The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

This is my third year running the marathon in Yinchuan, and it's no longer just about the race or sightseeing. It feels like coming home to a city I love. I always stay at this hotel, and as usual, it's absolutely flawless. In fact, the attention to detail keeps getting better and better. It boasts the most central location and the absolute best city views.

The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Wuzhong is not a big city, so I parked my car in front of the hotel when I was driving, which was very convenient. It takes one hour to go to Yinchuan from Wuzhong, one hour to Shuidonggou, and one and a half hours to Shapotou. I like the Northwest~

Strong Amway Yinchuan Boston Hotel! As an old star hotel in Yinchuan, it really depends on strength and service circle. The overall environment is elegant, the room is spotless, and the bedding is comfortable and sleepy. The most plus point is the service, all the staff are warm and polite, responsive, the details are particularly in place, there is no old hotel's old feeling, but it is particularly warm and intimate. Convenient travel, living at ease, no matter whether you are on a business trip or traveling, it is very suitable, it has been included in the list of must-stays in Yinchuan next time!

This is the most unlike-Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are similar to those of the Grand Hyatt. I don't know how this hotel got a 5-diamond rating from Ctrip. There are two serious flaws with this hotel. First, the air conditioning doesn't cool and is very noisy. Unless the hotel replaces the system air conditioner or installs split units in the rooms, this problem won't be fixed. Second, the toilet design is probably the most bizarre in hotels worldwide. The button is behind the toilet lid, requiring you to stand up, turn around, and lift the lid to flush, or sit with the lid resting on you. To those guests who gave this hotel positive reviews, are you really okay with this?

I traveled all the way from Beijing to the Desert Star Hotel just for the experience of staying in the desert. On the day of my check-in, a strong wind picked up around noon, making our cabin creak as if it might blow away. But surprisingly, there was no dust inside the room, just an exhilarating feeling. The bathroom in the cabin was clean and convenient, with plenty of hot water for showering. The bedding was comfortable, and the room temperature was just right. The hot pot dinner was fantastic, with a rich variety of ingredients. The beef and lamb slices were incredibly tender, and there were so many side dishes, Western pastries, stews, and BBQ options that we couldn't possibly try everything. Breakfast offered a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options with a wide selection. Staying at the Desert Star Hotel was truly a rare experience, living embraced by the stars and the desert. It was novel, comfortable, and delightful; every photo taken was a masterpiece. After 10 PM was prime stargazing time, and I hadn't seen such a sky full of stars in ages! The hotel's butler was diligent and responsible, sending guidance messages constantly. The most pleasant surprise was the timely stargazing index they provided – it was so useful! Before leaving, we accidentally found a necklace we had lost at the Star Cafe, which was another delightful surprise. The entire desert camp, from the reception and butler communication to the hygiene, cleaning, dining, and entertainment, was well-organized. The staff were friendly and patient, and with the added bonus of the desert and starry night views, it was truly a happy trip! 👍
