Location is good! Braga, Asia-Africa, Alun Alun, streetfood, Parahyangan Plaza and the Kings shopping malls - all nearby. Water, tea, coffee, chocolate butter and bread available 24 hrs, nice staff, hostel is ok.

Its not good. The room floor was sticky. They must have not used a good cleaning solution. The shower water flow was weak. The corridor was filled with the smell of cigarettes. The breakfast area had a lot of flies. At least the bed was comfy and clean. And i could have a nice sleep.

Friendly staffs, good location which is near ATM machine, convenience store and street foods. Hotel is clean and looks new but the room I was given sometimes there will be insects popping out of no where after the room to be cleaned I hope they will do something about this. Overall: Was a great stay and hope they will improve regarding cleanliness.

Almost every month we definitely stop by bobopod anywhere in the Jabodetabek area. The first thing from bobopod is always my choice because of the great hot water shower in every shower room. There are 2 special things about this visit to bobopod bekasi, I suddenly had stomach ulcers and menstruation. The officer immediately gave me FREE stomach ulcer medicine and they sold sanitary napkins. The officer let me take care of the ”emergency” women's problem and then gave me the payment barcode. They are very friendly. Every time I go to the Bekasi area and come home late at night I will always be able to go to bobopod bekasi

Pretty run down hotel in a strategic location in the center ,close to the train station, with some renovations they can be solid 3 star hotel though! The rooms are spacious and there's a nice courtyard but everything is neglected and crying for some refreshing )

It’s a good experience on Bianco Costel for 2 nights, but what makes us worry there is a few cockroach on the bathroom n bed, and the sound of air conditioner is a little bit disturbing sometimes. Overall goods but please increasing the quality more. Thankss Biancoo

For the price ab excellent place. But biggest feedback is that the WiFi signal only reaches the hallway and not until the rooms itself (at least on the 5th floor, where I stayed). But overall a fine place.

It's so clean like a new hotel. Location's also great, in the center of the city. All the staff I met were nice and helpful.

Saluran pembuangan nya mampet wc bau rokok mungkin itu mamped karena roko kali ya seprai nya kaya gak di ganti cuman di balik doang westapel nya mungkin mungkin karatan kali ya padahal udah sering pesan di situ tapi selalu ada aja ya wc gak di persihin lah apa lah padahal tempatnya enak
