The hot water heater wasn't even turned up high, resulting in no hot water running out halfway through a shower! And this is only late November; who knows what other problems might arise between December and February. The staff's service was okay. The kitchen in the main building has drinking water, and the hygiene was good. The electric heater in the room was quite warm, but the lights flickered sometimes, making it difficult to see the aurora borealis due to thick cloud cover. Experiencing this kind of thing is very frustrating; nobody knows if they'll be the next ”lucky tourist.”

Take the bus to the halfway point of the mountain and climb up.
