The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

Bedsheets not clean properly. Toilet very dirty due to more people. But Tawosh was very friendly .

I chose a room with a bathroom, which is actually the master bedroom of the house. It's quite spacious and has everything. The location is also very good. It may not be easy to park on the main road. Comparing the beds in the youth hostels nearby, the price was about twice as high as that in the youth hostels, but they were much more comfortable and comfortable, so I decided to change and did not continue to stay in the youth hostels. We had a family suite, 4 beds and a private washroom. The soundproofing of the place is very poor. There's supposed to be quiet hours, but it was not enforced very well, if at all. At 12am, there was a group of very rowdy crowd running and making loud noises but no one came to enforce it. .If you are a deep sleeper, this will be okay, but if you are a light sleeper like myself then I don't recommend it. We were told different information by different staffs. At first they told us that each towel will be 3euro, but upon returning and just going to get 1 as we bought 2 elsewhere, we were told it's free because we got the family room. We were charged 32 euro for the tourist fee, even though trip.com states it was 24.

Nice staff helpful and good hygiene and good place near sea side 45 mins to the beach and cool place no disturbance from outside and traffic. Ice view of balcony to the sea and Cristo Rei Christ Statue, Lisbon

It's a great choice for travelers traveling light.

I had a good overall experience staying at easyHotel Lisbon. The location is very convenient—central and about a 7-minute walk from the underground. The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Management were also responsive and accommodating when I had a few additional enquiries. There was an unexpected issue with my bathroom, but the team handled it promptly and professionally, relocating me to another room and following up appropriately. Overall, a well-run hotel with a strong focus on customer service, and I’d consider staying here again.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, which is great. It's located right on Liberty Avenue, and the surrounding area is nice. The hotel itself is in an older building facing the street, so it feels a bit dated. The facilities are quite old, and the bathroom is small, but the price is also very affordable.
