stargazing at the Stargazing Valley, and also experienced sand therapy and the 'Little Astronaut' program. The itinerary was vibrant and diverse, and I've already highly recommended it to my friends. Plus, breakfast and dinner are included, so you don't have to worry about what to eat, hehe. There's also a shuttle service to and from the Shapotou Scenic Area, which is super convenient. Star Hotel is really great, I'll definitely come again next time!

Even though we stayed during the off-season and the room rate wasn't high, as a Sheraton property under Marriott, I believe the hotel still has significant room for improvement in terms of hardware and hygiene. First off, the hairdryer is an old model and completely useless. I think they could upgrade to some of the great domestic brands we have, like Liefen. Secondly, the linens felt a bit greasy and musty after being washed. On my first night, I found a black spot on the towel. The next day, there were hairs, roughly 2cm and 7cm long, stuck around the bathroom and sink. The floor around the toilet was quite yellow and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. On my second day, I even found another hair, about 3-4cm long, on the towel. On the third night, they didn't replenish our toothpaste. Also, the pillows didn't provide enough support for my neck. As for the hotel breakfast, it was just okay. We went early, and an relief auntie made me noodles, but she didn't even add beef broth, handing me a dry bowl of noodles. She then told me to get the broth myself, but the pot was way at the back, and I couldn't even reach it. Even if you're a temporary replacement, you should know what you're supposed to do. She also didn't add any beef to my noodles. Lastly, the hotel TV doesn't support screen mirroring. So, in summary, there's a lot of room for improvement concerning these detailed issues.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. The food is also delicious and varied. Li Jiyan's service is exceptional, and I'd stay here again. The location is excellent, with the shopping district just downstairs, making it easy to eat and get a taxi. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

As the pinnacle of luxury desert resorts, Diamond Hotel truly redefined my perception of a desert getaway. Venturing deep into the Tengger Desert, past the bustling cabins of Desert Star Hotel, a futuristic, diamond-shaped hotel came into view. This time, I stayed in room 9209, a Star Diamond Room, which was the closest to the hotel's central axis, offering a direct view of the hotel's iconic landmark – the Star Chapel. The in-room amenities were top-notch: a SMEG kettle and coffee machine, a Dyson humidifier, Acqua di Parma toiletries, and even electric toothbrushes. If it were just about the hardware, it wouldn't quite reach 'pinnacle' status. I believe what truly sets Diamond Hotel apart is its butler service – responsive to every call, and no request is too much trouble. I distinctly remember the significant temperature difference in the desert, and I felt a bit under the weather. I asked the butler if they had ginger tea, and they immediately arranged for the kitchen to brew some and deliver it to my room. While drinking it, I noticed a unique flavor and discovered it contained not only ginger but also local goji berries, which was truly excellent. The hotel's price point is indeed on the higher side, but with airport transfers, transportation within the scenic area, and the meticulous butler service, it's definitely worth the experience.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Wancheng Hotel near Yinchuan Airport. The location is super convenient, right by the airport, and the airport pickup was very fast – they came to get me shortly after I called, and the driver was very friendly. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and the security is excellent, which made me feel very safe staying there overnight. The most thoughtful detail was that breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, which is a huge plus for anyone catching an early flight. You don't have to travel hungry, and the variety was sufficient; I had a very pleasant meal. I noticed many airline staff also staying here, which confirms the hotel's reliability in all aspects. Overall, it offers great value for money and good service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover in Yinchuan.
