WWeibusiThis was my first time in Zhongwei, and my stay at this hotel was fantastic! First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, and it has its own parking garage, which was great for us since we drove. Plus, it's a new hotel, so everything was really clean. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the room facilities were clean and well-equipped. They even offer dinner every evening, which is more of a light meal, but the snacks like noodles and fried dumplings were delicious! What really stands out is how affordable the hotel is, especially for such a great environment – it felt like incredible value for money. And every single staff member was so friendly. Overall, a perfect stay. I hope they keep up the good work!

ZZhacairousiThis truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable.
Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied.
Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card.
Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city.

GGuest UserThe Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

My first encounter with the Diamond 💎 Hotel was through Starry, and after reading online reviews, I was impressed by the beautiful views and attentive service. Then, Ctrip had a 'buy one, get one free' offer, which seemed like a great deal, so I booked it. It truly was a fantastic value.
First, I experienced the hotel's service. Our butler, Felix, was incredibly thoughtful. We arrived by train 🚞 early in the morning and headed straight to the Shapotou scenic area. Felix thoughtfully prepared shoe covers and neck gaiters for us, accompanied us throughout, helped with luggage, and looked after the children. With three adults and two children, I honestly don't know how we would have managed in the scenic area without him. He waited patiently at each activity, making our entire visit to Shapotou stress-free. Felix was truly wonderful.
Then, we returned to the hotel, which seamlessly blends ultimate beauty with top-notch facilities. To find such a stunning man-made landscape in the vast Tengger Desert, with a church and pool perfectly integrated, was amazing. Each room feels like a diamond 💎, and the room amenities are also top-tier. The hotel includes both à la carte and buffet options for breakfast and dinner, which is quite rare in such a remote desert.
Our stay was excellent. Although there was a minor hiccup, the staff's service was impeccable and it was resolved to our satisfaction very quickly – hats off to them.
However, I do have a suggestion: the hotel's public areas are a bit limited, and activities mainly rely on the Starry Hotel. The Diamond Hotel could consider offering some of its own unique activities.

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, which truly matches the hardware of StarWorld, especially the warm hospitality of the staff, which makes us feel warm and comfortable. Our family felt very comfortable staying here. The hotel is very cost-effective. The front desk staff Wang Yanping is very good. Not only does she speak sweetly, but she also warms (my) heart with her heart and details, which left a deep impression on me. Thank you very much! I wish Wen and Ruijing’s family happiness, thank you for your hard work! Will stay here again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserThe room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 3 PM for check-in. The front desk staff initially said the room might still be cleaning and wasn't ready. When we reminded her that the hotel's promised check-in time was after 2 PM, she changed her story and said a room was available. After checking in, we entered the room only to find a huge iron pole slanted across the entire window, which was very off-putting. I tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. After waiting a while and still getting no response, I went downstairs to the front desk. The staff initially claimed there were no rooms. Thankfully, I had already confirmed a room with the floor attendant. Only after I specified the room number did she finally provide the key card. This whole experience was extremely disappointing. The Marriott manager did call to apologize and offered some compensation, which I declined. Later, the promised fruit plate was replaced with a small Marriott doll and two bottles of goji berry juice – I'm not sure what that was about. And the executive lounge benefits included in my booking were never mentioned by any staff member throughout my stay!

MM381618****Due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose the Yinchuan Wanda Realm Hotel, and it turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThis hotel was a bit unexpected. I originally wanted to visit attractions in Xixia District, so I searched for a hotel with good reviews. It turned out to be in a tourist attraction, which was amazing. The hotel has an annex and a main building. Try to stay in the main building. The overall facilities of the annex are the same as those of a hospital ward. I asked the staff and they said it was a nursing home before. It feels a bit scary. Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't care.
The facilities in the main building of the hotel are much newer, and breakfast and hot springs are also convenient. However, the hot springs are really mediocre, especially the shower area, which has a smell. Maybe it's because of the May Day holiday.
The attractions are quite novel, and I saw the most people during the May Day holiday. The quality of various performances is very high, and the NPCs are very dedicated and professional, and their appearance is also online. I watched the Helan Festival and the big circus, and the price-performance ratio is not bad.
The service is generally good, whether it is the restaurant or the guest room, the service awareness is not bad.
