2-Star Hotels in Groningen, Netherlands

When I was about to check out, the receptionist told me that I hadn’t paid the city tax, even though I had already paid it in coins when I checked in. I was surprised at first, but it turned out that the receptionist who checked me in had forgotten to record the payment in their system. Fortunately, everything was sorted out. All good! The staff were very kind and gave me a lower bed because I can’t climb to the upper bed.

The hotel is very clean with a great location in the centre of the city. The room is spacious and even though there are three beds in the room there is space to move and place suitcases. The room is quiet with ac. Breakfast is 18 euro per person so we decided to walk to Starbucks instead.

The hotel is very centrally located, very spacious and very tastefully furnished and well equipped. Beautiful modern furniture and a kitchenette are available. Bed is very comfortable and then there is still a sofa and a large closet. Hotel is located on the main street. Parking are available before and behind. Very friendly staff - we felt very well!

Just a good hotel.
